Jalakäijate tuvastus ja jälgimine on üks tähtsamaid aspekte edasijõudnud sõitja abisüsteemides. Need süsteemid aitavad vältida ohtlikke olukordi, juhendades sõitjaid ja hoiatades ettetulevate riskide eest. Jalakäijate tuvastuse ja jälgimise põhiideed on tuvastada jalakäijad siis, kui nad on turvalises tsoonis ja ennustada nende asukohta ja suunda. Selle lõputöö eesmärk on uurida võimalikke meetodeid ja arendada nende põhjal hea algoritm jalakäijate tuvastuseks ja jälgimiseks.Selles lõputöös arendatud lahendus keskendub jalakäija täpsele tuvastamisele ja jälgimisele. Süsteemi täpsuse hindamiseks on saadud tulemusi võrreldud olemasolevate lahendustega.Pedestrian detection and tracking are one of the important aspects in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. These systems help to avoid dangerous situations, by guiding drivers and warning them about the upcoming risks. The main ideas of pedestrian detection and tracking are to detect pedestrians, while they are in the secure zone, and predict their position and direction.The goal of this thesis is to examine possible methods and based on these, to develop a good pedestrian detection and tracking algorithm. The solution developed in this thesis, focuses on accurately detecting and tracking a pedestrian. In order to estimate the accuracy of the system, obtained results will be compared to the existing solutions

PROPORTIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE EUROPEAN LEGAL ORDER

The GDPR, applied since 2018, has largely filled the gaps and shortcomings in personal data protection that existed under the 1995 Directive. However, additional measures are still needed to further harmonize the protection of personal data, as well as to correct the imbalance of power between data subjects and controllers. One of the options for providing real control of data subjects over personal data is a property regime, which by its nature implies the most complete right that has a binding effect on any third parties. The proportization approach was developed in American doctrine as an alternative to the tort system with limited application, and as a way to avoid a biased legislative process that reflected primarily the interests of lobbying companies. This study provides an in-depth analysis of the control tools that are already applied in the EU legal system. These tools are compared with the objectives of the Regulation and the prospects for their achievement by the already available mechanisms. It is done to assess how if property regime on personal data can provide something valuable for personal data protection purposes and if the property regime is (in)capable of resolving the set objectives in the context of the European legal order

Changes to Some Hormones and Glucose in the Blood of Rabbits Subjected to Physical Exertion and Regimes of Darkness and Light, and Subfetal Hypoxia of Ontogenesis

As the main purpose of this article, we set the task of studying the mechanism of changes in the parameters of melatonin, insulin, adrenaline and glucose in the blood of rabbits that had undergone prefetal hypoxia of prenatal ontogenesis and been subjected to physical exertion and light conditions in the postnatal period of development. The article presents our research and its results. The purpose is to study the effect of long-term "on" and "off" functions of the epiphysis on various stressors, such as hypoxia and physical activity, and on physiological changes in the performance of the pancreas and adrenal glands in rabbits. Based on the results of the experiments, it was found that in physiologically epiphysectomized animals of different ages contained in the light and dark regimes, melatonin levels fall with increased insulin and rise with reduced insulin, and adrenaline levels fall from the norm under the action of physical exercise and photoperiodic action, but rise as a stress hormone during exercise with a reduction of melatonin. As numerous experiments show, the results of our research confirm an inverse relationship between melatonin and insulin, as well as between melatonin and adrenaline. However, the results obtained during the light mode differ from those taken during the dark mode, an increase in the level of melatonin is observed during physical activity in the dark mode, and a decrease in the light mode. It was found that with exercise and the photoperiodic factor in 30-day-old animals, in the circadian rhythm during exercise and under illumination hormone levels increase at first and then decrease in accordance with artificially created stress reactions

THE IMPORTANCE OF GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS IN INCREASING EMPLOYMENT EFFICIENCY IN GANJA-KAZAKH ECONOMIC REGION

The article analyzes the labor market in Ganja-Gazakh economic region, the main "State Programs for socio-economic development of the regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan" (2004-2008, 2009-2013, 2014-2018, 2019-2023) to address the employment problems of the population. directions were considered. At the same time, the current situation of employment and unemployment in the region, the interregional distribution of productive forces, the region's infrastructure, the geography of natural resources were studied. Traditional production areas for the region, preferential loans provided to entrepreneurs within the framework of financed investment projects and other issues were discussed. The measures taken to eliminate the negative impact of the global crisis on the regions of Azerbaijan since 2016, the volume of output in key sectors of the economy are reflected. The discrepancy between job supply and demand in the region's labor market, as well as the main problems arising in the process of their coordination were analyzed. The urgency of original issues such as increasing production and exports, attracting effective employment, ensuring regional development by attracting domestic and foreign investment to the regions was brought to attention. The impact of investments in the regions on the development of the non-oil sector on the country's GDP was studied. The enterprises and jobs created in Ganja-Gazakh economic region were discussed within the program.
