Propuesta de plan de implementación de despliegue de aplicaciones en Azure para una empresa de tecnología en la ciudad de Lima 2020

El uso de los servicios de Cloud Computing es muy común hoy en día en las organizaciones para el despliegue de aplicaciones y así obtener mayor productividad y generar una ventaja competitiva y a su vez superar las expectativas del cliente. El objetivo del trabajo es implementar el despliegue de aplicaciones en Azure en una empresa de tecnología en la ciudad de Lima 2020. En base a los antecedentes, se empleará la metodología ágil SCRUM para el desarrollo de esta investigación mediante reuniones de equipo y el uso de Sprints para la implementación en la organización. Con respeto a los resultados se tiene un mejor rendimiento con una productividad que se basa en un almacenamiento mayor de 80 000 operaciones de E/S por segundo lo cual soportar horas de trabajo continuo e ininterrumpido. También se tienen distintos tipos de precios de los cuales se puede elegir el plan de precios más adecuado para las necesidades de la empresa ahorrando inclusive hasta un 72% de los costos informáticos. En las conclusiones, se diseñó un plan para definir la propuesta sobre la implementación de aplicaciones de despliegues en Azure en la cual se observó que utilizar los servicios brindados por Azure, se reducirá costos y obtener una mayor seguridad y eficiencia con la gestión de datos en la empresa tecnológica.The use of Cloud Computing services is very common today in organizations for the deployment of applications and thus obtain greater productivity and generate a competitive advantage and in turn exceed customer expectations. The objective of the work is to implement the deployment of applications in Azure in a technology company in the city of Lima 2020. Based on the background, the agile SCRUM methodology will be used for the development of this research through team meetings and the use of Sprints to implementation in the organization. Regarding the results, there is a better performance with a productivity that is based on a storage greater than 80,000 I / O operations per second, which supports hours of continuous and uninterrupted work. There are also different types of prices from which you can choose the most suitable price plan for the needs of the company, saving up to 72% of computer costs. In the conclusions, a plan was designed to define the proposal on the implementation of deployment applications in Azure, in which it was observed that using the services provided by Azure will reduce costs and obtain greater security and efficiency with data management in the technology company
