Длительная терапия больных с тяжелым течением акне: выбор доз и схем приема системного изотретиноина

The article presents current data on the application of a systemic retinoid, isotretinoin, on the basis of the Lidose system for the treatment of patients with severe forms of acne. It also discusses issues of optimization of the daily dose of isotretinoin taking into consideration long-term clinical efficacy and safety of the therapy. The article presents the results of the authors’ study demonstrating the possibility to select mainly large or small doses of systemic isotretinoin depending on the treatment duration.Приводятся современные данные о применении системного ретиноида изотретиноина на основе системы Lidose в лечении больных с тяжелыми формами акне. Обсуждаются вопросы оптимизации суточной дозы изотретиноина с учетом долгосрочной клинической эффективности и безопасности проводимой терапии. Приводятся результаты собственного исследования, демонстрирующие возможность выбора преимущественно больших, либо малых доз системного изотретиноина в зависимости от длительности предпринятого лечения

Эффективность применения узкополосной средневолновой ультрафиолетовой терапии 311 нм при атопическом дерматите у детей

The article presents the results of using a narrow-band mid-wavelength ultraviolet therapy (311 nm) in 79 children suffering from with atopic dermatitis. The course of treatment comprised 15 to 20 sessions of ultraviolet therapy with the maximal dose of irradiation being not more than 0.15 J/cm2. The control group (n=35) received traditional therapeutic treatment with the use of standard schemes of dosing and drug administration, and did not differ from the main group of patients in age, duration or form of the disease. Clinical efficacy of the therapy was estimated according to the SCORAD index, Dermatological Index of the Symptom Scale and Children's Dermatology Life Quality Index. The efficacy of the narrow-band mid-wavelength ultraviolet therapy (311 nm) turned out to be very high, which is confirmed by earlier reduction of clinical symptoms among patients from this group than in the control group. The latter fact was also confirmed by the reduction of absolute values of the SCORAD index and Dermatological Index of the Symptom Scale (pПредставлены результаты применения в комплексном лечении 79 детей, больных атопическим дерматитом, узкополосной средневолновой УФВ-терапии (311 нм). Курс лечения состоял из 15-20 процедур УФВ-терапии (311 нм) с максимальной разовой дозой облучения не более 0,15 Дж/см2. Группа сравнения (35 больных) получала традиционную терапию с использованием стандартных доз и схем приема лекарственных препаратов и не отличалась от основной группы по возрасту больных, длительности и форме заболевания. Клиническую эффективность оценивали по динамике индексов SCORAD, ДИШС и ДДИКЖ. Микробная экзема: новые возможностикомбинированной топической терапии

The authors assessed clinical efficacy and safety of Supirocin-B for patients suffering from microbial eczema. The dynamic assessment of EASI, Dermatological Index of Symptom Scale, DLQI and results of bacterioscopic examination showed that evident positive results of the use of Supirocin-B in patients suffering from microbial eczema are related to the strong antibacterial action of such a topical antibiotic as Mupirocin as well as high topical anti-inflammatory action of betamethasone dipropionate.У больных микробной экземой проведена оценка клинической эффективности и безопасности препарата Супироцин-Б. The role of motivational factors which make interns choose specialty of dermatovenerologist

Objective: to analyze the main motivational and psychological factors influencing the success of the process of becoming a young medical interns in the specialty «Dermatovenereology». Materials and methods. The study involved 49 interns in the specialty «Dermatovenereology» (22 people studied in 2013-2014, 27 people — in 2014-2015). For the diagnosis it was used a Shortened multi-factor Personality inventory (RESINS), the technique of "career Anchors" diagnostic value orientations in karyes-re (E. Shane, translation and adaptation of V.A. Chiker, V. E.
