The Impact of Fuel Oil Raise in Fuel Oil Fisherman Income to Purse Seine Vessels Fishing Ports Program Landed Catch in Ocean (Ppp) Bungus Sumatera West Sumatra West Province

This study was conducted in January 2016 for PPS Bungus West Sumatra Province to Changes in the area, duration and frequency of the arrests, operating expenses and income of fishermen owners and tenants vessel chart floating 60 GT and 90 GT with the fuel price hike diesel prices to be determined in this study Rp. 6400, - / liter and Rp. 6900, - / liter. The method used in this experiment is the case research method, the determination of the respondents a layered sample in this study.The study concludes that the increase in fuel prices has not led to changes in the fishing area (fishing grounds), Fishing journey (time of Fisheries), frequency, and timing. But the increase in fuel prices led to rising costs operasinal Purse ship saine 60 GT Rp 7.6766 million, - / trip (12.8%) and 90 GT vessel Purse Saine is Rp. 14.115 million, - / trip (11.6%). On the other hand, the increase in operating costs due to rising diesel prices led to a decline in the net income of each received - any fisherman. The Feasibility Analysis of Seine Net the Mooring at Port of Belawan North Sumatra Province

This research about the analysis of Seine net was conducted on March, 17 to 31, 2015 at the Port of Belawan North Sumatra Province. This research purpose is to know the amount of capital investments and feasibility of Seine net. The method used in this research is survey method by purposive random sampling to determination of the respondents that the crew, captain and ship owners 30 GT and 60 GT are mooring in the port of Belawan. The results of this research showed that investment of the Seine net 30 GT was Rp 738.175.000 and the Seine net 60 GT was Rp 954.550.000. Investment criteria for ship of the Seine net 30 GT the value of NPV was Rp 2.688.915.982, BCR was 1,40 dan IRR was 68,64%, while the Seine net of 60 GT the value of NPV was Rp 3.547.943.205, BCR was 1,42 dan IRR was 68,82%. The System of Revenue on Fishermen Using Beach Seine in Padang Coastal of West Sumatera Province

This study aims to determine the system of revenue in Padang coastal using beach seine. The survey was conducted in Padang West Sumatra province on 20-27 November 2015. This study used a survey method with the respondents are 2 fisherman owner and 24 fishermen workers.Based on the results of the research showed that businesses in Padang coastal using beach seine can be classified into two types of business that is the family business and non-family businesses, both these companies influence is done on the system of revenue. The system of revenue on family business more emphasis on kinship so hard to the standard rules relating to the sharing this system while the system of revenue on non-family business in force define 33 % for fishermen owner and 67 % for fishermen workers. Analisi Produksi dan Distribusi Usaha Pengolahan Ikan Teri Nasi (Stolephorus Commersoni) di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan Provinsi Sumtaera Utara

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2016 di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh produsen yang ada di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan yang berjumlah 23 orang, mengingat jumlah populasi yang tidak terlalu besar, maka seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan responden. Dengan demikian penetapan responden dilakukan secara sensus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan terhadap USAha pengolahan Ikan Teri Nasi (Stolephorus commersoni) di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Belawan ditarik beberapa kesimpulan, yaitu bahwa produksi Ikan Teri Nasi dalam setahun mencapai 2.500 ton dengan harga jual mencapai Rp. 70.000/kg dengan total penjualan mencapai Rp. 175.000.000.000 pada tahun 2015. sementara untuk pendistribusiannya, Ikan Teri Nasi di distribusikan ke dalam negeri dan luar negeri dengan produksi 2.000 ton untuk pasar dalam negeri dan 500 ton dengan harga jual Rp. 100.000/kg untuk pasar luar negeri. Dengan total persentase 80% untuk pasar dalam negeri dan 20% untuk pasar luar negeri

Analisis Pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi Dan Laba Bersih Terhadap Dividen Kas Pada Perusahaan Properti Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei)

Kebanyakan Perusahaan menganggap bahwa laba bersih dalam laporan keuangan laba rugi sebagai indikator utama dari pemberian dividen kas. Namun, terkadang Perusahaan dengan laba yang besar tidak mencerminkan jumlah kas atau likuiditas Perusahaan. Hal ini menyebabkan perlu adanya informasi lebih lanjut mengenai keadaan likuditas Perusahaan lewat informasi laporan keuangan arus kas operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah arus kas operasi dan laba bersih berpengaruh terhadap dividen kas baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Perusahaan Properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode data yang diambil adalah tahun 2013-2015. Jumlah populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 49 Perusahaan properti yang diambil dalam sahamok.com dan setelah dilakukan pemilihan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 19 Perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang di download dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah arus kas operasi dan laba bersih dan untuk variabel dependen adalah dividen kas. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis regresi linear. O2-independent demethylation of trimethylamine N-oxide by Tdm of Methylocella silvestris

Bacterial trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO) demethylase, Tdm, carries out an unusual oxygen-independent demethylation reaction, resulting in the formation of dimethylamine and formaldehyde. In this study, sitedirected mutagenesis, homology modelling and metal analyses by inorganic mass spectrometry have been applied to gain insight into metal stoichiometry and underlying catalytic mechanism of Tdm of Methylocella silvestris BL2. Herein, we demonstrate that active Tdm has 1 molar equivalent of Zn2+ and 1 molar equivalent of non-heme Fe2+. We further investigated Zn2+ and Fe2+-binding sites through homology modelling and sitedirected mutagenesis and found that Zn2+ is coordinated by a 3-sulfur-1-O motif. An aspartate residue (D198) likely bridges Fe2+ and Zn2+ centres, either directly or indirectly via H-bonding through a neighbouring H2O molecule. H276 contributes to Fe2+ binding, mutation of which results in an inactive enzyme, and the loss of iron, but not zinc. Site-directed mutagenesis of Tdm also led to the identification of three hydrophobic aromatic residues likely involved in substrate coordination (F259, Y305, W321), potentially through a cation- interaction. Furthermore, a cross-over experiment using a substrate analogue gave direct evidence that a trimethylamine-alike intermediate was produced during the Tdm catalytic cycle, suggesting TMAO has a dual role of being both a substrate and an oxygen donor for formaldehyde formation. Together, our results provide novel insight into the role of Zn2+ and Fe2+ in the catalysis of TMAO demethylation by this unique oxygenindependent enzyme
