Інноваційні підходи до розвитку регіону в умовах інтеграційних процесів

The problems of socio-economic development of the region and its competitive growth on the basis of new mechanisms and tools for improving the usage of territorial resources in the conditions of integration processes are studied. Research aim is to identify the problems which impede the dynamic socio-economic development of the Ukrainian regions and necessity of the usage of innovative approaches to their development in the conditions of integration processes. The main disadvantages of state administration of the regional development are defined. They are: the inefficiency of direct subsidizing of the regions from the state budget and the establishment of preferential treatment, the usage of the outdated instruments and mechanisms of influence on the regional development, the poor participation of civic institutions. The priorities of the dynamic regional development, including the Nikolaev region, in the conditions of integration processes are defined. Only the development of interregional and international cooperation, implementation of the potential of regional cluster initiatives, development of the system of innovation-oriented investment projects, innovative development of the agro-industrial complex and the realization of its export potential can lead to the qualitative structural shifts in the socio-economic development of regions and Ukraine as a whole.Исследовані вопросы социально-экономического развития региона, повышения его конкурентоспособности на основе новых механизмов и инструментов улучшения использования территориальных ресурсов в условиях интеграционных процессов. Выявлены основные недостатки государственного управления региональным развитием и определены первоочередные задачи динамического развития отдельного региона.Досліджено питання соціально-економічного розвитку регіону, підвищення його конкурентоспроможності на основі нових механізмів та інструментів поліпшення використання територіальних ресурсів в умовах інтеграційних процесів. Виявлено основні недоліки державного управління регіональним розвитком і визначено першочергові завдання динамічного розвитку окремого регіону
