    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dapat meningkatkan aspek kognitif mahasiswa yang diukur melalui hasil belajar mahasiswa dan aspek afektif mahasiswa materi Akuntansi Keuangan Semester III A Kelas Pagi Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. Lima tahapan pembelajaran model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS )terdiri dari aspek partisipasi, aspek penilaian/penentuan sikap, aspek organisasi, aspek pembentukanpola hidupHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dapat meningkatkan aspek kognitif mahasiswa dan aspek afektif mahasiswa Semester III A Kelas Pagi Program Studi Perbankan Syariah Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara mata kuliah Akuntansi Keuangan. Pada siklus I terdiri dari lima tahapan aspek afektif mahasiswa yaitu aspek penerimaan nilai rata-rataobservasi sebesar 95; aspek partisipasi nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 93,5; aspek penilaian/penentuan sikap nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 97; aspek organisasi nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 95; aspek pembentukanpola hidup nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 96,5. Aspek kognitif yang diukur melalui hasil belajar menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar mencapai 93,18% dari pra tindakan

    The Influence of Human Resource Competency on Employees Performance

    Competition requires every organization to increase the quality in their competitiveness by using high quality and competent human resources. The competency should be beyond academic and working skills alone, and should include attitude as well. Inefficient quality and competency of human resources results in declination of work effectiveness. The goal of this research is to elicit whether there is positive impact on the increase of competency toward working effectiveness. The object of this research is employees at the Secretariate Directorate General of Human Resources and Post and Informatic Devices (Secretariat General SDPPI). Variable indicator of the competence studies includes knowledge, ability and attitude. Data analysis to test the hypothesis is done using multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, F-test and T-test analysis. From the three independent variables that were individually tested, the most dominant compensation that affects work effectiveness of workers is knowledge, with a coefficient of 0.366. F-test analysis showed that knowledge, ability and attitude, all together has positive effect toward workers' work effectiveness

    . Increased productivity needs being in line with the increase in employee performance. To be able to improve employee performance, companies must create working conditions that offer incentives for employees to satisfy them with the system running in the company(????). The purpose application of Quality of Work Life (QWL) in an enterprise is to improve employee satisfaction on the job(???). Employee job satisfaction is one important aspect to consider in efforts to improve the human resources quality of an enterprise. Employees who have high job satisfaction, will generally have a high commitment to the company. High employee commitment will give beneficial contribution to the company to increase productivity of both employees and companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of the QWL application on job satisfaction and employee commitment as well as analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee commitment. The study is conducted by giving questionnaire to 120 employees SBU (Strategic Business Unit) 1 PT. PGN, which is present in three areas, namely Hosbun, Bogor and Jakarta East. Hypothesis testing method using the model Structural Equation Model (SEM) with PLS.The results of the analysis indicate that the application of QWL hypothesis has no effect on job satisfaction of employees. Application of QWL and job satisfaction significantly influence employee commitment. The better implementation of QWL and the higher levels of job satisfaction will increase employee commitment to the company

    Efektivitas Student Worksheet Berbasis Project Based Learning dalam Menumbuhkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Geografi

    The mastering of geography matter need students critical thinking skills. Growing students critical thinking skills in learning geography can be achieved in learning that focus on problem solving the environment student. The research aims to test the effectiveness and know student respons in the student worksheet based on project based learning oriented to student critical thinking who produced. Data collection method use the questionnaire and the trial was done to their students a class 36 students. Data analysis the results of the tryouts be done in descriptive quantitative. The research results show that: 1) the effectiveness student worksheet based on project based learning in developing the capacity to students critical thinking after learning had qualified is good, and 2) students response to student worksheet based on project based learning had qualified for worthy, it means student worksheet produced can received by students and learning activities easy was conducted using student worksheet.Penguasaan materi geografi membutuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penumbuhan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran geografi dapat dilakukan melalui pembelajaran yang fokus pada pemecahan masalah lingkungan sekitar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap produk Student Worksheet berbasis Project Based Learning berorientasi pada berpikir kritis (critical thinking) siswa yang dihasilkan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan uji coba dilakukan pada siswa satu kelas sebanyak 36 siswa. Analisis data hasil uji coba dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tingkat efektivitas Student Worksheet berbasis Project Based Learning dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa setelah pembelajaran memiliki kualifikasi berpikir kritis baik, dan 2) tingkat respon siswa terhadap Student Worksheet berbasis Project Based Learning memiliki kualifikasi layak, artinya LKS yang dihasilkan dapat diterima oleh siswa dan kegiatan pembelajaran mudah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan LKS
