    Other Orientation dan Self Interest dalam Memotivasi Perilaku Kewarganegaraan Organisasi

    In a public organization, each employee is expected to play a role according to job descriptions, superior decisions, and applicable regulations. However, sometimes employees behave voluntarily to do work outside the call of duty. This action is called Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this paper is to define OCB and explain how to improve performance and well-being of organization. The effect of self interest and other orientation in motivating OCB in an organization will also be presented. The motivational strength of employees varies in terms of self-interest and other orientation. People who have a high other orientation tend to be involved in OCB; but people who have high self-interest are also willing to participate in OCB. This paper shows that OCB plays a very important role in the continuity and success of public services

    The phenomenon in this study is about the Analysis of the Implementation of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Regulation Number 207 of 2016 (Case Study on Controlling the Use/Control of Land Without Entitled Permits in East Jakarta East. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Analysis of the Implementation of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Regulation Number 207 of 2016 (Case Study on Controlling the Use/Control of Land Without Entitled Permits in East Jakarta East, to analyze what factors are the obstacles to the implementation of the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 207 of 2016 Concerning Control of Land Use/Control without Entitled Permit in East Jakarta Administrative City. To analyze what efforts are being made by the leadership to overcome these obstacle factors. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, namely interviews, observations and documentation as well as informants consisting of the Civil Service Police Unit of the City of Adm Jakarta, Suban Assets of the City of Adm. East Jakarta. The results of this study are the implementation of the DKI Jakarta Governor's Regulation No. 207 of 2016 concerning Controlling the Use/Control of Land Without Permits has been carried out well even though there are still obstacles faced in the implementation of the control. The suggestion is to carry out regular socialization so that people comply and understand the importance of timely tax reporting and improve human resources by participating in activities regarding the Implementation of DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation Number 207 of 2016

    Implementation of Total Quality Management makes organization to maintain quality standards in all aspects of organization's business. Standard quality management system (QMS) that has been developed and suitable for education is ISO 9001, achievement of quality device that is expected to respond to the challenges of globalization by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness to satisfy stakeholders. Higher School of Administration Sciences of Mandala Indonesia (STIAMI) proved itself as a reliable organization that received the ISO 9001:2008 certificate issued by QS Zurich AG no. 7011 on April 19, 2011.This research aims are (1) To determine the implementation of Quality Managements System ISO 9001:2008 from the aspect of dokumentation, (2) To determine the implementation of Quality Managements System ISO 9001:2008 from the aspect of management responsibility and alternative implementation strategies for corrective action.The data used in the form of primary and secondary data, both from qualitative and quantitative. Processing of qualitative data using descriptive analysis is based on interviews with party organization consists of nine informen who master the Quality Management System and its implementation in STIAMI on the right target and can affect policy. The collected data is processed by the method of analytic hierarchy process AHP with Microsoft Excel 2010 software, version AHPcalc 12:08:13.The results of data processing show that the essential elements of QMS ISO 9001:2008 in STIAMI are Quality Management System (25.8 %), Responsibility Management (25 %), Product Realization (23.8%), Measurement, Analysis & Improvement (17 , 4 %) and Resource Management (8%); the most responsible actor is Top Management (51.4 %); goals to be achieved are the Quality Improvement Services (59.7 %), Improvement of Administration (31.2 %) and Reference (9.1 %); alternative measures such as Education and Training (1st priority), Monitoring and Evaluation (2nd priority) and Teamwork (3rd priority)          Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2008 in STIAMI is going well

    Changes of Learning Communication Models in New Normal Adaptation: From Classroom Learning to Distance Learning Environment

    Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on various aspects of life, both individually, organizationally and nationally. The decision of various countries in the world to do a "lockdown" in order to limit the transmission of the plague has an impact on continuity of economic wheels to education. Educational institutions began to close because of scarcity of students and difficulties in covering operational costs so that many teachers and management were laid off. For educational institutions that still survive must play a strategy to stay afloat and maintain their students able to learn, with the policy ‘Work from Home’ and ‘School from Home’. The pandemic to this day is not over yet and it is predicted that it will last long until the antivirus is found. However, in anticipation of bankruptcy, the government adopted adaptation of new habits (New Normal), habits that emphasize the implementation of health protocols in every activity. To carry out health protocols, educational institutions change the learning patterns from learning in classrooms to online learning. This has an impact on lecturers with demands to adapt quickly to existing changes. This study tries to analyze and examine the ability of lecturers to adapt learning communication models from classroom-based learning to online-based learning. With hope that this research will become a reference for the developed communication model and its application in adaptation of new habits (New Normal). The study was conducted by examining the results of previous study and in-depth interviews with lecturers to get a diverse picture so that generic conclusions can be drawn
