    The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of methods of Economic Value Added (EVA) to measure the financial performance of the pulp and paper industry 2011-2014 period. The results of this study showed that the financial performance of pulp and paper companies over the period 2011-2014. PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk, PT. Suparman Tbk, PT. Paper Factory Tjiwi Kimia Tbk financial performance was very bad with the acquisition value indicated a negative EVA for 4 consecutive study period (2011-2014). But only at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk, which has a fairly good financial performance only in 2011 but in the year 2012 to 2014 has decreased to have a negative EVA . From the analysis of the company's performance with the EVA method, it appears that the company's performance with the EVA method is very unfavorable in because the results of the analysis of the EVA method negative result of four pulp and paper companies

    This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and service quality to consumer satisfaction. Samples in this study were taken as many as 99 respondents and techniques used Non-probability sampling with Accidental Sampling approach. Data in this study using survey method through questionnaires filled by consumers. Data were obtained by using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing through t Test and F Test, and Coefficient Determination analysis (R2). Variable product quality has a greater influence on consumer buying interest that is equal to 0.234 and service quality variable has an effect of 0.143. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that the independent variables studied were product quality and service quality proved to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of consumer satisfaction. Then the results of analysis using the F test can be seen that product quality and service quality together significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that contribution of product quality and service quality influence to consumer satisfaction 56.1%. While remaining 43.1% influenced by other variables that are not included in this regression model

The sampel inside this research are 50 respondence by usung accidental sampling. And then tecnique to collected data in this research are using observation, questionnaire, and interview. And it was using likert scale to know the lenght of intervals.Based on the researh of the small marketing people,less productive because of lack attention to create a new bussines, foe example there is not a strore or a special place that provides souvenir, less attractive packaging, bad quality of the product altought the capital to make the souvenirs are not good.     One of the companies belonging to BUMN engaged in the palm oil industry is PT. Plantation terantam V Riau, which is located in subdistrict Tapubg Hulu, district Kampar. It is a company that is doing the processing of fresh fruit bunches (FEB) that is derived from their own gardens. PT. Plantation Terantam V Riau also been known to have a good image because always able to achieve the target set by the company. However, in the last few years, the company get a drop in achieving the target.The purpose of this research was to investigate the implementation of surveillance conducted by the leader in the company. Which after meticulous, it turn out the implementation of the existing surveillance on the archipelago PT. Plantation Terantam V Riau which has been classified in a accordance with a score of 2361 which is in the range 1828-2390.
