    At the present stage of development of society and economy, there is a reassessment of values and guidelines in the field of management. The main resource for the life and development of the company is a person. Every company leader dreams of engaged employees, working harder and better, taking initiative, and high productivity. Engagement is a behavior in which the employee is fully emotionally and intellectually involved in a certain activity, wants to make additional effort. One of the key topics that a modern company leader is interested in is creating a special organizational environment in which people work consciously, look for ways to improve, put their knowledge at the service of the business and take on more responsibility. Therefore, it is very important to focus on the internal environment in which employees interact with each other.The article examines the relationship between staff involvement and sustainable development of the company. Highly engaged companies have the best financial performance in their industry. The main sources of engagement at the moment are research by consulting companies and, to a lesser extent, practice-oriented publications. The paper analyzes the proposed approaches to increase employee engagement and proposes a comprehensive method for managing employee engagement. The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal approach to personnel engagement management.The objectives of the research are reduced to the description of the method (PDCA), which includes a description of the approach for taking measurements, filling in the incoming questionnaire blocks, taking into account the current situation and the company's strategy, an algorithm for working with the results obtained and examples of practices to increase engagement.The results of the study are the content of key blocks of assessment, analytical tools for assessing involvement, an algorithm for working with assessment results to make a decision to increase involvement

Основным ресурсом для жизни и развития компании выступает человек. Каждый руководитель компании мечтает о вовлеченных сотрудниках, работающих больше и лучше, проявляющих инициативу, с высокой производительностью труда. Вовлеченность – поведение, в ходе которого работник полностью эмоционально и интеллектуально вовлечен в определенную деятельность, хочет сделать дополнительное усилие. Одна из ключевых тем, которой интересуется современный руководитель компании, – это создание особой организационной среды, когда люди работают сознательно, ищут пути усовершенствования, ставят на службу делу свои знания и берут на себя больше ответственности. Поэтому очень важно делать акцент на внутренней среде, в которой взаимодействуют между собой сотрудники.В статье рассматривается связь вовлеченности персонала с устойчивым развитием компании. Компании с высоким уровнем вовлеченности демонстрируют лучшие финансовые показатели в своей отрасли. Основными источниками по вовлеченности в настоящий момент являются исследования консалтинговых компаний и в меньшей степени – практикоориентированные издания. В работе проведен анализ предлагаемых подходов по повышению вовлеченности сотрудников и предложен комплексный метод управления вовлеченностью в компании. Цель исследования состоит в определении оптимального подхода к управлению вовлеченностью персонала.Задачи исследования сводятся к представлению метода (PDCA), в который входит описание подхода проведения замера, наполнение входящих блоков анкеты с учетом текущей ситуации и стратегии компании, алгоритм работы с полученными результатами и примеры практик по повышению вовлеченности.Результатами исследования являются содержание ключевых блоков оценки, аналитические инструменты оценки вовлеченности, алгоритм работы с результатами оценки для принятия решения по повышению вовлеченности

    The peculiarities of oral cavity and its subjective estimation of women with PCOS

    The article presents the results of research the aim of which was describing of the peculiarities of oral cavity and its subjective estimation by women with PCOS. On the sample of 50 subjects with PCOS (diagnosed in accordance with Rotterdam consensus] we used the following: oral cavity examination: Gingeval Index, CPITN calculations and WHO questionnaires on oral cavity health for adults. As a result of oral cavity examination we have not found any serious pathology, but 20 % of patients demonstrated gingival bleeding. At the same time, the self-estimation of oral cavity conditions by women with PCOS was "satisfactory" in 34 %, "good" - in 44 % and "excellent" in 22 %. The indices recommended by WHO for estimation of oral cavity conditions (CPITN and GI] were generally within the normal ranges and characterized oral cavity status of the women with PCOS as good. However, in PCOS patients with high degree of gum bleeding the CPITN and GI indexes were increased, and these patients reported that they visited а dentist more frequently. Changes in the condition of the oral cavity in PCOS were not associated with any specific behavior of women in the care of teeth and oral cavity.     Metabolic syndrome: Epidemiology, diagnostic criteria, racial characteristics

    Metabolic syndrome (MS) is a very serious pathological condition that occurs in the clinical practice of doctors of various specialties. Often, the presence of MS aggravates the course of comorbidities, while various diseases can serve as a risk factor for its development. The significant prevalence of MS determines the need for its early diagnosis for timely correction and prevention of its long-term complications.The aim. To systematize data on the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in various countries and populations and to discuss the most frequently used diagnostic criteria, including racially and ethnically differentiated ones.Materials and method. A literary search was carried out using scientific databases: eLIBRARY, PubMed.NCBI, CyberLeninka, the official website of IDF for the period from 1999 to 2020.Results. It was found that despite different diagnostic criteria used for MS, its prevalence in many countries is comparable (10–30 %) but differs in different populations. Thus, MS occurs more often in Caucasians than among Asians, and its prevalence is significantly higher in the newcomer vs the indigenous population. Nevertheless, a comparative analysis of the frequency of MS is difficult due to the use of research results based on different approaches to its diagnosis in the literature presented in the literature. Although the analysis of literature data indicates the existence of specific features of the prevalence of MS in different populations, the differentiated approaches to detecting MS depending on the race of patients, which are necessary for many countries, have not yet been sufficiently developed

    The experience in the development and validation of method for testosterone measurement in blood serum of premenopausal women using HPLC-MS/MS

    Testosterone assessment is essential for detecting biochemical hyperandrogenism, one of the important diagnostic criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) both in clinical practice and in epidemiological studies. Currently, tandem liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is the most preferred technique to measure testosterone level in women. Its validation is important to reproducibility of androgen tests results for clinical practice and for epidemiological studies of the prevalence PCOS.The aim of the study. To develop and validate a method for determining total testosterone in blood serum using highly efficient LC-MS/MS to assess androgenemia in the epidemiological study of the prevalence of PCOS and its phenotypes in Eastern Siberia (ESPEP STUDY).Materials and methods. We determined a total testosterone level in serum blood using triple quadrupole mass spectrometer LCMS-8060 (Shimadzu, Japan). The protocol of technique was developed using self-prepared purified human testosteronefree serum with a known concentration of analyzed compound. We used the serum samples of women of reproductive age to test the developed method.Results. Optimum chromatographic conditions were obtained with a Kromasil 100-2.5-C18 column (2.1 mm × 100 mm; AkzoNobel, Netherlands), and an isocratic elution mode using a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.1 % aqueous solution of formic acid. The total flow rate was 0.35 ml/min. The lower limit of quantification was 5 ng/dl with an average accuracy of 100.2 %. During the approbation of the method in a test population sample of 1138 premenopausal women (mean age – 34.3 ± 6.3 years), the median testosterone concentration was 26.9 ng/dl.Conclusion. It was found that the proposed method for determining testosterone in blood serum has acceptable linearity and reproducibility and meets the requirements for bioanalytical methods under the regulatory documentation. This method can be used for clinical practice and epidemiological study of the prevalence of PCOS

    ЛОКАЛЬНЫЕ И СИСТЕМНЫЕ ЭФФЕКТЫ ИМПЛАНТАТОВ ГИАЛУРОНОВОЙ КИСЛОТЫ ПРИ КОРРЕКЦИИ ВОЗРАСТНЫХ ИЗМЕНЕНИЙ КОЖИ

    Local and system influence the Repleri gel implants on the base of hyaluronic acid used to correct age-related changes in skin has been studied. Human stromal stem cells with CD44 membrane receptor to hyaluronic acid migrates in vitro into gel structure and maturates morphologically in fibroblast-like forms stained positively with acid phosphatase. Repleri gels implantation in the group of women with local and system age-related changes in homeostasis has positive local effect connected with full deletion of nasolabial fold in facial skin. Repleri gels injection has been decreasing during 1 year the system indices of real biological age as compared with chronological (passport) one. Lipoproteins and aspartate aminotransferase concentrations diminished statistically in women blood. An effect revealed may be considered as potential way of anti-age therapy of not only skin but parenchymal organs. At the same time, a long-term control of homeostasis distant indices in women with serious changes in parenchymal organs is necessary after local Repleri gels injection because of organism’s hormonal reactions.Изучено локальное и системное влияние гелевых имплантатов Repleri на основе гиалуроновой кислоты, применяемой для коррекции возрастных изменений кожи. Стромальные стволовые клетки человека, несущие рецептор CD44 к гиалуроновой кислоте, мигрируют in vitro в структуру геля и морфологически созревают в фибробластоподобные формы, позитивно окрашивающиеся на кислую фосфатазу. Имплантация гелей Repleri в группе женщин с локальными и системными возрастными изменениями гомеостаза дает положительный местный эстетический эффект, связанный с полным сглаживанием носогубной складки кожи лица. Введение гелей Repleri в течение 1 года снижало системные показатели реального биологического возраста в сравнении с хронологическим (паспортным). В крови пациенток статистически значимо уменьшались концентрации липопротеинов и аспартатаминотрансферазы. Обнаруженный эффект можно рассматривать в качестве потенциального способа антивозрастной терапии не только кожи, но и паренхиматозных органов. В то же время в связи с гормональными реакциями организма после местного назначения гелей Repleri требуется длительный контроль системных показателей гомеостаза у женщин с серьезными изменениями внутренних органов

    Dynamics of the Life Qualify Parameters in HIV-Positive Patients With Opiate Dependence

    quality of life, opiate addiction, HIV infectionТhe aim of the study was to investigate QL (the quality of life) in HIV-positive (ODH1V+) and HIV-negative (ODH1V-) patients with opiate dependence before and after treatment at the stage of remission establishment and stabilization. SF-36 questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life in studied samples. ODH1V+ patients showed significantly lower QL level compared to ODH1V- patients. Despite of the positive dynamics of QL parameters after the treatment in ODHIV+ subjects, their values were still significantly lower than in healthy individuals at the stage of remission establishment and stabilization which indicates a failure of a basic therapy course to normalize QL in such patients and the need for correction of the existing management tactics regarding them with the use of a long-term complex program of treatment and rehabilitatio
