The purpose of the authors conducted research to determine the effectiveness of E-Marketing Interests Against Tourist Visits in Gorontalo Saronde Island and can be beneficial for the institutions, the object of research, author and upcoming research. Location of the researched, is Saronde Island in Gorontalo.
E-Marketing is one of the factors that play an important role in running a marketing business. E marketing or Electronic Marketing is one of the breakthroughs that are quite reliable in marketing a tourism product. Saronde Island as one of the tourist attraction managed by GAB (Natural Gorontalo Maritime) uses the concept of E Marketing as one way powerful enough to market their products. This research uses quantitative, the measurement data in the form of numbers. Variables examined include facebook marketing, email marketing, web marketing and blackberry messenger marketing. The number of samples from total sample is 60 respondents to the normality test, autocorrelation test results and test multikolinear data formula that relies on the analysis of the results of Durbin Watson and VIF (Variance Inflation Factor). With the technique of multiple regression analysis. The analysis result showed Blackberry Massenger is most effective changer variable, which conducted to influent visiting of tourist, than others variable.
The results showed a significant effect on interest visiting of tourists at Saronde island of Gorontalo. The implications of this study, is to be helpful to the reader, or for anyone who wants to continue the same thing in future research. Hypothesis Testing depend variable to independent variable, the probability value is < 0.01.

Effect of Inoculum Age, Carbon and Nitrogen Sources on the Production of Lipase by Candida Cylindracea 2031 in Batch Fermentation
Production of extracellular lipase by Candida cylindracea DSMZ 2031 was studied in a seven liters batch bioreactor, using palm oil (PO), palmitic acid (PA), lauric acid (LA), olive oil (OO) and cooking oil (CO) as carbon source. The effect of carbon and nitrogen sources were studied by measuring the lipase activity. The maximum lipase activity was found to be 12.7 kLU on palm oil as carbon source, urea as nitrogen sources and at 36 h inoculum age. This was achieved at a temperature of 30o C, pH of 6.0, agitation speed of 500 rpm and aeration of 1vvm

Banks’ equity performance and the term structure of interest rates
Using an extensive global sample, this paper investigates the impact of the term structure of interest rates on bank equity returns. Decomposing the yield curve to its three constituents (level, slope and curvature), the paper evaluates the time-varying sensitivity of the bank’s equity returns to these constituents by using a diagonal dynamic conditional correlation multivariate GARCH framework. Evidence reveals that the empirical proxies for the three factors explain the variations in equity returns above and beyond the market-wide effect. More specifically, shocks to the long-term (level) and short-term (slope) factors have a statistically significant impact on equity returns, while those on the medium-term (curvature) factor are less clear-cut. Bank size plays an important role in the sense that exposures are higher for SIFIs and large banks compared to medium and small banks. Moreover, banks exhibit greater sensitivities to all risk factors during the crisis and postcrisis periods compared to the pre-crisis period; though these sensitivities do not differ for market-oriented and bank-oriented financial systems
