    This study aim to analysis relationship of self-control and anxiety of interpersonal communicationin a tourist guide. Product moment corelation analysis (rxy) yields for 0905, to provethe relationship between self-control and interpersonal communication anxiety in a tourist guide.These results indicate a negative relationship between the variables X (Self Control) and variableY (Interpersonal Communication Anxiety in the guides). Social Learning Theory became atheories used in this study, where most of the individual behavior acquired partly the result oflearning through observation of behavior displayed other individuals whose became the model.Elaboration Likelihood Theory which states that each individual will interpret the message orinformation they receive, in accordance with the information they have and their beliefs aboutsomething related to the message. Self-control on the tour guides in Yogyakarta based on thefive major aspects of self-control, that has a very high level of measurement. Includes the abilityto anticipate events, the ability to interpret events and the ability to take decisions. Meanwhile,two other aspects of self control shows the results of measurements at very low category, whichconsists of aspects of behavior and stimulus control. While anxiety based on the three aspects ofinterpersonal communication, which consists of inhibition of the ability to express themselves,lack of interest in communicating and social interaction is interrupted, it indicates the levelmeasurement at very low category. Thus, interpersonal communication anxiety on tour guidesin Yogyakarta can be said to be very low

    Masalah-masalah yang muncul dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah adalah kewenangan daerah untuk mengatur dan mengurus rumah tangganya sendiri. Kecenderungan sistem yang dikembangkan adlah sentralistik dan bukan desentarlistik. Hal ini terlihat banyaknya urusan otonomi yang masih menumpuk di daerah tingkat I dan Pusat. Urusan-urusan yang diserahkan ke daerah bukan urusan-urusan yang potensial menambahkan pendapatan asli daerah, tetapi urusan-urusan yang justru membebani pemerintah daerah. Untuk itu sudah saatnya sistem ini ditinjau kembali dan dikaji kemungkinan-kemungkinan penerapan sistem rumah tangga formall, supaya daaerah memiliki keleluasan ruang gerak dan memberdayakan potensial daerahnya dan mengembangkan prakarsanya. Di samping itu, DPRD perlu diperdayakan secara proporsional sesuai dengan fungsi dan perannya sebagai lembaga pengawas dan pengontrol kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Untuk itu, lembaga DPRD perlu dipisahkan dari struktur pemerintah daerah yang selama ini dianut oleh UU No. 5 tahun 1974

    The era of respect for Human Rights (HAM) in Indonesia was marked by the issuance of regulatory/legal instruments both in the state constitutional amendment after amendment and legislation in the form of legislation include Act No. 26 of 2000 on Human Rights Court which is substantially oriented the Rome Statute.     Berdirinya beberapa negara Islam di kepulauan Indonesia-Melayu merupakan salah satu bukti kuatnya pengaruh Islam. Selain itu, Islam sebagai faktor eksternal telah berhasil dalam mempersatukan kelompok- kelompok etnis yang terdiri atas ratusan suku yang ada di kepulauan ini. Walaupun Islam belum menciptakan kesatuan politis, tetapi Islam telah memberikan kelangsungan dasar-dasar untuk terwujudnya integrasi kultural, paling tidak sejak abad ke-15. artikel ini akan mencoba menguraikan tentang pembentukan institusi sosial politik umat Islam sejak masa yang paling awal. Analisis dimulai dengan masa awal pembentukan kerajaan Islam. Pembahasan dilanjutkan dengan respons kerajaan-kerajaan Islam terhadap kolonialisme sampai abad ke-19. Dikuasainya negeri-negeri Islam oleh Belanda, maka dimulailah tahap depolitisasi terhadap umat Islam di Indonesia. The establishment of several Islamic state in Indonesia-Malay archipelago is one of the strong evidence of the influence of Islam. Moreover, Islam as external factors have succeeded in uniting ethnic groups made up of hundreds of tribes in these islands. Although Islam has not created a political unity, Islam has provided the continuity of the basics for the realization of cultural integration, at least since the 15th century. This paper will describe the formation of political and social institutions of Muslims since the earliest. The analysis begins with the early formation of the Islamic empire. The discussion explores the response Islamic kingdoms against colonialism until the 19th century.
