    Survival and Response Molting of Mud Crab (Scylla Olivacea) Injected with Murbey (Morus Spp.) Leave Extract

    The soft shell crab productivity has been hampered due to the long rearing time and unsimultaneous molting of the crab. This study aimed to determine the effect of murbey (Morus spp.) leave extract as molting stimulant on Scylla olivacea and its best extract dosage to be applied in soft shell crabs production technology. Application of murbey extract was conducted by using injection method with 5 treatments such as (a) 0 ppm (as control); (b) 100 ppm; (c) 125 ppm; and (d) 150 ppm for 12 individual per treatment. The results showed that the highest molting percentage (50%) was obtained at the concentration of 100 ppm. Meanwhile, the control (0 ppm), 125 ppm, and 150 ppm treatments displayed the same molting response (33.3%). The fastest latent molting time (29 days) was found at the treatment of 125 ppm and the slowest one of 44 days at 100 and 150 ppm treatments. The best growth of crabs injected with murbey leaves extract was at the concentration of 100 ppm with the carapace width of 6.0 mm and the body weight of 32.98 g, while the lowest was obtained at the concentration of 150 ppm with the carapace width of 3.8 mm and the body weight of 25.43 g. Crabs treated with murbey extract at the concentrations of 100, 125, and 150 ppm exhibited survival rate of 91.7 % vs. the control of 83.3%. Murbey leaves extract have been proven to be effective in stimulating molting mud crab (Scylla olivacea). The 100 ppm exhibited the best response for growth and molting percentage, while the 125 ppm showed the best performance for latent period molting of the crab

    Creativity Education Model Through Dance Creation for Students of Junior High School

    This study aims to realize dance as a real product of a dance education process. The product is packaged in a form of audio-visual as well as a scientific publication. As the benefit from this study, the product can be used by school and specifically by dance teacher as a guidance in conducting dance lesson at school. The study on the model of creativity education through the creation is being understood as a form of developmental research. As a developmental research, the research plan is initiated by analyzing the teaching material related to dance lesson, and relate it to the creativity education which has to be accomplished through dance lesson, specifically for Junior High School students. The study will be continued with theoretical/ conceptual analysis and observation which is related to creativity education through the dance creation. In the end of this study, model of creativity education through dance creation is produced, particularly for students of Junior High School level. Results of the study show that, in doing creativity activity through dance creation, the value of the dance as an art is not become the primary aim. Moreover, the main aim of this process is towards the creativity process itself. While producing and creating the dance, two major educational points are derived, which are: the creativity and product value in a form of dance. Based on background of the idea, through this pilot project, the creativity of creating dance for public schools students, especially Junior High School, is possible to be done and used as a dance creativity learning model in Junior High School. Two suggestions are formulated in this study: (1) it is suggested for dance teachers in public schools, in this context is Junior High School teachers, to set their teaching and learning process into the creativity education as it is implied in curriculum. (2) In order to achieve the creativity education itself, the dance creation as one of art subject which is given to schools, should become the main priority in its learning implementation as an instrument to build students character to be more creative in thinking

    Desain Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Puskesmas Monta Berbasis Web

    Puskesmas merupakan salah satu instansi yang bergerak disalah satu pelayanan jasa kesehatan masyarakat. Banyaknya pasien yang datang akan menimbulkan antrian yang panjang dalam melayani pasien. Selain itu Kondisi yang terjadi saat ini terdapat kendala dalam pendaftran pasien, pendataan data pasien, pengumpulan data pasien dan pencarian data pasien. Puskesmas Monta masih menggunakan media pembukuan atau sistem konvesional dalam pendaftaran pasien dan antrian pasien. Hal ini rawan sekali terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan pada laporan. tujuan penelitan adalah merancang sistem berbasis interface mengenai pelayanan kesehatan dalam hal pendaftaran pasien yang berbasis web dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) dan metode pengujian menggunakan Black box texting. Perancangan sistem informasi antrian pasien tersebut dioperasikan dengan menginput data pasien pada laman web serta menampilkan laporan (report). Hasil pengujian penelitian adalah menampilkan tampilan sederhana dan memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat (pasien) melakukan pendaftaran berbasis online dan penyajian laporan secara cepat dan tepat dibandingkan secara manual, sehingga pekerjaan dapat lebih maksimal

    Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Kerusakan Laptop dengan Metode Forward Chaining

    Kit Kat Komputer merupakan sebuah toko yang melayani jual beli perangkat elektronik seperti komputer, laptop dan lain sebagainya. Kurangnya pelayanan berbasis aplikasi dalam menganalisa kerusakan laptop berdampak pada teknisi. Tujuan penelitian merancang sistem pakar diagnosa kerusakan laptop berbasis website untuk dianalisis kerusakannya dengan cepat dan tepat. Metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) mengembangkan layanan sistem pakar sedangkan metode forward chaining merupakan metode penalaran mengenai data kerusakan laptop untuk mencapai kesimpulan. Hasil pengujian aplikasi sistem pakar dimulai dengan user memilih gejala kerusakan laptop setelah itu sistem akan menampilkan hasil diagnosa secara otomatis. Kesimpulan aplikasi sistem pakar dapat membantu user mendeteksi kerusakan yang terjadi sehingga dapat melakukan penanganan lebih cepat dan akurat dalam proses perbaikan laptop
