    Import 23/08/2017Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá různými způsoby měření proudů a praktickým testováním vybraných klešťových ampérmetrů na sestaveném modelu přípojnic. V práci jsou uvedeny metody měření pomocí Rogowského cívky a měřícího transformátoru proudu. Dále jsou uvedeny magnetické vlastnosti jádra a různé druhy hysterezních smyček. V praktické části bylo provedeno měření pomocí digitálních multimetrů, kleští bez elektroniky, které byly připojeny na stolní multimetr a taky pomocí Rogowského cívky - AmpFlex. Na základě naměřených hodnot je vyhodnoceno, které přístroje byly nejvíce ovlivněny vnějším polem.This Bachelor thesis deals with different ways of measuring current and practical testing of selected clamp meters on a assembled busbar model. The work mentioned measuring methods using a Rogowski coil, current transformer. The following are the magnetic properties of the cores and various types of hysteresis loops. In the practical part measurements were taken using digital multimeters, clamps without electronics that were attached to the table multimetr and also using Rogowski coil - AmpFlex.     Foundation structures, their testing and modelling their behavior is a wide area to research. Analysis of interaction between the subsoil and the foundation structures has been developed for many years. For the determination of stress in foundation structure is needed to determine the influence of the stiffness respectively pliability of subsoil to structural internal forces, and vice versa, how the stiffness of the foundation structure affects the resulting subsidence. A lot of different elements are tested or modeled in the world. Previous researches on loading of reinforced slabs have shown a number of phenomena significantly influencing their strength and behaviour. However, no general agreement is yet found on a physical theory (either in codes of practice or in design models) suitably describing the interaction between the subsoil and the foundation structures.Web of Science785-5979

Dále se práce zaměřuje na způsoby zavírání, otevírání a dotlačování vrat pece. Následuje praktická část, kde je popsán problém při dotlačování vrat a jeho možné řešení. V práci jsou tedy navrhnuty možné způsoby přítlaku vrat pece a vybraná varianta je detailně rozpracována v navazujících kapitolách.The aim of this thesis is to design and optimize the furnace door closing mechanism. The theoretical part descriptions chamber furnaces vehicle and its main components. The thesis focuses on ways of closing, opening and pressing of furnace door. The problem with pressing of furnace door and its possible solutions are described in practical part. Possible ways to pressure of furnace door are suggested in thesis.     Comparison of Properties of Concretes with Different Types and Dosages of Fibers

    Concretes with PP fibers 12 mm, construction polymer fibers 25 mm, 3D steel fibers 25 mm, and steel microfibers 12 mm were prepared in dosages 0.5 and 1%. The mechanical properties (compressive strength, bending strength, fracture properties, and modulus elasticity) and the frost resistance of these concretes were tested and they are discussed. The behavior of these concretes is also discussed using graphs load vs. deflection. As bad results of frost resistance are sometimes recorded for concrete with fibers, this property is also evaluated. As was expected, mechanical properties are enhanced with the addition of suitable fibers. Frost resistance is usually comparative with concrete without fibers, but in the case of concrete with 1% of steel fibers, it is reduced

    This work aims at experimental investigation of several variants of fiber reinforced cementitious composite with strain hardening made partially with industrial by-products. This paper describes the manufacturing, testing and evaluating the properties of the composite. Industrial waste produced mainly in Moravia-Silesia Region in the Czech Republic was used for the manufacturing of the fiber reinforced cementitious composite with strain hardening. The basic physical and mechanical properties were measured - volume density of wet and hardened composite, consistency, tensile, flexural and compressive strength and elastic modulus. The findings show that the fiber reinforced cementitious composite made partially with industrial by-products is a suitable material for sustainable constructions.Web of Science24648047

    Continuous casting is a modern and advanced technology of steel production, whose product is a steel blank as a semifinished product for further manufacturing. It is known that better monitoring and process control of casting improves the steel quality and is able to ensure customers’ requirements in terms of sizes, brands, quantities and properties with lower costs. The crystallizer belongs among the most important parts of this whole process [1]. At present many methods for analysing of the crystallizer temperature profile in operation were published and experimentally verified. In these methods, the thermocouples or Bragg gratings are widely used. New sophisticated analysis method of crystallizer temperature profile is the utilization of the optical fiber DTS based on the stimulated Raman scattering. This paper describes the first experimental measurement and verification of the method, which are necessary for the method deployment into the industrial practices

V práci je navrhnuta celková koncepce podvozkového rámu stroje a výsledná varianta je podrobena pevnostní kontrole. V práci jsou uvažovány dva základní stavy. Prvním, kdy bude stroj připraven k přepravě, tedy bez zatížení R-materiálu a bude tedy stát na kolech. Druhým, kdy stroj bude v pracovní pozici, tedy na nohách. V teoretické části je uveden souhrn informací týkajících se rámu vozidla a jednotlivé vybrané návrhy.The main target of this bachelor thesis is to design a construction of an undercarriage frame under the vehicle system. There is proposed an overall conception of the undercarriege frame of the vehicle in this work and the final option is put to the test of the strength.There are two basic states considered in the thesis. In the first state, the vehicle is prepared for a transport, so it is without the load of r-Stuff Treatment and will stand on the wheels. In the second state, when the vehicle will be in working position, it will stand on the legs.     Implementation of optical meanders of the optical-fiber DTS system based on raman stimulated scattering into the building processes

    The Optical fiber DTS (Distribution Temperature Systems) are unique distributed temperature systems using optical fiber as a sensor. These systems are able to measure the temperature along the fiber, in some case they can measure tension as well. For their function they use nonlinear effect in optical fiber (Raman nonlinear effect, Brillouin nonlinear effect). The greatest advantage of this sensor system is just using of the optical fiber (electromagnetic resistance, small size, safety using in inflammable and explosive area, easy installation, etc.). The Optical fiber DTS systems can be used with advantage even in areas, where the using of classic sensors would be problematic. The typical example is monitoring of outflows in pipelines, illegal service connection etc. In some processes it is necessary to know exact temperature (tension) in particular points. There it can appear a problem with resolution of the optical-fiber DTS. This article deals with problems of the optical meanders implementation into the building processes
