    Figure S2. Effects of Jawoongo on cell viability in various cell lines. HMC-1 cells were treated with the combination of ionomycin (500 ng/ml) and PMA (5 ng/ml) with varying concentrations of DMSO and Jawoongo (5–500 μg/ml) for 24 h (A). RAW264.7 cells (B) and splenocytes (C) were treated with the combination of LPS (1 mg/ml) and varying concentrations of DMSO and Jawoongo (5–500 μg/ml) for 24 h.
