Le dispositif de la CNAC à la loupe

The government action has led to the implementation of several devices for business creation. This study takes an evaluation form the CNAC device. We tried to answer the following question: To what extent does the CNAC device favour business creation in Algeria.For this purpose, we adopted an analytical method. We notice that the device is involved in a significant way to the creation of businesses. However, the quality of the new businesses, including those representing a high employment potential remain insufficient. It must be a review in the activity financing structure.L’action des pouvoirs publics s’est traduite par la mise en place de plusieurs dispositifs d’aide à la création d’entreprises. Cette étude se présente comme une évaluation du dispositif de la CNAC, nous avons essayé de répondre à la question suivante : dans quelle mesure le dispositif la CNAC favorise-il la création d’entreprises en Algérie :Pour ce faire, nous avons choisi une méthode analytique, et il en ressort que le dispositif participe d’une manière significative à la création des entreprises par rapport au total des créations d’entreprises en Algérie. Toutefois, la qualité des entreprises créées notamment celles qui représentent un potentiel d’emploi élevé reste insuffisante. Le Financement des PME par des Sociétés de Capital de Risque en Algérie

:          تشير الأدبيات المالية الحديثة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تضمن حيوية الاقتصاد، وان لها مسؤولية كبيرة من اجل تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي مقارنة بالمؤسسات الكبيرة. لكن بالمقابل، يشكل موضوع تمويلها انشغالا كبيرا، ودراسته تعتبر ذات أهمية كبيرة لأنها تدخل في إطار معالجة أحد مصادر التمويل المكملة لتمويل البنوك التقليدية ألا وهو رأس المال المخاطر. وعليه، سيرتكز هذا المقال على دراسة تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من طرف شركات رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نشاط رأس المال المخاطر ضعيف جدا، وتعترضه العديد من المعوقات التي اضعفت من إمكانيات تطور شركات رأس المال المخاطر. الكلمات المفتاحية: شركات رأس المال المخاطر، المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، التمويل، الاستثمار، الجزائر. تصنيفات JEL : D81،L21،O16. Abstrait : La littérature récente démontre que les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) assurent la vitalité de l’économie, et elles sont responsables de la croissance économique actuelle plus que les grandes entreprises. Par contre, leur financement constitue une préoccupation profonde et s'avère donc un sujet d'intérêt majeur. Puisque, il s’inscrit dans le cadre d’étudier l’un des sources de financement complémentaire aux financements bancaires, à savoir, le capital-risque. Ainsi, la présente étude porte sur le financement des PME par des sociétés de capital de risque en Algérie. Le résultat de l’étude montre que l'activité de ces sociétés apparaît très faible, et l'existence de plusieurs contraintes a empêché le développement des sociétés de capital-risque. LBM-MRT simulation of vertical flow of a non-Newtonian fluid in a channel provided with obstacles

Forced convection heat transfer in channels with a block has been studied numerically. The vertical walls are differentially heated. The Lattice Boltzmann Method with multiple relaxation time (MRT) has been used to solve numerically the momentum and the heat transfer governing equations. This study details the effects of variations in the Reynolds number, Rayleigh number, and behavior index of fluid, to illustrate important fundamental and practical results. The results show that the recirculation caused by porous-covering block will significantly enhance the heat transfer rate on both top and right faces of second and subsequent blocks. In order to better understand the different elements of the study, we first analyzed the flow in a channel without obstacles in order to understand the behavior of non-Newtonian fluids. in such situations, we have observed that the speed profiles at establishment are essentially dependent on the behavior index, while the heat transfers are proportional to the Reynolds and Prandtl numbers but inversely to the behavior index
