LVI-määräykset ja niiden muutokset : D2, määräykset ja kehitys

Opinnäytetyössä kerrotaan Suomen rakentamismääräyskokoelman osan D2 keskeinen sisältö ja siihen vuosien saatossa tehdyt muutokset. Työssä käydään läpi tärkeät versiot D2:sta, alkaen alkuperäisestä, vuonna 1976 annetusta määräyskokoelman osasta, jatkuen nyt voimassa olevaan, vuonna 2012 voimaan tulleeseen määräyskokoelman osaan. Opinnäytetyö keskittyy kertomaan D2:ssa tapahtuneista muutoksista ja analysoimaan niitä sekä antamaan lisätietoa määräysten ymmärtämiseksi. Opinnäytetyössä otetaan myös kantaa annettuihin määräyksiin. Merkittävimmät muutokset rakentamismääräyskokoelman osien D2 välillä tapahtuivat vuo-sien 1978 ja 2003 välillä. Näin ollen opinnäytetyö keskittyy vertailemaan näiden ajanjaksojen aikana tapahtuneita muutoksia. Vuosina 2010 ja 2012 säädettyjen D2-osien ja niitä edellisen vuonna 2003 säädetyn D2-osan välillä ei puolestaan merkittäviä muutoksia säädetty, joten opinnäytetyössä ei sen johdosta keskitytä niihin. D2:ta on säädetty yhteensä kuusi kertaa. Alkuperäisestä, hyvin suppeasta D2:sta, on ajan saatossa muodostunut kattava määräyskokoelman osa, joka säätelee laajasti ilmanvaihdon suunnittelua ja toteutusta rakennuksissa.The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis was to examine the most important parts of the part D2 in the National Building Code of Finland, governing the planning and execution of the indoor climate and ventilation of buildings. The goal was to compare the changes made in the decrees throughout the years, starting from the original one from 1976 and ending in the current one of 2012. The final year project collected an overview of the D2 parts, six in total, concentrating on the most important updates. Additionally, a broader perspective and information with some comments, to ease the understanding of the regulations was created. Especially the changes between the years 1978 and 2003 were focused on. It can be con-cluded that the D2 has developed from being a concise collection of vague regulations and instructions to highly technical and specific regulations and instructions concerning indoor climate and ventilation of buildings. This examination of the part D2 in the National Building Code of Finland can give help in understanding the need for regulations concerning indoor climate and ventilation, and why changes were made in the legislation
