<p>Weight gain and caloric intake were assessed in high-fat fed wild-type and CD1d knock out mice, as described in Methods (Panels A–C). All mice underwent dual x-ray absorbitometry (DXA) as described in Methods (Panel D). CD8⁺ T-cells were assessed by FACS (Panel E).
