    Improving of the Student Learning in Lectures of General Physics I by Collaborative Learning Model Based on Saintific Approach

    This research aim is improving the learning outcomes of the students on General Physics course I. This research was done at Physics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Negeri Medan. The Collaborative Learning Model is based on a Scientific Approach. There are three subject matters: Kinematics, Dynamics, Effort and Energy. A set of 20 multiple choice questions was used in each cycle as the instrument to measure the student\u27s learning outcomes which had been predictively validated. Based on SPSS 17.0 analysis result, this instrument was declared valid and has had high reliability. For each cycle a pre-test and post-test were implemented. The result shows that there is a significant increase of student learning outcomes for each cycle in respect to the value of normalized gain

    Oscillatoxins (OTXs) are cytotoxins produced by some marine cyanobacteria. Their unique structures show a great potency as an anticancer agent. The limited availability of OTX derivatives in nature provides little information about their biological activity. Some of OTX activities have been tested in the in vitro or in vivo studies toward cancer cell lines, but their exact mechanism of action on the target is unclear. In this study, we used the network pharmacology analysis method to predict the target and mechanism of action of oscillatoxin D (OTX-D), 30 methyl oscillatoxin D (30-methyl-OTX-D), oscillatoxin E (OTX-E), and oscillatoxin F (OTX-F). There are 20 possible targets of the four compounds toward cancer, and the main targets of them are PIK3CA, CDK1, and MTOR. This was also followed by the molecular docking study to understand the interaction between the four compounds and their targets. Molecular docking showed that the four compounds interacted well with the key targets. In this study, four derivatives of OTXs and their three key targets for the anticancer action were revealed suggesting multiple signaling pathways, including PD-L1 expression and PD‑1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, and pathways in cancer, establishing a theoretical framework for the further experimental study.Осциллатоксины (OTXs) —  это цитотоксины, продуцируемые некоторыми морскими цианобактериями. Их уникальные структуры показывают высокую эффективность в качестве противораковых средств. Ограниченная доступность производных OTXs в природе дает мало информации об их биологической активности. Было тестировано несколько активностей OTXs в исследованиях in vitro или in vivo в отношении линий раковых клеток, но их точный механизм действия на мишень не ясен. В данном исследовании мы использовали метод сетевой фармакологии для прогнозирования мишеней и механизмов действия осциллатоксина D (OTX-D), 30 метил-осциллатоксина D (30-метил-OTX-D), осциллатоксина E (OTX-E), и осциллатоксина F (OTX-F). Существуют 20 возможных мишеней четырех соединений против рака и их основными мишенями являются PIK3CA, CDK1 и MTOR. Затем было проведено исследование методом молекулярного докинга для понимания взаимодействия между 4 соединениями и их мишенями. Молекулярный докинг показал, что 4 соединения хорошо взаимодействовали с ключевыми мишенями. В данной работе было выявлено 4 производных OTXs и 3 ключевых мишени для противоракового действия, указывая на множественные сигнальные пути, включая путь экспрессии PD-L1 и контрольной точки PD-1 при раке, протеогликаны при раке и пути при раке, устанавливая теоретические рамки для дальнейшего экспериментального исследования

    The purpose of the activities carried out is to provide: 1). training on learning strategies and innovative learning methods that are fun for students in the form of blended learning, 2). Training and assistance for the preparation of teaching materials, 3). training and assistance in the use of online learning information systems. The approach method in implementing this PKM uses education, training, demonstration, practice, and mentoring methods. The results of the implementation of the activities are: (1) The partner has a school website that can be used as an online learning system under the name SIPO. (2) There is an increase in teacher understanding of the application of blended learning. (3) There is an increase in the understanding of teachers in the preparation of teaching materials themselves. (4) There is an increase in the knowledge and skills of teachers in using the online learning system

    ASSISTANCE IN THE USE OF E-COMMERCE FOR COASTAL MALAY TYPICAL WEAVING CRAFTS AT PANTAI CERMIN SERDANG BEDAGAI. The aim of this service program is to serve the efforts of a group of craftsmen who are handicraftsmen of typical coastal Malay weaving and accessories in improving their group knowledge and skills. In addition, it increases the quality and quantity of products as well as product variations without eliminating the uniqueness of the mirror coastal cultural products. And what is no less important, marketing which is very limited to traditional concepts can not much increase their income and business development. The method used in realizing this is the team compiling programs in the form of knowledge transfer and ongoing mentoring. From the data in the table, it can be seen for IT-based Marketing Strategy Training and Worksop which has quite good competence (> 80) Dominates with only 16 and 11 participants while for the less category as many as 8 and 3 people. Furthermore, starting to build cooperation with the government and the private sector to prepare products to become regional icons of superiority as well as leaders in the fields of cooperatives and BUMDES. This activity is planned to be carried out using the approach of training methods, educational assistance, counseling, production training, business management training and equipment design.     The Difference Of Musculoskeletal Disorders Before And After Workplace Stretching Exercise

    Background: Workers who undertake occupations that require bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, twisting, excessive activity, or repeated movements may suffer from musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). MSDs can be prevented by doing Workplace Stretching Exercise (WSE) which is useful for minimizing the risk of musculoskeletal injury, fatigue reduction, muscle balance, and posture improvement, and muscle coordination improvement. Purpose: To analyze the difference before and after giving WSE to the reduction of MSDs complaints. Method: This research takes a quantitative approach, utilizing a quasi-experimental design in one group before and after WSE administration. Total sampling is used for sampling. The respondents of this study were 34 workers in the production division of PT Crown Pratama in 2021. The T-paired test was utilized as a statistical test in this study. Result: The results of the univariate test mean MSDs complaints before and after WSE administration were 42.97 and 36.29. Conclusion: The bivariate test revealed differences in complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) before and after workplace stretching exercise
