Uma proposta da Liga de Cirurgia Ambulatorial CAOC/3º CC

A Liga de Cirurgia Ambulatorial do CAOC/33ª CC foi fundada no ano de 1983 e objetiva promover o aprendizado e treinamento dos acadêmicos da FMUSP na prática cirúrgica. Este mister somente pode ser atingido se forem obedecidas condutas normativas previamente traçadas.Desde o início, a preocupação com a seleção dos casos a serem submetidos a intervenções cirúrgicas no ambulatório é fator fundamental no sentido de propiciar segurança e cuidados médicos criteriosos ao paciente. No presente trabalho é apresentado o protocolo seguido e obedecido pelos acadêmicos ao avaliarem clinicamente os pacientes triados para cirurgia ambulatorial.Além das normas, são discutidos aspectos dessa avaliação e as tendências da literatura que fornecem o necessário embasamento e justificam essas normas.Na Liga de Cirurgia Ambulatorial do CAOC/3ªCC, atualmente, são realizadas 10 intervenções cirúrgicas por semana

Gallstone ileus resulting in strong intestinal obstruction

Mechanic intestinal obstruction, caused by the passage of biliary calculus from vesicle to intestine, through fistulization, although not frequent, deserve study due to the morbi-mortality rates. Incidence in elder people explains the association with chronic degenerative diseases, increasing complexity in terms of therapy decision. Literature discusses the need and opportunity for the one or two-phase surgical attack of the cholecystenteric fistule, in front of the resolution on the obstructive urgency and makes reference to Gallstone Ileus as an exception for strong intestinal obstruction. The more frequent intestinal obstruction observed is when it occurs a Gallstone Ileus impacting in terms of ileocecal valve. The authors submit a Gallstone Ileus manifestation as causing strong intestinal obstruction, discussing aspects regarding diagnostic and treatment
