Research shows that the quality of service, facilities, and location of positive influence on the decision to select a course, either partially or simultaneously. Categories of service quality by 57.9 percent said either. Category known facilities by 40 percent expressed either. Categories location by 42.1 percent said either. decision to select a course known by 41.1 percent expressed high. service quality affects the decision to choose a course of 38.1 percent. Variables facilities influence the decision to choose a course of 16.6 percent. Variables affect the location decision of choosing a course of 12.1 percent. Variable quality of service, facilities, and location influence the decision to choose a course of 43.3 percent

Kajian Keruntuhan Bangunan Industri Pada Saat Proses Konstruksi

Baja Struktur adalah suatu jenis baja berupa batang dan pelat, yang berdasarkan pertimbangan ekonomi, kekuatan dan sifatnya, cocok untuk pemikul beban.Perencanaan konstruksi baja harus memperhatikan beberapa faktor, diantaranya adalah besarnya pembebanan yg digunakan dalam perhitungan. Namun disisi lain juga terdapat faktor pemicu, terutama ketika terjadi suatu kegagalan konstruksi. Penyebab kegagalan pada saat proses konstruksi diantaranya adalah dengan belum terpasangnya semua bagian secara lengkap, mengakibatkan kestabilan struktur terganggu. Beracuan pada grafik hubungan tegangan-regangan baja, dimana adanya tegangan ijin, leleh dan batas. Dengan adanya sudut akibat deformasi maka berat sendiri profil tersebut tidak lagi diabaikan, karena adanya penguraian berat sendiri kearah sumbu x dan sumbu y. Pewarisan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Identifikasi Keanekaragaman Tanaman Padi Lokal pada Generasi Muda Kasepuhan Adat Banten Kidul

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pewarisan pengetahuan masyarakat (indigenous knowledge) dan keterampilan identifikasi tentang keanekaragaman tanaman padi lokal yang berlandaskan kearifan lokal (local wisdom) pada siswa yang berasal dari Kasepuhan Adat Banten Kidul di SMA Negeri 1 Cisolok. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Objek dan subjek penelitian ditentukan secara purposive. Subjek penelitian delapan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Cisolok yang berasal dari kasepuhan dan key informant yang terdiri dari ketua adat, juru bicara kasepuhan, rorokan pamakayaan (juru pertanian) dan baris kolot (sesepuh). Penentuan pewarisan pengetahuan dan keterampilan identifikasi keanekaragaman tanaman padi lokal ditentukan berdasarkan pada jalur pewarisan pengetahuan yang dapat berlangsung secara vertikal (orangtua-anak), horizontal (anak-anak) dan oblique (generasi sebelumnya-anak) melalui indepth interview, lembar observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pewarisan pengetahuan tanaman padi lokal pada siswa kasepuhan berlangsung secara vertikal yaitu dari orangtua keanaknya secara informal dan berlangsung seumur hidup. Masyarakat kasepuhan mengelompokkan varietas padi lokal dengan cara klasifikasi masyarakat (folk classification) berdasarkan dari morfologi luar seperti warna bulir, bentuk bulir, keberadaan bulu pada ujung bulir.

Definition of productivity itself is a total output resulting from the use of a certain quantity of labor, or the quantity of total output compared with the quantity of labor. One important factor that must be considered firms in an effort to increase the productivity of labor is comfort working environment. Comfortable working environment will be able to generate enthusiasm and excitement employee. Motivational support, a good working environment and conducive and fun will encourage employees to work well too and also recompense in the form of wages more than sufficient to be one of the critical success factors of labor productivity. Therefore, three things need to be considered in improving employee productivity by Perum Perhutani Wood Industry Brumbung. Work environment, motivation and reward have an influence either directly or indirectly in increasing the productivity of labor.This type of research is Explanatory Research. The research sample of 110 respondents. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling techniques or methods census. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using a data collection instrument (questionnaire) was previously tested through validity and reliability test. While the results of the data analysis is done through the analysis of tables, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test with SPSS.The results showed that the work environment , motivation and reward both partially and simultaneously significant effect on work productivity . Based on the calculation of data analysis through a simple regression test concluded that the work environment affect the productivity of labor, work motivation effect on work productivity, and wages influence the work productivity as well as through multiple regression test concluded that the work environment, motivation and reward effect on work productivity shows significant results

Pengaruh Brand Image, Kualitas Produk Dan Pelayanan Purna Jual Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Honda Supra X 125 Pada PT. Tunggul Sakti Sejahtera

This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and after-sales service on purchase decisions Honda Supra X 125 at PT Tunggul Sakti Sejahtera. This study used an explanatory approach to research on 100 respondents. Sampling is done by accidental sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Determination test results showed that 32.7% of decision variables can be explained by the variable purchase brand image, 60.5% purchase decision variables can be explained by the variable quality of the product, 40.8% purchase decision variables can be explained by variable after-sales service. 61.2% purchase decision variables can be explained by the brand image, product quality and after-sales service. The results of hypothesis testing (t test) that brand image has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, The quality of the product has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, after-sales service has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Hypothesis test (F test) the brand image, product quality and after-sales services together - each has a positive influence and significant impact on purchasing decisions. So that concluded the three variables, both individually and collectively - each has a positive and significant impact on the purchase decision of Honda Supra X 125 at PT Tunggul Sakti Sejahtera Semarang
