ГорькогоDonetsk National Medical University AbstractInvestigated inetrleukines I L1β, IL6, IL8 and allelic polymorphism of the genes IL-1β, TLR-2, MTHFR 40 psoriasis patients with and without chronic herpes virus infection (HWI): cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus(immune-EBV). In psoriasis patients, in comparison with the control group showed an increase level of IL8, IL6 and IL1b. Shown a statistically significant relationship between level IL1b polymorphism with C-31T IL1b gene is most expressed when the genotype T/T. The dependence of the level of IL1b from allelic polymorphism of TLR-2 (Arg753Gln), most pronounced in psoriasis patients with homozygous genotype Arg/Arg. Multivariate mathematical analysis showed a statistically significant difference in the level IL1b allelic polymorphism of TLR-2 (Arg753Gln), most pronounced in patients with psoriasis with HWI. It is set by the construction of logistic model, that risk of heavy and heavy flow of dermatosis  higher for women, and increased with age and for men and for women, related to the level of IL6 and allelic polymorphism of Glu429Ala of gene of MTHFR (model sensitiveness 95,8 %, 95 % ДИ 78,9 % - 99,9 %; specificity is 71,4 %, 95 % ДИ 29,0 % - 96,3 %), statistically meaningfully higher in patients by psoriasis with HWI at the genotype of Arg/Arg gene of TLR - 2. Key words: psoriasis, interleukins, genetic polymorphism, chronic viral infection, cytomegalovirus, Epstein-Barr virus. РезюмеИсследованы инетрлейкины IL1β, IL6, IL8 и аллельный полиморфизм генов ИЛ-1β, TLR-2, MTHFRу 40 больных псориазом с наличием и без хронической герпесвирусной инфекции (ХВИ): цитомегаловирусной (ЦМВ), Эпштейн-Барр-вирусной(ЭБВ).У больных псориазом,в сравнение с контрольной группой установлено повышение уровня IL8, IL6 и IL1b. Показана статистически значимая связь уровня IL1b с полиморфизмом C-31T гена IL1b, наиболее выраженная при генотипе Т/Т. Выявлена зависимость уровня IL1b от аллельного полиморфизма гена TLR-2 (Arg753Gln), наиболее выраженная у больных псориазом с гомозиготным генотипом Arg/Arg. Многофакторный математический анализ показал статистически значимое различие уровня IL1bи аллельного полиморфизма гена TLR-2 (Arg753Gln), наиболее выраженное у больных псориазом с ХВИ. Путем построения логистической модели установлено, что риск среднетяжелого и тяжелого течения дерматоза  выше у женщин, и повышался с возрастом и у мужчин и у женщин, связан с уровнем IL6 и аллельным полиморфизмом Glu429Ala гена MTHFR (чувствительность модели 95,8 %, 95 % ДИ 78,9 % – 99,9 %; специфичность – 71,4 %, 95 % ДИ 29,0 % – 96,3 %), статистически значимо выше у больных псориазом с ХВИ при генотипе Arg/Arg гена TLR-2. Ключевые слова: псориаз, интерлейкины, полиморфизм генов, хроническая вирусная инфекция, цитомегаловирус, Эпштейн-Барра вирус

Perspective Directions of Logistics Activities Development of Long-Distance Railway Carriers

Long-distance passenger rail transportation is a socially significant sector of the transport industry. The mobility of the population in the Russian Federation depends on the effective activities of transport carriers in this segment. However, every year in the system of state antitrust regulation, we can see the growing inefficiency of managerial decisions made in relation to the formed rules of the regulatory environment. This article presents an analysis of how the existing crisis in the economy caused by the spread of coronavirus infection affected the results of long-distance railway carriers activities. Given the predicted reduction in government support and economic activity, the authors conclude that it is necessary to increase the role of logistics in the financial and economic activities of transport carriers as one of the drivers for optimizing the financial condition of enterprises in the sector.</jats:p

Logistic Solutions for the Organization of Combined Cargo Transportation

The article is devoted to the organization of combined cargo transportation in the activities of logistic operators on the Russian market. The paper considers features of the organization of combined cargo transportation and the related directions and tasks of the logistic services development in the modern market. Methodological tools of the research: analysis of the statistical sources of information reflecting the specifics, delivery schemes and problems in the organization of combined cargo transportation. The authors, conducting a study of the functioning, one of the largest 3 PL operators providing logistic services for the combined cargo transportation, identified problems in this process. This allowed to develop and offer a tool for improving this process, which reduces not only time costs, but also improves the quality of logistic service for the client.</jats:p

On the Problem of Development of Scientific and Methodical Support in the Conditions of Modern Requirements to the Preparation of a Bachelor of Teacher Education

Modern society determines the order for highly professional specialists in the field of education. For successful realization of professional activity graduate a teacher training University must satisfy the requirements stated in the professional standard of the teacher. In preparing future teachers the competence are formed, stated in the federal state educational standard of higher education by the direction of Teacher Education. Therefore there is a problem of development of the basic professional educational program that meets the requirements of these and other regulations. The paper proposes a solution to this problem at the expense of establishing of correspondence between competencies declared in the federal state educational standard of higher education, and labor functions specified in the professional standard of the teacher. The variant of implementation of established conformity of the content of the discipline variable part of Basic Professional Educational Program is reviewed. Working program of discipline "Geometric modeling by means ICT" is offered, the attributes of the work program, the content of the modules discipline and fund of evaluative tools are described.</jats:p
