This study aims to reveal the relationship between the motivation that benefits the workers of the sports establishment and their knowledge management, and in this study we used a questionnaire to measure the impact of incentives on the application of the concept of knowledge management to a sample of (30) employees distributed on three sports facilities in the city laghouat The study reached the most important conclusions: Physical incentives have a strong impact on the perception and application of the concept of knowledge management. Physical incentives affect the provision of knowledge management requirements. Increases the financial incentives in the effectiveness of knowledge management among the employees of the sports establishment in The City of  Laghouat

Coupling of Nanocavitation With Cyclic Deformation Behavior of High-Density Polyethylene Below the Yield Point

    No full text
The peculiarities of viscoelastic behavior of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) subjected to the uniaxial cyclic tensions and retractions below the yield point are studied. This required using three different deformation programs including (i) the successive increase in strain maximum of each cycle, (ii) the controlled upper and lower stress boundaries, and (iii) the fixed strain at the backtracking points. The experimental data are analyzed in a framework of the modified structure-sensitive mode

Non Linear Strain Rate Dependency and Unloading Behavior of Semi-Crystalline Polymers

    No full text
The classical viscoelastic constitutive equations do not simulate correctly the mechanical behavior of semi crystalline polymers, particularly in the case of the strain rate jumping or unloading to zero stress after tensile testing. The main experimental observations of mechanical response of polyethylene and polypropylene at small strains are reviewed. A physical model, which account for the deformation-induced evolution of the material structure, is developed and compared to the experimental observations. It is concluded that this model is the most adequate approach for the simulation of the mechanical behavior and the structure development of semi-crystalline polymers under loading and unloading
