    Induksi Kalus Daun Nyamplung (Calophyllum Inophyllum Linn.) pada Beberapa Kombinasi Konsentrasi 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) dan 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kombinasi konsentrasi Zat Pengatur Tumbuh (ZPT) 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D) dan 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP) yang paling optimal menginduksi kalus dari eksplan daun Calophyllum inophyllum Linn. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi 2,4-D yang terdiri dari 0 ppm; 0,5 ppm; 1 ppm; 1,5 ppm dan 2 ppm dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi BAP yaitu 0 ppm; 1 ppm; 2 ppm; dan 3 ppm. Parameter pengamatan yang diamati, antara lain berat segar kalus (mg), hari saat muncul kalus (HSI), dan warna serta tekstur kalus. Berat segar kalus dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA two-way. Sedangkan hari saat muncul kalus dan warna tekstur kalus dianalisis secara deskriptif. Pengamatan dilakukan pada 45 hari setelah inokulasi (HSI). Hasil uji ANOVA two-way menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi 2,4-D, BAP serta interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut berpengaruh terhadap berat segar kalus daun C. inophyllum Linn. (P ā‰¤ 0,05). Perlakuan kombinasi konsentrasi 2,4-D 0,5 ppm + BAP 2 ppm merupakan kombinasi konsentrasi ZPT yang paling optimal untuk kandungan berat segar kalus yaitu 197,8 mg dan untuk hari muncul kalus lebih cepat yaitu pada 13 HIS. Sedangkan pengamatan terhadap warna dan tektur kalus menunjukkan paling banyak kalus berwarna coklat tua dan bertekstur kompak pada perlakuan yang membentuk kalu

    The Forming of Bacteria Biofilm from Streptococcus mutans and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans as a Marker for Early Detection in Dental Caries and Periodontitis

    Background: This is an initial study of the biofilm of Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) and Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (A.a). S. mutans and A.a are bacteria that cause infection diseases in the oral cavity. These bacteria have the ability to form biofilms. The study of bacterial biofilm proteins was used as an alternative to early prevention for oral infections. It would be used for the purpose of creating a marker for Infection Detection Kit in the oral cavity. Objective: To easily detect caries or Periodontitis with the biofilms of S. mutans and A.a at the early stage. The forming of biofilm proteins from S. mutans and A.a induced with 5% glucose, 5% lactose, 5% soy protein, and 5% iron will be use as a marker for early detection to Dental caries and Periodontitis. Methods: SDS-PAGE electrophoresis technique was used in the study to measure the molecular weight of S. mutans and A.a biofilms induced with 5% glucose, 5% lactose, 5% soy protein, and 5% iron. Results: Biofilm bands of S. mutans and A.a were formed with the various numbers depending on the induction used. These results are early chararterization of biofilm that will beused as a marker for early detection of infectious diseases in oral cavity (Dental Caries and Periodontitis). Conclusions: S. mutans bacteria induced with 5% glucose had one band of biofilm protein, with 5% lactose had four bands of biofilm proteins, and with soy protein had seven bands of biofilm protein, but with 5% iron did not produce any protein bands and neither did A.a

    Penerapan Pembelajaran IPS dengan Menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Luring yang Dilakukan Guru Kelas V SD Negeri 200511 Labuan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara luring di Kelas V  SD Negeri 200511 Labuan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa kelas V dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran IPS dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara luring di SD Negeri 200511 Labuan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan. Jenis penilitian ini adlah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melihat cara mengajar guru dan respon dari 14 orang siswa kelas V SD Negeri 200511 Labuan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data adalah wawancara,observasi, dokumentasi dan angket.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian Penerapan pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan guru dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran luring di kelas V SD Negeri 200511 Labuan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan sudah cukup baik. Dilihat dari lembar observasi guru dari kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan penutup. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan guru hanya buku sebagai media pembelajaran dan menggunakan benda-benda dan lingkungan sekitar yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran. Guru selalu mengaitkan materi pelajaran dengan kehidupan nyata siswa.  Pada sistem pembelajaran luring saat ini, tentunya guru harus memiliki solusi yang di perlukan dan lebih kreatif  dalam memberikan materi  saat proses pembelajaran itu terjadi.Hasil penelitian respon siswa kelas V dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran luring di SD Negeri 200511 Labuan Rasoki Kota Padangsidimpuan kurang baik. Diperoleh dari hasil lembar wawancara dan angket siswa, rata-rata siswa kurang memahami materi IPS yang dijelaskan oleh guru dengan menggunakan metode luring pada saat ini

    In the midst of this kind of globalization era, business relations have no limits anymore. If an entrepreneur wants to be successful in business, mastering English is one of the paths to be taken. Therefore, Business English has finally become one of the English topics that is currently very hotly discussed. Especially for learners who are included in the EFL (English as Foreign Language) like most Indonesians. Unlike the general English topic, Business English is more specific to doing business only. The material that will be taught in business English classes is also devoted to business situations, for example for meetings, negotiations, sending emails, to presentations. In the business world or the world of work, having the ability to communicate well is very important. In order for our business or work to develop, of course we are required to be able to communicate more broadly. This will usually involve a foreign language, especially English. Here are some commonly used English vocabulary related to the workplace or office. Almost every employee earns for career improvement and of course an increase in income every month. However, to get these two things, of course, requires hard work, perseverance, and of course must be supported by qualified abilities and expertise. And, it is undeniable that in today's digital era and globalization, many companies make communication skills using English as a benchmark and a condition for improving the careers and income of their employees.
