    Perbandingan Perubahan Warna Resin Komposit Nanofiller dan Nanohybrid Setelah Perendaman Pada Susu Fermentasi

    This research was to determine the difference in the ratio of the color change of the nanofiller and nanohybrid composite resins after immersion in fermented milk. This study used nanofiller and nanohybrid composite resins in the form of tablets with a diameter of 10 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. 32 samples were divided into 2 groups, namely the nanofiller resin group and the nanohybrid resin group soaked in fermented milk for 7 days. The discoloration of nanofiller and nanohybrid composite resins was measured using a chromameter before and after immersion. The results of statistical analysis of the independent t-test showed that there was a difference between the color of the nanofiller resin and the nanohybrid, namely p = 0.015. The results of the analysis also showed a change in color between the nanofiller and nanohybrid composite resins before and after soaking the fermented milk for 7 days, namely p = 0.023 and p = 0.000. The conclusion of this study is that there are differences in the color change of nanofiller and nanohybrid composite resins in fermented milk immersion

    Pencabutan gigi menyebabkan terjadinya perlukaan pada jaringan lunak dan jaringan keras di daerah bekas pencabutan. Putih telur secara tradisional dapat digunakan untuk pengobatan luka. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemberian gel ekstrak putih telur terhadap penyembuhan luka pasca pencabutan gigi tikus putih melalui pengamatan jumlah sel makrofag. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental. Subjek penelitian berupa tikus putih jantan (Rattus novergicus) galur wistar usia 2-3 bulan sebanyak 32 ekor yang dibagi menjadi  dua yaitu kelompok kontrol Aquadest dan kelompok perlakuan gel putih telur. Pencabutan dilakukan pada gigi seri kiri rahang atas. Kemudian tikus dikorbankan pada hari ke-1, 3, 5 dan 7. Pengamatan sel makrofag dibawah mikroskop dengan pembesaran 40x. Jumlah rata-rata makrofag pada kelompok perlakuan lebih sedikit dibandingkan kelompok kontrol Aquades dan secara signifikan mengalami penurunan dalam jangka waktu pengamatan (p<0,05). Pemberian gel ekstrak putih telur pada luka soket pasca pencabutan gigi efektif dalam meningkatkan jumlah sel makrofag pada proses penyembuhan luka pasca pencabutan gigi.Tooth extraction causes injury to soft tissue and hard tissue in the former extraction area. Egg white can traditionally be used for the treatment of wounds. To determine the effectiveness of egg white extract gel for wound healing after tooth extraction of white mice by observing the number of macrophage cells.This study used an experimental method. The research subjects were 32 rats of male rats (Rattus novergicus) aged 2-3 months, divided into two groups, namely the Aquadest control group and the egg white gel treatment group. Extraction is carried out in the maxillary left incisors. Then rats were sacrificed on days 1, 3, 5 and 7. Observation of macrophage cells under a microscope with 40x magnification. The average number of macrophages in the treatment group was less than the Aquades control group and significantly decreased in the observation period (p <0.05). The administration of egg white extract gel in post tooth extraction socket wounds was effective in increasing the number of macrophage cells in the post-extraction wound healing proces
