    The Impact of Human Resource Development on the Management of Island Tourism Destination. The Mediation Role of Adaptability and Innovation Speed

    Tourists choose island destinations with natural landscapes that can uniquely appeal to tourist destinations. Therefore, it takes the role of human resources (HR), who can manage small islands as tourist destinations. The purpose of this study is to examine the direct impact of human resource development on the management of island tourist destinations, followed by the indirect impact of the adaptability and speed of innovation to HR development on the management of tourist destinations on the islands of Dodola, Maitara, Ternate, and the islands in the Tobelo bay in Eastern Indonesia. Data were obtained using a questionnaire, and 162 respondents met at government offices and managed island tourism. The analytical method used is inferential with the SEM-PLS approach. The analysis results show that HR development influences the management of tourist destinations, adaptability, and innovation speed. Adaptability and innovation speed can mediate HR development in managing island tourist destinations

      The purposes of this research are 1) To find out the development of tourism potential on Maitara Island, Tidore City Islands; 2) To find out the prospects for the development of a tourist area on the island of Maitara, City of Tidore Islands. The sample in this study consisted of two types of samples, namely: regional samples and tourist samples. Percentage analysis was carried out using percentage calculations, the analytical techniques to be used were questionnaires, direct interviews, field observations, personal documents and official documents. The data is processed through a SWOT analysis. The results of the study show: that the Kailupa tourist attraction (one thousand money) is in the Quadrant I position, which means it still has a "good" situation. The Ake Bay tourist attraction is in the quadrant I position, which means it still has a "good" situation.     This study aims to determine the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance through work discipline at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Port Authority, so a study was conducted on the influence of competence and motivation on employee performance through work discipline. The population and sample in this study consisted of civil servants, the Head of the Harbormaster Office and the Head of the Ternate Class II Port Operations Section as many as 80 people. The analytical method used is Moderation Analysis Test Data using the PLS Application Version 3.0. The results showed that the competency variable had a significant effect on employee performance at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Harbor Authority. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Harbor Office. Competence has no significant effect on Work Discipline at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office. Motivation has no significant effect on Work Discipline at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office. Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office. Competence through Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Port Authority. Motivation through Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance at the Ternate Class II Port Authority and Harbormaster Office. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee PerformancePenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Disiplin Kerja Pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran Dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate, maka dilakukan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Disiplin Kerja. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tediri dari pegawai negeri sipil, Kepala Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Kepala Seksi Operasional Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate sebanyak 80 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Data Uji analisis Moderasi dengan menggunakan Aplikasi PLS Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate. Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate. Kompetensi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate. Motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan Disiplin Kerja di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate. Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Kelas II Ternate.     Penelitian ini secara umum bertujun untuk menguji model teoritikal yang menjelaskan peran moral reasoning dan  tekanan terhadap sosial  dalam hubungan Kompetensi terhadap kualitas kerja auditor. Secara khusus bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis; Kompetensi Audit  terhadap kualitas kerja Auditor, interaksi  moral reasoning terhadap Kompetensi Audit  dan  kualitas kerja Auditor, interaksi  tekanan sosial terhadap Kompetensi Audit  dan  kualitas kerja Auditor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan menggunakan teknik  sampling Jenuh. Data yang diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 40 Auditor yang tersebar di Badan Pemeriksan Kauangan Daerah WIlayah Malu Utara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan  menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan regresi interaksi atau Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kerja Auditor.  Moral Reasoing dan tekanan sosial terbukti tidak memoderasi Kompetensi Terhadap  kualitas kerja AuditorKata-Kata Kunci: Moral Reasoning,Tekanan Terhadap Sosial, Kompetensi dan Kualitas Kerja Audito

    The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the effectiveness of the Family Planning Program on the Community Economic Growth Rate in Taliabu Island Regency. (2) To find out the Population Growth to the Community Economic Growth Rate in Taliabu Island Regency. (3) To determine the simultaneous and partial effect on the level of community economic growth in Taliabu Island Regency. The data used using primary data using questionnaires and secondary data sourced from documents in the form of written reports such as an overview of the research location, organizational structure and others relevant to the research. The analytical technique used in this study uses statistical analysis using the SPSS for Windows Version 21 program and Eviews data panel. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the family planning program (X1) on the economic growth rate (Y) and the population growth variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the community's economic growth rate (Y) then simultaneously the family program effectiveness variable planning (X1) and population growth (X2) have a positive and significant impact on community economic growth (Y) in Taliabu Regency

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa melalui media pembelajaran Youtube pada materi vektor dimensi tiga di kelas X IPA-3 SMA N. 1 Tibawa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model spiral. Hasil Penelitian, hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi vektor dimensi tiga dapat ditingkatkan setelah dilakukan tindakan dengan menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Youtube maka hipotesis dapat diterima. Dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus 1 memperoleh nilai ketuntasan sebanyak 26 siswa atau sekitar 87% dan 4 siswa tidak tuntas atau sekitar 13,3%. Sehingga pada siklus 1 rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa sudah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan yaitu minimal 80% dan sudah mencapai nilai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal yaitu 75

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh keterampilan menggunakan variasi oleh guru terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep yang berjumlah 104 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen, dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan uji hipotesis terdiri dari analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh nilai 0,010<0,05 yang berarti bahwa keterampilan menggunakan variasi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (r2) diperoleh nilai r2=17,8% yang berarti keterampilan menggunakan variasi oleh guru mempunyai kontribusi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa sebesar 17,8 persen dan sisanya 82,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain

    CHO-K1 cells expressed IGF-1 Gene: a promising target towards optimal media at effective cost

    Insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) has been shown to promote cell proliferation and inhibit apoptosis of cells. These are two characteristics in mammalian cell culture which may lead to high density cell culture producing optimal desired yield of bioproducts. IGF-1 has also been recognized in treatment of growth failure and cancer. This study is set to investigate IGF-1 gene expression in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO-K1) cells and its relationship with cellular behavior at different time points of cell growth. CHO-K1 cells were first cultured in T-flask with three independent experiments. An 8-hourly sampling for responses (glucose and lactate), (total protein and biomass) were taken. For IGF-1 gene detection, PCR-based method for selected time points was performed. Results from the study showed that CHO-K1 cells expressed IGF-1 gene. This suggests that IGF-1 plays a role in cell roliferation. The study confirms the IGF-1 expression in CHO-K1 cells. It also provides the baseline data for CHO-K1 cell growth which is important for future studies using CHO-K1 cells especially it is a promising target towards optimal media at effective cost
