INSTITUTIONALIZATION OF MEDICAL AND SOCIAL WORK IN MODERN RUSSIA
The process of institutionalization of the medical and social work takes place in modern Russia nowadays. The aim of this process is the achievement of the greatest possible level of health and re-socialization of people being in difficult life situations. In the analysis of an institutionalization of medical and social work authors use the set of four functions (AGIL) presented by T. Parsons to characterize the social system. Functions and dysfunctions of medical and social work institute in Russia are considered on the basis of the Federal state institution of medico-social expertise taken as an example

The aim of our research was to identify and quantify of aliphatic, aromatic and fatty acids of Veronica teucrium L. rhizomes by the gas chromatography/mass spectrometric method.Methods. The object of study was V. teucrium L. rhizomes, collected in 2015 in Kharkiv region. The analysis of acidβs methyl esters was performed using chromatography-mass spectrometer 5973N/6890N MSD/DS Agilent Technologies. The injection of sample in chromatographic capillary column INNOWAX (0.25 mm Ρ
30 m) was performed by a splitless mode. The identification of acidβs methyl esters were performed by calculating of the equivalent length of the aliphatic chain (ECL); using data from the mass spectra libraries NIST 05 and Willey 2007 in conjunction with programs for identifying β AMDIS and NIST; also retention time of esters was compared with the retention time of standard compounds (Sigma). Internal standard method was used for quantitative calculations. Results of the Research. By means of gas chromatography/mass spectrometric method the reseach of carboxylic acids of V. teucrium L. rhizomes have been studied for first time, and in the result of the study 10 aliphatic, 16 fatty and 9 aromatic acids had been identified and quantified. The total content of identified carboxylic acids of V. teucrium L. rhizomes was 3068.06 mg/% (3.07%). Among low molecular aliphatic acids malic, citric and levulinic; among fatty acids β saturated: myristic, palmitic and tetracosanoic, and unsaturated: oleic, linoleic and linolenic are dominant. The particular importance have identified aromatic acids β benzoic; phenolcarbonic: vanillic, veratrylic, Ρ-hydroxybenzoic, gentisic, syringic and hydroxycinnamic: Ρ-coumaric.Conclusions. In the first time in V. teucrium L. rhizomes 10 low molecular aliphatic acids, 16 fatty acids and 9 aromatic acids had been identified and quantified by using gas chromatography/mass spectrometric methodΠΠ΅ΡΠ°. An Integrated Approach to Rapid Diagnosis of Tuberculosis and Multidrug Resistance Using Liquid Culture and Molecular Methods in Russia
Objective: To analyse the feasibility, cost and performance of rapid tuberculosis (TB) molecular and culture systems, in a high multidrug-resistant TB (MDR TB) middle-income region (Samara, Russia) and provide evidence for WHO policy change. Methods: Performance and cost evaluation was conducted to compare the BACTECβ’ MGITβ’ 960 system for culture and drug susceptibility testing (DST) and molecular systems for TB diagnosis, resistance to isoniazid and rifampin, and MDR TB identification compared to conventional Lowenstein-Jensen culture assays. Findings: 698 consecutive patients (2487 sputum samples) with risk factors for drug-resistant tuberculosis were recruited. Overall M. tuberculosis complex culture positivity rates were 31.6% (787/2487) in MGIT and 27.1% (675/2487) in LJ (90.5% and 83.2% for smear-positive specimens). In total, 809 cultures of M. tuberculosis complex were isolated by any method. Median time to detection was 14 days for MGIT and 36 days for LJ (10 and 33 days for smear positive specimens) and indirect DST in MGIT took 9 days compared to 21 days on LJ. There was good concordance between DST on LJ and MGIT (96.8% for rifampin and 95.6% for isoniazid). Both molecular hybridization assay results correlated well with MGIT DST results, although molecular assays generally yielded higher rates of resistance (by approximately 3% for both isoniazid and rifampin). Conclusion: With effective planning and logistics, the MGIT 960 and molecular based methodologies can be successfully introduced into a reference laboratory setting in a middle incidence country. High rates of MDR TB in the Russian Federation make the introduction of such assays particularly useful. Β© 2009 Balabanova et al

CARBONIC ACIDS OF LEAVES, FLOWERS AND FRUITS OF THE WHITE MELILOT
Examination of qualitative and quantitative content of acids of melilot (Melilotus albus L.) fruits, flowers and leaves has been performed by the method of chromato-mass spectrometry. In the current study 16 acids in fruits, 17 - in flowers and 16 - in leaves have been revealed. Dominant compounds are citric, oxalic and malonic acids
RESEARCH OF FATTY ACIDS OF THE SPREADING BEDSTRAW (ASPERULA HUMIFUSA (M.B.) BESS.)
Examination of qualitative composition and quantitative content of fatty acids of the spreading bedstraw (Asperula humifusa (M.B.) Bess.) was carried out by the chromato-mass spectrometry method. As a result of the research 16 fatty acids, including 9 saturated (37,45% of all fatty acids) and 7 non-saturated (62,55%) have been revealed. Dominating components are palmitic, linoleic, oleic and linolenic acids
RESEARCH OF FATTY ACIDS OF WHITE CINQUEFOIL (POTENTILLA ALBA L.)
Qualitative and quantitative composition of aliphatic acids has been investigated via the method of gas chromato-mass spectrometry in ethyl acetate-alcohol extraction of white cinquefoil. 14 fatty acids have been identified. Among them 10 are saturated, 2 are monounsaturated and 2 are polyunsaturated carboxylic acids. Essential fatty acids (mg/1000g of the extract) linoleic β 704 and linolenic acids β 2193 are especially scientifically interesting
Correlation between trends in the residential real estate market and subway development in the metropolises of the Russian Federation
This paper considers connection and interdependence between construction of new subway chains and stations and development trends in the real estate market. Via comprehensive implementation of market analysis methods, together with data grouping and assessment, the study systemizes the principles required for a successful development of the urban and transport infrastructure within particular districts in Saint-Petersburg and Moscow. Resulting from the conducted analysis, the authors highlighted key aspects in terms of subway construction taking into consideration its direct connection with the specifics of a given district. The interdependence between increasing prices at the real estate market and subway construction is justified
