    This study entitled "Utilization of Women's Savings and Loan Revolving Fund (SPP) in Batu Bersurat Village of XIII Koto Kampar District of Kampar District". Researchers are interested in this theme because of a problem in the society about how to use the women's credit revolving fund (SPP). The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the recipients of the women's credit (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed and to examine the use of women's credit revolving fund (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed. This type of research role in this research is quantitative descriptive which describe the results of research and analysis in order to obtain the results and then concludes. The unit of analysis in this study were all members of the women's credit (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed as many as 40 people. Data collection techniques in this research is observation, interviews and documentation from the parties concerned. So as to obtain results that the use of a revolving fund women's credit (SPP) in the Village of Stone Inscribed 45% is used for productive activities and 55% is used for consumption. While the repayment ability of 55% of respondents were able to repay the loans and 45% are not able to repay the loan, so there is influence on the utilization of loan funds repayment ability

    Rubik ganepo is a snack food whose basic ingredients are made from cassava whichwill be cut in dice thrn processed into yellow crackers derived from turmeric. Thisone food has long since its existence but its existence still survive until now. One ofwhich is in the area Jorong Padang Kandi Nagari VII Koto Talago which is theproduction center of rubik ganepo business. The purpose of this research is to knowthe elements of social capital in rubik ganepo business as well as social capitalbenefits in rubik ganepo business. This research uses qualitative approach withdescriptive analysis. Selection of informants in this study was conducted by purposivesampling technique that is taking data informants based on certain criteria. Thesecriteria are entrepreneurs who are members of the senior ganepo group in which theprocess of production and marketing is wide. Techniques used in this study areinterviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study indicate that theelements of social capital in rubik ganepo business consist of networks, trust, andnorms. The benefits of social capital in the from of a network is easier in marketingthe rubik ganepo business, make it easier to get of raw materials, improving goodrelations between actors. The benefits of trust capital such as transactions becomesmooth, goods or supply of raw materials as desired, proce negotitation goes well.The benefits of norms such as farmers are being cautious in the acquisition of rawmaterials, the quality rubik ganepo guaranteed, competition between entrepreneur ishealthy

    This research aims to find out the motivation and the hijabersMom community function of member that joined. The kind of research was qualitative descriptive, which is the kind of research to understood the situation to analyze, and to described event that occurred in the society. The data sources were consisted of primary data and the secondary data. The primary data was compiled by doing the interview, while secondary data was compiled by reading the books, internet, and other related document. The sample in this research were 9 people from hijabersmom community Pekanbaru including the coordinator and members. The author has used sample purposive sampling technique. The result of research showed there were two motive of member that join in the hijabersmom community Pekanbaru. At the first was sosiogenesist motive such as to added relation and knowledge, to followed the fashion trends and to be organized. At the second was teogenetist motive such as because of willing to learned more about religious thing. This community has manifest functions for members such as to be place to added the obedience, humanity, creativity and economy.     Analisis Faktor yang Memengaruhi Pembentukan Minat Berlangganan di Industri Video-on-demand di Indonesia

    Penelitian ini mengukur minat pengguna video-on-demand di Indonesia dengan menggunakan model penelitian UTAUT2 yang telah dimodifikasi, dimana peneliti menganalisis variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit, dan Content terhadap Behavioral Intention. Data didapat menggunakan survei online dan berhasil mengumpulkan 403 responden yang valid, dengan usia 15-60 tahun, dan telah menggunakan layanan video-on-demand, serta telah melewati masa percobaan (free trial). Seluruh data yang dikumpulkan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan realibilitas. Untuk menguji validitas dan realibilitas, peneliti menggunakan software SPSS versi 21. Selain itu, untuk menguji hipotesis, peneliti menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa terdapat 4 faktor yang memengaruhi Behavioral Intention, yaitu Habit, Content, Performance Expectancy. Dan Effort Expectancy. Dalam variabel moderator, maka variabel Age (Usia) memengaruhi Habit terhadap Behavioral Intention, sedangkan variabel moderator Gender (Jenis Kelamin) dan Income (Pendapatan) tidak berpengaruh. Penelitian ini juga mendapatkan hasil R^2 sebesar 0,655 dan masuk pada kategori moderat

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi yang terdiri dari motivasikualitas, motivasi karir, motivasi ekonomi dan motivasi sosial mempengaruhimahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti PPAk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruhmahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi semester akhir UNRI, UIR, UIN dan mahasiswa(PPAk) UNRI. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive samplingdan convenience sampling. Data dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kualitas, motivasi karir, danmotivasi sosial secara signifikan mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk mengikutiPPAk. Hanya motivasi ekonomi yang tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi minatmahasiswa akuntansi untuk mengikuti PPAk

    Pengaruh Masa Kerja terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru IPS SMP Negeri Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012

    Keterlibatan siswa yang memiliki skor sebesar 515 berada pada kategori baik, evaluasi yang memiliki skor sebesar 341 berada pada kategori baik, penilaian proses dan hasil belajar yang memiliki skor sebesar 496 berada pada kategori baik, penggunaan bahasa yang memiliki skor sebesar 342 berada pada kategori cukup, dan penutup yang memiliki skor sebesar 180 berada pada kategori tidak baik. Secara total dapat diketahui bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 5666. Kemudian besarnya pengaruh masa kerja terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru IPS SMP Negeri Singaraja dalam penelitian ini melalui perhitungan determinasi adalah sebesar 52,5% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan kesimpulan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar Guru IPS SMP Negeri Singaraja lebih meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam perencanaan, strategi dan metode pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan pembelajaran, memanfaatkan media pembelajaran, serta menggunakan bahasa yang jelas dan mudah dimengerti, menyimpulkan materi ajar dan pemberian tugas sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan secara optimal.
