The study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals practice their leadership role in Intellectual stimulation of teachers in the light of transformational leadership from the teachers' point of view in the Al-Taybeh Al-Wasatiyah District Education Directorate of Irbid Governorate, and to identify the differences in teachers' responses according to some personal variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the study tool was represented by the questionnaire, which was used as the main tool for collecting data from the study sample members, which in its final form consisted of (15) paragraphs. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Middle Taybeh District of Irbid Governorate, and they numbered (200) male and female teachers in the academic year (2022/2023). The results concluded that the degree to which school principals exercised their leadership role in Intellectual stimulation of teachers in the light of transformational leadership from the teachers’ point of view was high. The results also revealed that there were no differences in the average responses of teachers due to gender and years of experience, while the results indicated that there were statistical differences Among the average teachers' responses due to the educational qualification variable and in favor of the PhD holders. The study recommended holding training programs and workshops in the field of transformational leadership for principals and teachers, and introducing them to its importance in educational work. In this paper, we consider a nondifferentiable minimax fractional programming problem with continuously differentiable functions and formulated two types of higher-order dual models for such optimization problem.Weak, strong and strict converse duality theorems are derived under higherorder generalized invexity

Fractional Timoshenko beam with a viscoelastically damped rotational component

    Get PDF
This paper is concerned with a fractional Timoshenko system of order between one and two. We address the question of well-posedness in an appropriate space when the rotational component is viscoelastic or subject to a viscoelastic controller. To this end we use the notion of alpha-resolvent. Moreover, we prove that the memory term alone may stabilize the system in a Mittag-Leffler fashion. The system is Lyapunov stable or uniformly stable in the case of different speeds of propagation

Algorithms of Common Solutions for Generalized Mixed Equilibria, Variational Inclusions, and Constrained Convex Minimization

    Get PDF
We introduce new implicit and explicit iterative algorithms for finding a common element of the set of solutions of the minimization problem for a convex and continuously Fréchet differentiable functional, the set of solutions of a finite family of generalized mixed equilibrium problems, and the set of solutions of a finite family of variational inclusions in a real Hilbert space. Under suitable control conditions, we prove that the sequences generated by the proposed algorithms converge strongly to a common element of three sets, which is the unique solution of a variational inequality defined over the intersection of three sets

Genetic diversity of Saudi native chicken breeds segregating for naked neck and frizzle genes using microsatellite markers

Objective Recently, there has been an increasing interest in conservation of native genetic resources of chicken on a worldwide basis. Most of the native chicken breeds are threatened by extinction or crossing with ecotypes. Methods Six Saudi native chicken breeds including black naked neck, brown frizzled, black, black barred, brown and gray were used in the current study. The aim of the current study was to evaluate genetic diversity, relationship and population structure of Saudi native chicken breeds based on 20 microsatellite markers. Results A total of 172 alleles were detected in Saudi native chicken breeds across all 20 microsatellite loci. The mean number of alleles per breed ranged from 4.35 in gray breed to 5.45 in normally feathered black with an average of 8.6 alleles. All breeds were characterized by a high degree of genetic diversity, with the lowest heterozygosity found in the brown breed (72%) and the greatest in the frizzled and black barred populations (78%). Higher estimate of expected heterozygosity (0.68) was found in both black breeds (normal and naked neck) compared to the other chicken populations. All studied breeds showed no inbreeding within breed (negative inbreeding coefficient [FIS]). The phylogenetic relationships of chickens were examined using neighbor-joining trees constructed at the level of breeds and individual samples. The neighbor-joining tree constructed at breed level revealed three main clusters, with naked neck and gray breeds in one cluster, and brown and frizzled in the second cluster leaving black barred in a separate one. Conclusion It could be concluded that the genetic information derived from the current study can be used as a guide for genetic improvement and conservation in further breeding programs. Our findings indicate that the Saudi native chicken populations have a rich genetic diversity and show a high polymorphism
