    Fungsi Akuntansi Syariah pada BMT-BMT di Tangerang Selatan

    One of the important agenda of Muslims is the problem of poverty alleviation. One of the Islamic financial institutions present the most strategic and functional to alleviate poverty ummah is BMT (Baitul Mal wat Tanwil). Accounting as one of the tools that are necessary in a financial institution is functionally a means of accountability and resources must be based on sharia. This study was done in order to determine how the characteristics and accounting functions of sharia in the BMT-BMT in South Tangerang, this study included 37 respondents (managers, administrators, supervisors) of 17 BMT in Tangerang south. The results of this study indicate BMT is growing rapidly in South Tangerang in the last five years and it is known that Islamic accounting functions in BMT in South Tangerang is the first, the accounting function as a form of sharia, both vertical and horizzontal, both accounting functions of sharia as a source of information for decision-making related closely with the availability of Islamic financial reports and human resources

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangatkerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode penelitian yang dingunakan adalah metode kuestioner, jenis data yang dingunakan adalahdata primer dan data sekunder. Adapun data berjenis data ordinal sedangkan populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 477 (empat ratustujuh puluh tujuh) orang. Adapun sampel yang diambil sebanyak 83 orang. Tekhnik analisis datamenggunakan analisis jalur sehingga diperlukan adanya transformasi data kedalam bentuk method ofsuccesssive intensive (MSI) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic program SPSS versi 17.00Koefisien determinasi yang dikembangkan dengan R2 merupakan proporsi hubungan antara Y denganX diperoleh bahwa R Square adalah sebesar 0,20 atau sebesar 20% yang berarti variabel independenmotivasi, disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 20% terhadap variabel dependen yaknisemangat kerja. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkandalam model penelitian ini. Dari hasil temuan penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa data berdistribusinormal. Population in this research is counted 160 people from all doctor and nurse at RSUD Pemkab. Kuantan Singingi. Used data by analysis is descriptive, despitefully also use quantitative analysis that is using double linier regresi constructively SPSS version program 17.     The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation variable and work place variable into teachers performance in MTS Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan simultaneously and partially. Sample is the smallest part of the population (Umar, 2003:138). To decide the sample, writer conduct a cencus to 63 teachers. data is analyzed descriptively, and quantitatively, using multiple linear regression. writer used SPSS for help. From simultant regression test ( F-test), we can see that work motivation and work place have significant impact to teachers performance. Partial test (t test) shows that work motivation has significant impact partially to teachers performance. while work place partially influence teachers performance

    The research was conducted at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru, with theaim to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment eithersimultaneously or partially on the performance of the production employee at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Nafal Tiara Abadi Pekanbaru totaling 42 people, and overall the employees sampled by census method. The method of data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative method and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18.0. The result showed that the work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable 70,4%, while the remaining 29,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the partial regression test (t test) showed that the work discipline and work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance. As for the recommendation that the authors propose that need to be done at regular training to employees so that employees are able to operate the device properly, always pay attention to employee attendance and create a conducive working environment.Keywords : Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performanc

    This study aims to investigate the influence of personality and environmentalfactors on the performance of employees working at the Regional Office XII BKNPekanbaru. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statisticalanalysis method and multiple linear regression analysis.This research uses a survey method, where as many as 48 employees weresampled prior to hypothesis testing, the primary data questionnaire validity andtested first realibitasnya using SPSS version 17. The regression equation was thentested with analysis of classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity,heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and linearity test analysis of therelationship of independent variables with the dependent variable is done byanalysis of t test, F test, determinant coefficient ( adjusted R 2 ) and correlationcoefficient ( R ).The results showed an employees personality and work environmentsimultaneously (together) have a significant effect on the performance ofemployees in an employees personality persial significant effect on theperformance of employees, where the indicator accuracy (conscientiousness) andbreadth indicators (extraversion). For the working environment persialsignificant effect on the performance of employees, where the physical workenvironment indicator gets low value that needs to be done to repair the physicalworking conditions.Kata Kunci : Employee Personality,Work Environment,Employee Performanc
