    Il y a troi degre dans le changement qualitatif du Maitre Technique en France dans la seconde moitie du dix-neuvieme siecle. Premier degre; le Maitre Technique est d\u27une cote un pere de famille comme le maite dans le apprentissage sous l\u27ancien regime, mais d\u27un autre cote un maitre scolaire qui forme des aprentis de degre en degre. Deuxieme degre; le Maitre Technique est un travailleur manuel. Mais il est aussi bien le chef d\u27atelier, qui est essentiellement le maitre scolaire, place du Ecole Technique Moyenne. Troisieme degre; le Maitre Technique est fonde par la qualification professionnelle reconnu par l\u27Etat. On trouverait la cause de cet processus du changement dans le Paternalisme. Celui-la n\u27est pas seulement le technique dans la administration d\u27une entreprise, mais aussi le principe qui penetre dans le patronage des eleves et la administration des ecoles

    Evaluation of transporter-mediated hepatobiliary transport of newly developed ¹⁸F-labeled pitavastatin derivative, PTV-F1, in rats by PET imaging

    Quantitative evaluations of the functions of uptake and efflux transporters directly in vivo is desired to understand an efficient hepatobiliary transport of substrate drugs. Pitavastatin is a substrate of organic anion transporting polypeptides (OATPs) and canalicular efflux transporters; thus, it can be a suitable probe for positron-emission tomography (PET) imaging of hepatic transporter functions. To characterize the performance of [¹⁸F]PTV-F1, an analogue of pitavastatin, we investigated the impact of rifampicin (a typical OATP inhibitor) coadministration or Bcrp (breast cancer resistance protein) knockout on [¹⁸F]PTV-F1 hepatic uptake and efflux in rats by PET imaging. After intravenous administration, [¹⁸F]PTV-F1 selectively accumulated in the liver, and the radioactivity detected in plasma, liver, and bile mainly derived from the parent PTV-F1 during the PET study (∼40 min). Coadministration of rifampicin largely decreased the hepatic uptake of [¹⁸F]PTV-F1 by 73%. Because of its lower clearance in rats, [¹⁸F]PTV-F1 is more sensitive for monitoring changes in hepatic OATP1B function that other previously reported OATP1B PET probes. Rifampicin coadministration also significantly decreased the biliary excretion of radioactivity by 65%. Bcrp knockout did not show a significant impact on its biliary excretion.[¹⁸F]PTV-F1 enables quantitative analysis of the hepatobiliary transport system for organic anions

    寒冷療法実施時におけるH反射,M波の変化

    理学療法における寒冷療法の効果について安静時,寒冷終了時,15分後のH反射・M波のリクルートメントカーブ(RC)を導出した.RCより,Hmax/Mmax比,H閾値/M閾値比,Hslp/Mslp比を求め,安静時と比較検討した.同一被験者のH反射,M波の各測定時の振幅は低下してした.Hmax/Mmax比,H閾値/M閾値比,Hslp/Mslp比は,各測定時において統計的有意差は認められないものの,安静時と比較して低下する傾向を示した. これらの結果より寒冷刺激は,脊髄運動ニューロンプールの抑制に関与するが,その影響は筋に対する抑制が大きいものと考えられた.To study the effect of cryotherapy in physiotherapy, the recruitment curve (RC) of Hoffman refrex (H-reflex) and motor wave (M-wave) was evoked at rest, at completion of cryotherapy and after 15 minutes. The Hmax/Mmax ratio (Hmax/Mmax), H threshold/M threshold ratio (Hth/Mth) and H slope/M slope ratio (Hslp/Mslp) were calculated from RC and were compared with the values at rest. The amplitudes of H-reflex and M-wave at completion of cooling and after 15 minutes decreased in all subjects. The Hmax/Mmax, Hth/Mth and Hslp/Mslp were not significant statistically at each measurement but showed a trend of decrease compared with the values at rest. These results suggested that the cooling is effctive on the inhibition of muscles while it contributes to the inhibition of the motoneuron pool

    長崎県内3校の理学療法学科に入学した新1年生102名を対象に,理学療法士に対するイメージと進学志望動機との関連について検討した.理学療法士イメージは学生の進学志望動機と性別に関係なく関連性があった.理学療法についての啓蒙活動の重要性の一端を示唆するものであった.また,進学志望動機については規定要因の関わりに性差を認めたが,その内容については今後の検討課題である.The present study was designed to clarify the correlation between physical therapist image and motives for entering school. The internal consistency of scales for physical therapist image and motives for entering school were Cronbach\u27s coefficient 0.88 and 0.87 repectively. We found that physical therapist image was related to motives for entering school (r=0.38, p<0.01), and that correlations determined by gender were absent. However difference by gender was found to be significant for motive for entering school (p=0.007), and this result is partially in accord with previous studies

    Power efficiency improvement of a multi-oscillated current resonant type DC-DC converter

    This paper deals with an improvement of a power efficiency of a multi-oscillated current resonant type DC-DC converter. The current resonant type converter employs generally the pulse frequency modulation and its magnetizing inductance is set relatively low. For this reason, the magnetizing current through the converter causes a power loss under a light load. In order to solve this problem, a multi-oscillated current resonant type DC-DC converter has been proposed, and revealed the advantage of its control method which can reduce power loss under light load and keep low switching noise. In this topology, output power is controlled by duty ratio and operating frequency is determined by resonant condition. In this paper, an analysis of power loss by focusing on switching devices in this converter to improve power efficiency was given. As a result, it was confirmed that the loss of diodes in secondary side occupies main loss. Adopting the synchronous rectifier in the secondary side, the maximum power efficiency is improved to 96.3%, and the average efficiency, which is averaged efficiency at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the rated load, reached 95.5%.INTELEC 2009 - 2009 International Telecommunications Energy Conference : Incheon, South Korea, 2009.10.18-2009.10.2

    Modification of multiple ion channel functions in vivo by pharmacological inhibition : observation by threshold tracking and modeling

    Maintenance of axonal excitability relies on complex balance by multiple ion currents, but its evaluation is limited by in vitro single channel neurophysiological study on overall behavior. We sought to evaluate behaviors of multiple ion currents by pharmacological blockade. The threshold tracking technique was used to measure multiple excitability indices on tail sensory nerve of normal male mice before and after administration of either BaCl2 or ivabradine. Mathematical modeling was used to identify the interval changes of the channel parameters. After administration of BaCl2 and ivabradine, the following changes were present : greater threshold changes of both depolarizing and hyperpolarizing threshold electrotonus by both ; additionally, reduced S2 accommodation, reduced late subexcitability and increased superexcitability by BaCl2, increased S3 accommodation by ivabradine. Mathematical modelling implied reduction of slow K+ conductance, along with reduction of H conductance (Ih) by BaCl2 ; and reduction of Ih while augmentation of K+ conductances by ivabradine. Pharmacological blockade of a selective ion channelmay be compensated by other ion channels. Unintended effects by ion channel modification could be caused by secondary current alteration by multiple ion channels

    Power efficiency analysis of a multi-oscillated current resonant type DC-DC converter

    This paper deals with an analysis of the power efficiency of a multi-oscillated current resonant type DC-DC converter. The current resonant type converter employs generally the pulse frequency modulation. For this reason, the magnetizing current through the converter causes not only a power loss under a light load, but also a loss during stand-by. In order to solve these problems, a multi-oscillated current resonant type DC-DC converter has been proposed, and revealed the advantage of its control method which can reduce power loss under light load and keep low switching noise. An analytical relationship of among states, operating mode and efficiency characteristics of this converter are defined. As a result, it was confirmed that for this converter, the output power depends on the voltage of resonant capacitor, and consequently, it is important to determine constants of resonant capacitor and inductance of transformer. We have previously established a tumor spheroid-based assay that used gadolinium containing mesoporous silica nanoparticles and synchrotron-generated monochromatic X-rays. In this work, we focused on iodine and synthesized iodine-containing porous organosilica (IPO) nanoparticles. IPO were loaded onto tumor spheroids and the spheroids were irradiated with 33.2 keV monochromatic X-ray. After incubation in CO₂ incubator, destruction of tumor spheroids was observed which was accompanied by apoptosis induction, as determined by the TUNEL assay. By employing the γH2AX assay, we detected double strand DNA cleavages immediately after the irradiation. These results suggest that IPO first generate double strand DNA breaks upon X-ray irradiation followed by apoptosis induction of cancer cells. Use of three different monochromatic X-rays having energy levels of 33.0, 33.2 and 33.4 keV as well as X-rays with 0.1 keV energy intervals showed that the optimum effect of all three events (spheroid destruction, apoptosis induction and generation of double strand DNA breaks) occurred with a 33.2 keV monochromatic X-ray. These results uncover the preferential effect of K-edge energy X-ray for tumor spheroid destruction mediated by iodine containing nanoparticles

    Identification of candidate molecular targets of the novel antineoplastic antimitotic NP-10

    We previously reported the identification of a novel antimitotic agent with carbazole and benzohydrazide structures: N′-[(9-ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)methylene]-2-iodobenzohydrazide (code number NP-10). However, the mechanism(s) underlying the cancer cell-selective inhibition of mitotic progression by NP-10 remains unclear. Here, we identified NP-10-interacting proteins by affinity purification from HeLa cell lysates using NP-10-immobilized beads followed by mass spectrometry. The results showed that several mitosis-associated factors specifically bind to active NP-10, but not to an inactive NP-10 derivative. Among them, NUP155 and importin β may be involved in NP-10-mediated mitotic arrest. Because NP-10 did not show antitumor activity in vivo in a previous study, we synthesized 19 NP-10 derivatives to identify more effective NP-10-related compounds. HMI83-2, an NP-10-related compound with a Cl moiety, inhibited HCT116 cell tumor formation in nude mice without significant loss of body weight, suggesting that HMI83-2 is a promising lead compound for the development of novel antimitotic agents
