PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN EKSPOSITORI DALAM MEMOTIVASI BELAJAR AKIDAH AKHLAK

Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori adalah strategi pembelajaran yang menekankan kepada proses penyampaian materi secara verbal dari seorang guru kepada siswa dengan maksud agar siswa dapat menguasai materi pembelajaran secara optimal. Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori merupakan bentuk dari pendekatan pembelajaran yang berorientasi kepada guru (teacher centered approach). Melalui strategi ini guru menyampaikan materi pembelajaran secara terstruktur dengan harapan materi pelajaran yang disampaikan itu dapat dikuasai siswa dengan baik. Fokus utama strategi ini adalah kemampuan akademik siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori dalam Memotivasi Belajar Aqidah Akhlak pada Siswa Kelas X di MAS YPKS Padang Sidempuan bahwa  Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori belum efektif di MAS YPKS tidak sesuai dengan yang dicantumkan dan tidak bisa di terapkan karena banyak kendala. strategi ini kurang tepat, maka guru harus menambah kolaborasi/mengganti strategi yang tepat untuk kondisi siwa. (2) Kendala dalam Menerapkan Strategi Pembelajaran Ekspositori pada Siswa Kelas X di MAS YPKS Padang Sidempuan adalah: (a) Suara guru pelan sehingga siswa yang di belakang ada yang bercerita. (b) Daya dengar siswa terbatas pada saat guru menjelaskan. (c) Jadwal belajar kurang cocok untuk menerapkan strategi ini. (d) Kurangnya kemauan siswa untuk mendengar. (e) Tidak tersedianya media pembelajaran seperti alat proyektor. (f) Siswa yang jarang masuk akan susah untuk mengerti pelajaran yang di jelaskan guru.Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Ekspositori, Penerapan Strategi

SPRITUALITAS DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Spiritual-based education must be able to touch the innermost side of the learner or heart, so that learners know and realize that he was created by God, born into the world with the duty of worship, able to live grateful, loving fellow human beings and other creatures because Allah alone, diligent worship, caring for others, respect for parents and teachers. If spiritual values are embedded in the subconscious of the learners, their lives will always be colored with positive, proactive, productive, progressive, participative, and last but not least, humble attitude, tawadhu and taqwa attitudes.When we talk about Islamic education, we must look at both the formal and the non-formal with the understanding and have the principle of integration, balance, equality, lifelong education and the principle of priority to anticipate the misbehavior that can hinder the goal

PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI SPANYOL

This paper provides a brief overview of the development of Islamic  education.  One  thing  that  is  interesting  that  the transition   of   civilization   of   the   Islamic   world   to   the European   part   can   occur   through   the   development   of Islamic  education  in  stages,  making  European  civilization can  rise  up  to  this  day.  The  progress  of  the  European world  to  date  has  a  very  dynamic  history.  This  is  seen  by the many scholars who can trace the progress through the process of in-depth review. METODE NASEHAT PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah apa metode saran dalam mendorong perspektif pendidikan Islam. Urgensi bimbingan moral dan langkah-langkah untuk menerapkan metode nasihat untuk pendidikan moral dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam.Penelitian perpustakaan (library research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan bahan-bahan yang diperoleh dari perpustakaan buku, menggunakan analisis isi yang menganalisis pesan-pesan yang diperoleh melalui simbol-simbol seperti artikel, buku, dan sebagainya. Pesan itu ditangkap secara kritis dengan langkah-langkah deskriptif, interpretatif, kritis, komparatif dan konklusif.Dengan menggunakan metode dan langkah-langkah di atas, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut; (a) akhlak menempati posisi yang sangat mendesak dalam kehidupan manusia. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan pengembangan dan perumusan metode pengembangan moral yang sesuai; (b) prinsip-prinsip penerapan metode saran berdasarkan pada prinsip pengetahuan tingkat perkembangan fisik dan psikologis siswa, motivasi, kondisi dan situasi proses pembelajaran, model peran, pemahaman tujuan pendidikan, dan prinsip-prinsip pengetahuan untuk individu perbedaan pada siswa; (c) penerapan metode saran dapat dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi yang sangat luas karena metode ini adalah pemula / pendahuluan dan mencakup semua metode yang tersedia

MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU (MMT) DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

The principle of management is the overall supervision of all members of educational institutions of the Organization's activities. The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) means that all school members are responsible for the quality of education, so all parties involved in the academic process in Islamic educational institutions, ranging from school / madrasah committees, principals / madrasas, heads of administration, teachers, students to with employees must truly understand the nature and purpose of this education. In other words, each individual involved must understand what the goals of education are. Without a thorough understanding of the individuals involved, it is not possible to apply TQM.This management system greatly minimizes the bureaucratic process. A bureaucratic system of Islamic educational institutions will hamper the potential development of the institution itself. Educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation today, among them are: 1) the low level of equality to get education, 2) the still low quality and relevance of education; 3) the weakness of management education, in addition to the realization of the benefits of science and technology in academia and independence.                         The issues that the authors want to discuss in this paper are: 1) What is Integrated Quality Management (MMT) ?; 2) What are the Principles and Advantages of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in Islamic Education ?; 3) How is the implementation of TQM and indicators of success In Islamic education ?. PENGARUH PENERAPAN METODE DISKUSI DILEMA MORAL TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DI SMA PGRI INDRALAYA

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh penerapan metode diskusi dilema moral pada mata pelajaran Pkn terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswadi SMA PGRI Indralaya.†Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa di SMA PGRI Indralaya yang berjumlah 123 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IA berjumlah 11 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IS berjumlah 16 orang sebagai kelas kontrol di SMA PGRI Indralaya. Tenik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik tes. Teknik tes dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan tiga kali tes yang diujikan. Pada kelas eksperimen rata – rata nilai tes yang diperoleh siswa yang berkenaan dengan kemampuan bepikir kritis sudah memiliki kemampuan yang cukup baik dengan rata – rata mendapatkan nilai 85 dan rata – rata rekapitulasi hasil observasi sudah cukup baik yaitu memperoleh rata – rata nilai 85. Pada kelas kontrol rata – rata hasil tes yang diperoleh siswa yaitu memperoleh rata – rata nilai 75 dan rata – rata nilai yang diperoleh melalui observasi dengan memperoleh rata – rata nilai 75. Teknik analisa data menggunakan bantuan SPSS Windows 21 untuk uji-t yaitu uji hipotesis dengan rumus independent sample t-test. Dari hasil pengolahan data dan analisis hasil penelitian serta pembahasan secara keseluruhan diketahui bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dengan baik. Dengan uji-t menunjukan t hitung >t tabel yaitu 7,651>1,708.Oleh karena itu penerapan metode diskusi dilema moral dapat dijadikan salah satu metode pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa

METODE PENGAJIAN MUHAMMADIYAH DALAM MEMBENTUK AQIDAH WARGA MUHAMMADIYAH DI RANTING HUTA BANGUN JAE CABANG BUKIT MALINTANG KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Metode Pengajian Muhammadiyah dalam membentuk Aqidah warga Muhammadiyah di Ranting Huta Bangun Jae Cabang Bukit Malintang. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mengambil latar Huta Bangun Jae. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisis datanya, menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, berupa pemaparan data secara tertulis mengenai data terkait, baik yang tertulis maupun lisan dari informan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode dalam pengajian dalam membentuk Aqidah di Ranting Huta Bangun Jae belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan Himpunan Putusan Tarjih dan kaidahorganisasi Muhammadiyah, pengamalan ibadah sholat, perilaku (aklhak) dalam kehidupan sehari -hari warga Muhammadiyah. Kendala-kendala yang di temukan dalam Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyahini diantaranya, kurangnya minat warga untuk mempelajari buku Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyah dan mengikuti pengajian-pengajian yang diadakan baik oleh Muhammadiyah cabang Bukit Malintang maupun ranting Huta Bangun Jae. Akibatnya adalah kurang tersosialisinya buku Himpunan Putusan Tarjih Muhammadiyah kepada warga Muhammadiyah di Ranting Huta Bangun Jae, ditambah kurangnya kemampuan Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah dalam menyampaikan dan menentukan pemateri dalam pengajian

Development of teaching Materials and Training Self Efficacy Teaching module on teacher performance of SMA/MA

This study aims to develop teacher teaching materials and assess the self-efficacy of teaching on the performance of SMA/MA teachers in KecamatanSipirok. On this occasion, the teaching materials developed were in the form of science (mathematics) teacher teaching materials and self-efficacy training modules for teacher performance. This study uses the development of Borg and Gall. This study aims to determine how the development of teaching materials and training modules self-efficacy on the performance of SMA/MA teachers. The research data were collected by means of tests, questionnaires, observation and documentation. All research instruments were developed by the researchers themselves. The subjects in this study consist of 30 SMA/MA teachers in Sipirok District. This study produces teacher teaching materials and training modules for self-efficacy teaching valid and practical teacher performance, and produces effective teaching materials in improving the performance of SMA/MA teachers. Motivation is a change in energy in a person that is characterized by the emergence of "feeling" and preceded by a response to the existence of a goal. Motivation can run smoothly if it is equipped with ethics or work ethic. A high work ethic will result in high morale and productivity. The Prophet Muhammad in some of his hadith always said that his people always worked hard and were passionate about adding various knowledge and skills. Understanding the goals, types, functions and elements of motivation is the process of achieving motivation results.Work Ethics is defined as a mental attitude that reflects truth and sincerity and a sense of responsibility to increase productivity, sincerity or enthusiasm in work, a moral view on the work carried out.
