Early initiation or early breastfeeding is the process of allowing the infant with his own instinct to suckle immediately within the first hour after birth, along with the skin contact between the baby and the mother's skin. The baby is left for at least an hour in the mother's chest until he does breastfeeding alone. This study purposed to analyze the influence of early breastfeeding initiation on breast milk production in post partum mothers at Independent Midwifery Practice Lismarini Palembang. This study was a posttest only control group design. The sample withdrawal is conducted by using “purpose sampling” technique with 30 respondents. The measurement scale in this study used nominal scale, data in this study using chi square statistical test with 95% confidence level. The results of this study showed that the sufficient milk production on the first day was (16.7%), third day milk production was (46.7%), and the tenth day of sufficient milk day was (73.3%). Chi Square statistic showed that there was significant influence of early breastfeeding initiation on breast milk production in post partum mother between the group who initiated early breastfeeding and group who did not initiate early breastfeeding with (ρ value = 0,035 <α 0,05). According to UNICEF improper Behaviourand less of knowledge contributed to the death of  a child, one of them, namely the mothers do not realize the importance of breast feeding. According to Basic Medical Research percentage of breastfeeding pattern <1 hourin 2010 i.e. 29,3% and increased to 34,5% in 2013. The breastfeeding patterns 1-6 the first hour of the in 2010 as many as 40,7% and decreased to 35,2% in 2013. A few methods to help improve the ASI production such as oxytocin massage methods, marmet technique, warm compresses, massase rolling (back), breast care, and methods of SEMOS (Stimulation of Endorphin Massage, Oxytocin and Suggestive). This research aimed to know the effectiveness combination of the mermet technique and oxytocin message against the breast milk production of  mothers postpartum. This research used quasi alphabets experiment withpost testmenthods only with control group design. The results of using independent T-bivariat test obtained p value 0,007 < ? (0,05) which means therewas a significant influence between breast milk production of mother postpartum group intervene the breastmilk production of mother postpartum with control group with an average of breast milk production of 30 respondents were  divided into two groups that was 15 respondents of the intervention group obtained 1,113cc whereas 15 respondents of control group obtained 0,547cc. The combination of the marmet technique and oxytocin massage and was effective to stimulatehormone prolactin spending that would stimulate the cells of the alveoli and contain myoepithelial for breast milk  Production of mothers postpartum process on the first days after birth.

Data were analyzed using T-test dependent (p0.05). The results of community service showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the implementation of the extension indicated by (p = 0.00). Based on the above, it can be concluded that the MBKM program plays a role in changing the knowledge of the assisted village communities

ABSTRACT Introduction: Incisional wound in oral mucosa is usually performed during oral surgery but can also be caused by injury. Although wounds can naturally heal, the application of medicine might help accelerate wound healing. Proving the effectiveness of natural ingredients is currently being promoted because Indonesia owns many plants that are used empirically. The use of natural substances is also supported because it is relatively easy to obtain and safe if used properly. Subang Pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr) is one of the produce of West Java that people consume and empirically use on wounds. Its fruit and core contain active ingredients that affect wound healing, such as bromelain enzyme, flavonoids, saponin, and alkaloids. This study aims to determine the effect of fruit ethanol extract gel of Subang pineapple on Wistar rats oral incisional wound observed from wound length. Methods: 25 rats were divided into five groups: baseline, negative control, positive control with 10% povidone-iodine, positive control with AloclairTM gel, and treatment group with 20% pineapple ethanol extract gel used as wound model on the buccal mucosa. The length of the incisional wound area was examined on days 0, 3, 7, and 14. Measurement of wound length was performed using a periodontal probe. Results: The mean of wound length was smaller especially on day 3 in the treatment group. Post-Hoc Mann-Whitney test (p<0.05 considered significant) showed the wound decrease with Subang pineapple extract was better than the negative control (p=0.008) and povidone-iodine group (p=0.007) but didn’t show a significant difference with the Aloclairℱ gel group (p=0.0118). Conclusion:  Topical application of pineapple extract affected oral mucosa incisional wound healing and had a potential to accelerate wound closure. Further study with different concentrations and another type of wound can be suggested. Keywords: incisional wound; pineapple extract; subang pineapple; wound healin
