Cryptography Enhanced Ad-Hoc Approach to P2P Overlays

We addressed a problem of safe mutually anonymous communication in a P2P overlay. Any peer in the overlay is able to initiate communication with another peer, without knowing their real IP address—using only their identifier within the overlay. Thanks to establishing peers’ public keys as identifiers, every message is digitally signed and the usage of ECC provides an instant access to end-to-end encryption without any need for negotiation of a shared key

The article deals with the social and economic analysis of three houses for seniors in the Vysočina region. It is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the social policy and social security at the general level and defines conditions for providing social services. The second part characterises individual senior houses that have different founders and the analyses their management

Social and economic analysis of selected retirement homes

Stárnutí obyvatelstva se v posledních letech ukazuje jako jedna z oblastí, které je třeba věnovat zvýšenou pozornost a pružně na tuto situaci reagovat. Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociální a ekonomické analýzy tří domovů pro seniory v kraji Vysočina. Je rozdělena na 2 části. První část nahlíží na sociální politiku a sociální zabezpečení v obecné rovině a definuje podmínky poskytování sociálních služeb. Ve druhé části jsou charakterizovány jednotlivé domovy pro seniory, které mají různého zřizovatele a provedena analýza jejich hospodaření v letech 2007 - 2009. Součástí je také porovnání lůžkových kapacit jednotlivých domovů nebo výše úhrad klientů za stravu a ubytování v rámci sledovaného období. Part of the comparison is the bed capacity of individual houses or the amount of financial contribution of clients for alimentation and accommodation in the period under consideration. Dále zodpověděla následující otázky: 1. Jakým jiným způsobem by se dala financovat zařízení popisovaná v diplomové práci? 2. Jsou v České republice dostatečně podporovány rodiny s větším počtem dětí? 3. Který ze šetřených domovů pro seniory považujete za nejlepší? 4. V souvislosti se současnou ekonomickou situací státu se přepokládá další šetření v těchto zařízeních. Vidíte, na základě Vašich analýz, ještě nějaké rezervy nebo je situace již nyní na hraně únosnosti?Dokončená práce s úspěšnou obhajobo
