Torsion pairs in repetitive cluster categories of type AnA_n

We give a complete classification of torsion pairs in repetitive cluster categories of type AnA_n, which were defined by Zhu as the orbit categories, via certain configurations of diagonals, called Ptolemy diagrams. As applications, we classify rigid subcategories, which gives Lamberti's classification of cluster tilting subcategories. When p=1p = 1, this generalizes the work of Holm, Jorgensen and Rubey for the classification of torsion pairs in cluster categories of type AnA_n.Comment: Comments are welcom

The Relationship between Social Responsibility and Majority Shareholders’ Stock Selling: Considering the Mediation of Investors Tendency

Based on the research object of majority shareholders’ stock selling at the post period of equity division reform, this paper takes 8019 A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market from 2007-2013 as sample, empirically analysis the relationship between social responsibility and majority shareholders’ stock selling, and consider mediation effect of the investor tendency. The study found that from the point of internal governance effect, the better of social responsibility, the lower possibility of majority shareholders’ stock selling. At the same time, the lower of market reduction premium, the lower possibility of majority shareholders’ stock selling, after considering the influence of investors’ tendency, the inhibition effect of social responsibility will be magnified, which means securities market identity with the inhibition effect that comes from the social responsibility caused by listed companies’ internal. Further study found that majority shareholders will avoid stock selling during the period of the social responsibility reporting, and market investors will hold different attitudes toward majority shareholders for their first and continuous stock selling, and on their view, continuous stock selling is a “bad” event

Target of Rapamycin Regulates Photosynthesis and Cell Growth in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa

    Get PDF
Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa is an efficient photosynthetic microalga with autotrophic growth and reproduction, which has the advantages of rich nutrition and high protein content. Target of rapamycin (TOR) is a conserved protein kinase in eukaryotes both structurally and functionally, but little is known about the TOR signalling in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa. Here, we found a conserved ApTOR protein in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa, and the key components of TOR complex 1 (TORC1) were present, while the components RICTOR and SIN1 of the TORC2 were absent in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa. Drug sensitivity experiments showed that AZD8055 could effectively inhibit the growth of Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa, whereas rapamycin, Torin1 and KU0063794 had no obvious effect on the growth of Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa a. Transcriptome data results indicated that Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa TOR (ApTOR) regulates various intracellular metabolism and signaling pathways in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa. Most genes related to chloroplast development and photosynthesis were significantly down-regulated under ApTOR inhibition by AZD8055. In addition, ApTOR was involved in regulating protein synthesis and catabolism by multiple metabolic pathways in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa. Importantly, the inhibition of ApTOR by AZD8055 disrupted the normal carbon and nitrogen metabolism, protein and fatty acid metabolism, and TCA cycle of Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa cells, thus inhibiting the growth of Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa. These RNA-seq results indicated that ApTOR plays important roles in photosynthesis, intracellular metabolism and cell growth, and provided some insights into the function of ApTOR in Auxenochlorella pyrenoidosa

Improving Tolerance Control On Modular Construction Project With 3D Laser Scanning and Bim: A Case Study of Removable Floodwall Project

    Get PDF
Quality control is essential to a successful modular construction project and should be enhanced throughout the project from design to construction and installation. The current methods for analyzing the assembly quality of a removable floodwall heavily rely on manual inspection and contact-type measurements, which are time-consuming and costly. This study presents a systematic and practical approach to improve quality control of the prefabricated modular construction projects by integrating building information modeling (BIM) with three-dimensional (3D) laser scanning technology. The study starts with a thorough literature review of current quality control methods in modular construction. Firstly, the critical quality control procedure for the modular construction structure and components should be identified. Secondly, the dimensions of the structure and components in a BIM model is considered as quality tolerance control benchmarking. Thirdly, the point cloud data is captured with 3D laser scanning, which is used to create the as-built model for the constructed structure. Fourthly, data analysis and field validation are carried out by matching the point cloud data with the as-built model and the BIM model. Finally, the study employs the data of a removable floodwall project to validate the level of technical feasibility and accuracy of the presented methods. This method improved the efficiency and accuracy of modular construction quality control. It established a preliminary foundation for using BIM and laser scanning to conduct quality control in removable floodwall installation. The results indicated that the proposed integration of BIM and 3D laser scanning has great potential to improve the quality control of a modular construction project

An optimized fractional order PID controller for suppressing vibration of AC motor

    Get PDF
Fractional order Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller is composed of a number of integer order PID controllers. It is more accurate to control the complex system than the traditional integer order PID controller. The values of parameters of the fractional order PID controller play a decisive role for the control effect. Because the fractional order PID controller added two adjustable parameters than the traditional PID controller, it is very difficult to tune parameters. So the Back Propagation (BP) neural network is selected to optimize the parameters of the fractional order PID controller in order to obtain the high performance. Then the optimized fractional order PID controller and the traditional PID controller are used to control AC motor speed governing system. And the vibration spectrum and stator current spectrum under different rotating speeds are compared and analyzed in detail. The results show that the optimized fractional order PID controller has better vibration suppression performance than the traditional PID controller. The reason is that the optimized fractional order PID controller changed the stator current component, and further changed the frequency components and the amplitude of the vibration signal of the motor

Data in this article are associated with the research article “Highthroughput estimation of specific activities of enzyme/mutants in cell lysates through immunoturbidimetric assay of proteins” (Yang et al., 2017) [1]. This article provided data on how to develop an immunoturbidimetric assay (ITA) of enzyme/mutants as proteins in cell lysates in high-throughput (HTP) mode together with HTP assay of their activities to derive their specific activities in cell lysates for comparison, with Pseudomonas aeruginosa arylsulfatase (PAAS) and Bacillus fastidious uricase (BFU) plus their mutants as models. Data were made publicly available for further analyses
