On the T-Odd Quark Fragmentation Function and on Transversal Handedness
The first probe of the correlation of the T-odd one-particle fragmentation
function responsible for the left--right asymmetry of fragmentation of a
transversely polarized quark is done by using the 1991-95 DELPHI data for -jet decay. Integrated over the fraction of longitudinal and transversal
momenta, this correlation is of 1.5% order, which means order of 13% for the
analyzing power.
A rather large () handedness transversal to the production plane
was observed in the diffractive production of () triples from
nuclei by the --beam. It was shown that the phenomenon has a
clear dynamic origin and resembles the single spin asymmetry behavior. All this
makes us hope to use this effects in polarized DIS experiments for transversity
measurement.Comment: 10 pp, 5 epsfig, Latex 2e, szjp.cls, epsfig.sty, wrapfig.sty

Sol-gel Synthesis, Photo- and Electrocatalytic Properties of Mesoporous TiO2 Modified with Transition Metal Ions
Abstract Mesoporous nanosized titania films modified with Co2+, Ni2+, Mn3+, and Cu2+ ions have been produced by templated sol-gel method and characterized by optical spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and Brunauer, Emmett, and Teller (BET) surface area measurement. Band gap energy and the position of flat band potentials were estimated by photoelectrochemical measurements. The films doped with transition metals possessed higher photocurrent quantum yield, as well as photo- and electrochemical activity compared to undoped samples. Mn+/TiO2 (MβCo, Ni, Mn, Cu) electrodes with low dopant content demonstrate high efficiency in electrocatalytic reduction of dissolved oxygen. Polarization curves of TiO2, TiO2/Ni2+, TiO2/Co2+/3+, and TiO2/Mn3+ electrodes contain only one current wave (oxygen reduction current). It means that reaction proceeds without the formation of an intermediate product H2O2
Phase and Intensity Distributions of Individual Pulses of PSR B0950+08
The distribution of the intensities of individual pulses of PSR B0950+08 as a
function of the longitudes at which they appear is analyzed. The flux density
of the pulsar at 111 MHz varies strongly from day to day (by up to a factor of
13) due to the passage of the radiation through the interstellar plasma
(interstellar scintillation). The intensities of individual pulses can exceed
the amplitude of the mean pulse profile, obtained by accumulating 770 pulses,
by more than an order of magnitude. The intensity distribution along the mean
profile is very different for weak and strong pulses. The differential
distribution function for the intensities is a power law with index n = -1.1 +-
0.06 up to peak flux densities for individual pulses of the order of 160 Jy
Analysis of spatial humus distribution in virgin and arable Chernozems in the eroding landscapes
A statistical assessment of data on the content and spatial distribution of humus in virgin and arable Chernozems on slopes in the south of the forest-steppe zone of the Central Russian Upland was performed. The greatest number of statistically significant differences between arable and virgin Chernozems was found for the upper soil layer (0β20 cm
Formal bases of optimization procedures of system-object imitation models of processes and systems
The paper discusses some optimization methods for system-object simulation models of processes and systems. The authors proposed some optimization principles in the article in order to increase the efficiency of the system-object analysis of organizational, business and industrial processes by improving the theoretical and instrumental means of optimizing the system-object simulation model
Asymmetry Function of Interstellar Scintillations of Pulsars
A new method for separating intensity variations of a source's radio emission
having various physical natures is proposed. The method is based on a joint
analysis of the structure function of the intensity variations and the
asymmetry function, which is a generalization of the asymmetry coefficient and
characterizes the asymmetry of the distribution function of the intensity
fluctuations on various scales for the inhomogeneities in the diffractive
scintillation pattern. Relationships for the asymmetry function in the cases of
a logarithmic normal distribution of the intensity fluctuations and a normal
distribution of the field fluctuations are derived. Theoretical relationships
and observational data on interstellar scintillations of pulsars (refractive,
diffractive, and weak scintillations) are compared. Pulsar scintillations match
the behavior expected for a normal distribution of the field fluctuations
(diffractive scintillation) or logarithmic normal distribution of the intensity
fluctuations (refractive and weak scintillation). Analysis of the asymmetry
function is a good test for distinguishing scintillations against the
background of variations that have different origins
WORK OF A HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION MULTIDISCIPLINARY DEPARTMENT ON THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF FUTURE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
The aim of the study is to test new approaches to the management of professional and personal development of students of pedagogical university. Methodology and research methods. The theoretical analysis of the following information sources was carried out: psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature on the researched topic; teaching-program documentation and teaching materials (work programs of studying disciplines, textbooks, manuals, collections of tasks, guidelines, etc.); normative documents (Federal State Educational Standards (FSES), General Educational Programs (GEP), curricula, instructional acts, etc.). The methods of modeling and expert evaluation were used. Results and scientific novelty. The features of integrative activities of the multidisciplinary department of pedagogical university for formation of professional competences of future elementary school teachers are revealed. The diagnostics of the competences mastered by pupils at the level of a bachelor degree was carried out during deployment period, carrying out mini-researches and performing of the combined analytic-constructive and diagnostic tasks at lessons. Practical significance. The diagnostic approach to formation of professional competences of future teachers of primary school (undergraduate level) under conditions of multidisciplinary department work may be of interest to teachers of other pedagogical universities and colleges.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠΉ Π² ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΡ - ΠΏΠΎΠΈΡΠΊ ΠΈ Π°ΠΏΡΠΎΠ±Π°ΡΠΈΡ Π½ΠΎΠ²ΡΡ
