STUDY ON THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE FPL-4 CUTTER FOR GERMINATION BED PREPARATION AND MAINTENANCE IN VEGETABLE GROWING

    Get PDF
The paper presents a theoretical study on the possibility of making an agricultural milling cutter for germinating bed preparation and crop maintenance in vegetable growing. The studies were done starting from the frying cutter in FPL-4 vegetable growing.Only part of the transmission of the machine from the power take-off of the tractor will be used from the FPL-4, the rest of the components being completed by the author, ie the components of the work section, the transmission components and the rotors with the work bodies grouped by two on a mechanism which allows them to rotate horizontally so that a plant protection zone can also be provided during maintenance

Researches on corrosion cracking phenomenon that occurs on welded of agricultural equipment

Welded construction equipments for agriculture are strongly stressed in terms of mechanics, but also in terms of environmental action and thus in many cases appears their wear by corrosion cracking phenomenon. After research it was noted that after a certain period of use of equipment, metallographic structure of welded steel structures has changed substantially and at the same time a change in the chemical composition of steel was also observed. In terms of chemical composition a reduction in carbon content was mainly observed, and an increase in sulfur content, determined mainly by the presence of large quantities of sulfur in the atmosphere. This sulfur in the atmosphere at the same time determines the acid action on metallic materials, by forming with water from precipitation of H2S. Key words

STUDY ON THE ORWING REGIME OF THERMAL MOTORS OF AGRICULTURAL TRACTORS

Motor vehicle rating parameters are expressed using features that are graphical representations of sizes that make it possible to compare with other similar engines and establish behavior in service. For motor vehicle dynamics, the engine speed or external characteristic speed characteristic is used, which represents the actual power variation curve and the actual moment depending on the engine speed or angular speed. At present, standards on engine testing methods vary from country to country, with regard to no. engine mounts during the tests, the volume of test work and the working conditions. As a result, for one and the same engine, it is possible to obtain different speed and load characteristics, depending on the standard or the tests performed. It has been found that the increase in the speed above the maximum allowable value, the engine power is considerably reduced due to the worsening of the filling of the cylinders with the fuel mixture and the mechanical losses in the motor. For these reasons and in order to avoid the high dynamic loads it is recommended that at maximum speed the displacement max. do not exceed the maximum power speed by 10 ... 20%

The influence of melted material proprieties over the characteristics of welded jointings made from steel OL 52.4K

    Get PDF
In the paper we present the analysis of the hardness (HV10) in more directions in transverse area of the joint, in the thermal-influenced area (TIA), in the basic metal (BM) and in weld, but we also analyze the embrittlement and stubcracking effect and the angle at static bending. The hardness analysis of melted material and also the study of embrittlementand stub-cracking effect and the analysis of static bending angle under constant load offer very important information over the quality of welded joints and their behavior when exploiting them

Management coordinations on steel industry in the context of durable development

    Get PDF
The durable development imposes the respect of economic, social and environment-protection requests. The objective of this paper is the emphasis of applying a rational management at the level of all the siderurgical operators in order for a healthy economic growth to be assured, correlated with the environment protection. In this sense, the study is based on the analysis of a data set which relates to the growth rhythm of the gross domestic product (GDP), raw steel production and the consume of finished steel products per capita for the significant countries from the perspective of these indicators. Also, there are emphasized the objectives of sustainable development and the requests of the systematic management imposed by them at the level of the operators from the siderurgical industry
