Technology for test-systems for diagnosis of modified proteins (proteopathy) underlying social diseases (Report 1)
A new experimental technique for obtaining diagnostic test systems is introduced based on conjugates "polymer microsphere–bioligand" for rapid diagnosis of autoantibodies to the modified protein on example of thyroglobulin, which consists of preliminary blocking of aldehyde groups of polymer microspheres by glycine amine groups, and then of the covalent interaction between carboxyl group of glycine and the amino groups of thyroglobulin. This way of creating test systems has enhanced the sensitivity of the reaction of latex agglutination (RLA) by extending the boundaries of titer.A new experimental technique for obtaining diagnostic test systems is introduced based on conjugates "polymer microsphere–bioligand" for rapid diagnosis of autoantibodies to the modified protein on example of thyroglobulin, which consists of preliminary blocking of aldehyde groups of polymer microspheres by glycine amine groups, and then of the covalent interaction between carboxyl group of glycine and the amino groups of thyroglobulin. Microparticles prepared from biodegradable polyhydroxyalkanoates as matrix for encapsulation of cytostatic drug
Microparticles made from degradable polyhydroxyalkanoates of different chemical compositions a homopolymer of 3-hydroxybutyric acid, copolymers of 3-hydroxybutyric and 4-hydroxybutyric acids (P3HB/4HB), 3-hydroxybutyric and 3-hydroxyvaleric acids (P3HB/3HV), 3-hydroxybutyric and 3-hydroxyhexanoic acids (P3HB/3HHx) were prepared using the solvent evaporation technique, from double emulsions. The study addresses the influence of the chemical compositions on the size and ξ-potential of microparticles. P3HB microparticles loaded with doxorubicin have been prepared and investigated. Their average diameter and ξ-potential have been found to be dependent upon the level of loading (1, 5, and 10 % of the polymer mass). Investigation of the in vitro drug release behavior showed that the total drug released from the microparticle into the medium increased with mass concentration of the drug. In this study mouse fibroblast NIH 3T3 cells were cultivated on PHA microparticles, and results of using fluorescent DAPI DNA stain, and MTT assay showed that microparticles prepared from PHAs of different chemical compositions did not exhibit cytotoxicity to cells cultured on them and proved to be highly biocompatible. Cell attachment and proliferation on PHA microparticles were similar to those on polystyrene. The cytostatic drug encapsulated in P3HB/3HV microparticles has been proven to be effective against HeLa tumor cells.Russia (Federation) (Agreement 11.G34.31.0013)Program of the President of Russia for Young Doctors of Sciences (Grant MD-3112.2012.4

Engineering Background: Modern Formats and Challenges of Conceptual Engineering
© Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd. This paper describes the analysis of problems and development perspectives of engineering education in our and other countries. Special attention is given to modern formats of education that motivate creative efforts of engineers-to-be as well as issues of conceptual engineering taking the challenges of modernity into account
Лечение больных инфарктом миокарда в современных условиях регионального сосудистого центра
The article highlights the problem of providing care for patients with acute coronary syndrome, given the high myocardial infarction (mi) morbidity and mortality among the youth population. The main method of managing acute myocardial infarction is reperfusion therapy, performing revascularization with percutaneous coronary intervention (pci) in the shortest possible time from the disease onset. Only rational and timely treatment can reduce mortality after mi, the frequency of its complications, as well the period of inpatient treatment and disability of the population.
Implementation of the state economic policy in the field of education
The relevance of the analyzed issue is caused by the need to study the mutual development of higher education and basic factors of the production system. The purpose of this paper is the development of theoretical positions of state regulation of higher education systems, as well as the development of practical recommendations for the implementation of the economic policy at the present stage of development. The leading approaches in the study of this issue are historic-economic, institutional and evolutionary, econometric modeling elements allowing justifying the trend of the higher education development in the current period. It is proved that changes in economic policy conditions are associated with the implementation of irreversible transformations occurring in the factors of production. It is shown that these changes dictate cyclical fluctuations, as well as the evolution of the behavior and preferences of consumers. The contents of this article may be useful in the development of a state strategy to modernize higher education and the overall economic policy. © 2016 Malikh et al
