A Short Study on Cooperative Sector in Iran Challenges and Issues

This paper aims to study the issues of cooperative sector in Iran. According to the theories,among the three sectors i.e. Public, private and cooperative sector probably cooperative sectorbecause of participating people directly in its process, can work better for economic development andcan be considered as a country economic developer example by job creation and others, Prior Workbecause Islam religion has invited people for having cooperation and also Iranian is a Muslimcountry then there have been a lot work on cooperative sector and this work is among the others who looks for the challenges and issues in this sector, Approach this paper looks for the challenges andissues of the cooperative sector in Iran to run effective cooperation, Results Cooperative sector in alldeveloped and undeveloped and developing countries has its own challenges and in Iran as a fastdeveloping country which want to speed the developing process then needs to consider thecooperative sector challenges in Iran and other countries as well, Implications Practitioners,academician and others who want to work on challenges and issues of cooperative sector in Iran and others. Value among the other important variables in economic development, cooperative has the priority because of its fast returned effects in economic development then this paper aims to study the challenges of this sector

Decision making in the organization: Understanding philosophical foundations, practical procedure of Importance-Performance analysis technique and its critique

Decision-making is considered to be the main essence of governance and management. Every decision is purposefully made from among different possible options, but during implementation, it has the power to change the future of the organization and all its stakeholders. Therefore, the science of decision-making has become an irreplaceable science for policy makers and managers, both in the private and public sectors. Part of this science focuses on decision-making methods and techniques. One of the most useful decision-making methods that has been favored by managers and policy makers around the world is the "Importance -Performance analysis technique". This technique helps policy makers in evaluating policies and managers in strategic appraisal a lots. The present study understands the philosophical foundations of this technique, its main elements and practical procedure using SPSS 23 software. Survey of the Key Methods of Improving Public Trust to Government

Public Trust is considered as a strategic capital of any political system. Accordingly, one of the main challenges facing governments is “public Trust management”. The governments should use mechanisms to achieve this objective. The final goal of this research is to suggest mechanisms for public Trust promoting to the Iranian government. It is provided in mix method. In the first stage, the mechanisms are provided through reviewing and a scale is developed along taken mechanisms and in the second stage, such scale is justified by public. Finally, 38 determined mechanisms are classified in 5 categories. The main ones are: social equity in using public service, making political and economic peace, and existence of efficient judicial institution. It is also analyzed the gap between the current and desired situation using the mechanisms in which there is significant difference between them in all identified mechanisms
