Modern interactive technologies of professional self-determination under the conditions of overcoming conflicting realities
The urgency of the problem under study is due to the fact that the professional life of a person under current conditions is highly dynamic; moreover, the attitude to the profession, the meaning of work, and its results is changing. The purpose of this article is to develop innovative psychological and pedagogical support of the professional self-determination of young students as well as to design an innovative psychological and educational technology of the professional choice promotion of an individual. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the psychological and pedagogical observation and questionnaires, which allow for the identification and the study of the experience in the field of development and application of interactive technologies of the provision of professional self-determination of the youth under the conditions of overcoming conflicting realities. This article presents conceptual provisions of interactive psychological and pedagogical support of professional self-determination of an individual in terms of continuing education as a semantic factor of the professional self-determination of an individual; defines goals, objectives, and principles of the modern interactive technology of psychological and pedagogical support of professional self-determination of the youth under the conditions of overcoming conflicting realities; and reveals an interactive technology for the provision of the professional self-determination of the youth. The article may be useful for psychologists, education psychologists, or career psychologists who are ready to use the Internet in order to facilitate an individual in its professional self-determination — namely, the creation of profession interactive services whose activity is not limited to the search for “the most suitable profession”. © 2016 Hasanova, Kotova and Kandrashina

THE QUALITY OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE UNIVERSITY THROUGH STUDENTS’ EYES
The aim of the article is to describe and analyse the basic requirements and expectations of consumers of educational services, which the educationa organization during the planning and implementation of the activities shouldbe guided by.Methods. The methods involve theoretical and empirical data collection, methods of mathematical statistics, methods of descriptive statistics; analysis of legislative and regulatory documents; comparison and synthesis of the findings of research scientists on the quality of an educational process; psycho-pedagogical observation, uestionnaire study; studying of experience of a quality evaluation of the services provided by higher educational organizations on the part of consumers.Results and scientific novelty. The definitions of the concepts of «quality of higher education» and «consumer monitoring» are given. The most significant trends of consumer monitoring are considered: monitoring of indicators related to external consumers (applicants, students, parents, employers); monitoring of a teaching quality and indicators that reflect the level of development by students of educational programs. The questionnaire for studying of real degree of a consumer satisfaction(students) by quality of educational services at the Russian Vocational Pedagogical University is worked out and approved. The results of the questionnaire are presented. 1–4 year students of full-time education at the Russian Vocational PedagogicalUniversity, in total – 36 groups take part in the questionnaire. The amountof selection – 575 respondents; information data processing was performed using methods of the content analysis and correlation analysis Practical significance. The conducted research allowed us to concretize the requirements and consumer expectations of educational services, to develop and implement a road map aimed at improving the quality of university education services

Методы. В работе использовались методы теоретического и эмпирического сбора данных, методы математической и описательной статистики; анализ законодательной, нормативной документации; сравнение и обобщение выводов ученых-исследователей о качестве образовательного процесса; психолого-педагогическое наблюдение; анкетный опрос; изучение опыта оценки качества услуг, предоставляемых высшими образовательными организациями, со стороны потребителей. Результаты и научная новизна. Предложены определения понятий «качество высшего образования» и «потребительский мониторинг». Рассмотрены наиболее значимые направления потребительского мониторинга: мониторинг показателей, связанных с внешними потребителями (абитуриентами, школьниками, родителями, работодателями); мониторинг качества преподавания и показателей, отражающих уровень освоения студентами образовательных программ. Подготовлена и апробирована анкета для изучения реальной степени удовлетворенности потребителей (студентов) качеством образовательных услуг в Российском государственном профессионально-педагогическом университете. Представлены результаты анкетного опроса, которым были охвачены студенты с 1-го по 4-й курс дневной формы обучения всех учебных подразделений РГППУ – всего 36 групп. Объем выборки составил 575 респондентов; обработка полученной информации осуществлялась с применением методов контент-анализа и корреляционного анализа. Практическая значимость. Проведенное исследование позволило конкретизировать требования и ожидания потребителей образовательных услуг и на основе этого разработать и реализовать дорожную карту повышения качества и результативности учебного процесса и деятельности университета в целом
