[資料] Ａ看護大学における教職（養護教諭１種）課程の教育の成果と課題 ～第１期生（2018年入学生）の養成から卒業までに着目して～

要旨：　本稿の目的は、A県で唯一となる養護教諭の養成を始めたA看護大学において、どのような教育成果と課題があるのかを教職課程第１期生養成の歩みから探り明らかにし、今後の教職課程の取り組みに活かすことである。　方法として、A看護大学教職課程専門委員会の活動の実際について、①委員会新旧構成員が主に教職課程に関する活動内容を中心に記述し、②A看護大学教職課程修了生へのインタビューにて、教育成果と課題を調査した。　教職課程の課題として、教職課程と看護師課程の学士教育の協働を学部レベル、科目レベルで促進するための協働が今後重要になり、看護大学という特性を考慮した運営が重要となる。また、教員採用試験対策は教職課程を選択する学生と教員さらには県レベル、市町村レベルでの教育委員会との継続した連携体制の構築が重要になると考えられた。教職課程を選択する学生にとっては、看護師課程との両立は実習や講義の過密さの上で厳しいカリキュラムではあるが、養護教諭１種免許の取得は達成感が大きいことが明らかとなった。Abstract:This study aims to explore and clarify the educational achievements and issues at College of Nursing A, which is the only school training nursing teachers in prefecture A, by focusing on the first class of students to improve the overall program.The method used by the new and former members of the nursing teacher education program committee was 1） describing the process of creating the curriculum, and 2） interviewing the program graduates regarding educational achievements and challenges.For issues related to the nursing teacher education program, it will be important to promote cooperation between the nursing teacher education committee and the nursing faculty in terms of courses in the curriculum while addressing competencies required of a nursing college. In addition, it is recommended to collaborate between program students and teachers as well as boards of education at the municipal and prefectural levels to deal with Nursing Teacher Employment Examination preparation. For the nursing teacher education program graduates, taking the additional practical training and classes required to obtain the first-class Yogo Teacher Type 1 license gave a great sense of accomplishment

[資料] 日本赤十字秋田看護大学におけるオンライン授業開始に向けた取り組み

要旨：本学オンライン授業検討プロジェクトは新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴いオンライン授業の稼働を可能とさせる目的で立ち上げられたプロジェクトである。本プロジェクトチームが中心となりながら、多くの教職員の前向きな協力のもと、授業実施に至った経緯と取り組みを報告する。【オンライン授業開始に向けた取り組み】（1）授業方法に関する学内での取り組み（2）教員の授業配信支援に関する取り組み（3）学内設備に係る取り組み（4）学生への平等な受講環境整備に向けた取り組み（5）学内での感染防止に関する取り組み（6）資料作成、を行った。【オンライン授業開始後の取り組み】（1）学生調査（①６月１日第１回学生調査の実施 ②７月30日第２回学生調査の実施）【おわりに】新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を契機に本学のオンライン授業は全教職員と学生・保護者の協力のもと急速に整えられた。コロナ禍での円滑な社会活動遂行のためにもICTの活用は推進され、大学教育においても同様である。我が国においてもハイブリット授業を勧める方向がある一方、看護・介護福祉という対人援助職に就く専門職の養成を任務とする本学において、教育方法のあり方には慎重を期する必要がある。特にICT教育の導入範囲の決定が本学の重要な方針の一つとなる。Abstract:The online classes research project of our college was launched with the aim of enabling online lessons during the COVID-19 pandemic.This report describes the process and efforts that led to the implementation of online classes through the positive cooperation of many faculty members, with this project taking the lead.【Preparation for online classes】　(1) Online classs develoment support. (2) Technical support for teachers. (3) Improvement of college facilities. (4) In forming students of necessary preparations to attend online classes. (5) Implement COVID-19 prevention measures on campus. (6) Produced online class implementation manuals.【Efforts after the start of online classes】　Student satisfaction surveys were conducted twice after the start of online classes - June 1st. and July 30th.【Conclusion】　Due to the spread of COVID-19 infection in Japan, our college’s online classes were rapidly arranged through the cooperation of many faculty members, students and parents. Even in college education, the use of information and communication technology is advancing in order to facilitate activities amid the spread of infection. In Japan as well, there is a direction to recommend online and face-to-face classes. However, at our college, whose mission is to train specialists in nursing and long-term care interpersonal support, we need to pay attention to what provides the highest quality of education, is an important policy at our college

A Study of Self-Care Behaviors and Perception on Pediatric Patients undergoing Growth Hormone Treatment

本研究の目的は, GHT を受けている小児の療養行動の実態を明らかにすることである. 調査には15名の小児が参加した. 20項目からなる療養行動と治療に対する知識４項目について質問紙を用いて面接調査を行った. その結果, GHの分泌部位について６割が知識を持っていなかった. 療養行動では注射の時間について, 治療開始時期別に差が認められた. 治療を正しく理解するための指導方法を検討することや, 仲間同士が交流する機会を設定する必要がある.The purpose of this study was to evaluate self-care behaviors and perception of pediatric patientstreated with growth hormone. Fifteen pediatric patients were interviewed individually using a questionnairewith respect to self-care behaviors (20 items) and their knowledge of the treatment (4 items). Theresults were as follows; 1. About sixty percent of them did not know the secretory organ of the growthhormone. 2. With regard to self-care behaviors and perception, there was a difference in patientsunderstanding of the proper timing of self-injection. Patients who started the treatment earlier had moreknowledge than those who started the treatment later. Therefore, it is necessary to re-evaluate teaching methods to ensure correct understanding of treatment and to create opportunities for pediatric patients tocommunicate with each other
