MORAL VALUE OF LOCAL WISDOM-BASED LEARNING AT UNIVERSITY OF MUHAMMADIYAH SURABAYA: INDONESIAN CASE

Purpose of Study: The development of learning model that can be used by teacher candidates and teacher's implementation thinking of national figures in learning. The goal of early-childhood as the next generation of the nation canrecognize, understand and emulate the thoughts of moral values of nationality. Local wisdom is increasingly urgent to be inserted during the learning process so that early-childhood has social and environmental character. This is in line with the depletion of natural resources and the complexity of community empowerment efforts. Local wisdom is a critical element for the success of community resource development and natural resource management. As a value, local wisdom is the values or behavior of local people living in interacting within the environment in which they live wisely. Research based upon the development on the instructional design model implemented for this study is based on the instructional design developed by Dick, Carey and Carey, The Systematic Design of Instruction. Research subjects were PG PAUD students, early-childhood students. Methodology: Research and Development (R & D) is appropriately used for innovation since it is planned, systematic and measurable for the purpose of creating novelty or innovation in all fields. The innovation can be a product innovation, model, procedure, design, work, and strategy. In this research, the concept of R & D is used as a way of creating a model of learning in order to develop a future-oriented, effective, ready-to-use and future-developed early childhood moral. Results: The result of lecturer's ability analysis in managing the local wisdom-based learning shows the criteria of Excellent, student activity and the completeness of local wisdom-based learning is effective, and get a positive and effective responses. Implications/Applications: The development of early childhood moral learning based on local wisdom was developed with the instructional design model implemented in this research based on the instructional design of The Systematic Design of Instruction of Dick, Carey and Carey through 10 (ten) stages. Need assessment showedthat development of early childhood moral learning tools was needed and should be based on local wisdom

KONTROL PEREMPUAN PADA KEPEMILIKAN SUMBER DAYA YANG LEMAH DALAM USAHA KELUARGA.

Understanding the concept of gender as the division of roles of men and women who are socially and culturally constructed, needs to be done in order to realize equality and gender justice. The understanding, necessary to place women as subjects of development, in order to improve the position and role of women in national and state life. This research is done on the women sellers crackers, data collection was done by a written interview. Data were analyzed using the Harvard Gender Analysis Method, to determine the four basic elements: (1) Profile of activity based on gender division of labor, (2) Access Profile, (3) Profile control; (4) Factors related to the things that lead to the distribution of work, the profiles, access and community control. Results obtained in the activity profiles based on gender division of labor, which includes a list of tasks men and women, mothers appear dominant task. Profile access and control over resources within the family, women in a weak position. While in reality, women have the "role and employment" which determines the continuity of family life. Sutorejo No. 59, Surabayae-mail: [email protected], [email protected], AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis standar kompetensi & kompetensi dasar dalam PKn, serta menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran PKn berbasis karakter siaga bencana bagi mahasiswa dalam rangka pendidikan demokrasi. Pengembangan dengan 4-D model: define, design, develop, disseminate. Prosedur pengembangan melalui tiga tahap, pertama rancangan survai dan forum diskusi; kedua rancangan penelitian kaji-tindak kolaboratif; ketiga kaji- tindak kolaboratis dan kuasi eksperimen. Pengumpulan dan analisis data: survey, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan kuasi-eksperimen. Diperoleh hasil yang baik dari perangkat pembelajaran PKn berbasis karakter siaga bencana. Respon mahasiwa terhadap pembelajaran senang, aktifitas mahasiswa baik dari tes yang diberikan menunjukkan ketuntasan hasil belajar. Kata kunci: perangkat pembelajaran, PKn, karakter, siaga bencana, model. Abstract: This research is to identify and analyze standards of competence and basic competences in learning Civics, Civics and produce character-based learning tools disaster preparedness education for students in order to democracy. Development with 4D models that define, design, develop, disseminate. The procedure development through three stages, the first draft surveys and discussion forums, the second is kaji-tindak of collaborative research, third is kaji-tindak of collaborative and quasi-experimental. Data collection and analysis of data used surveys, focus groups, and quasi-experiments. Analisis Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan Umkm Batik Jumput Dahlia Berdasarkan SAK-EMKM

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out what the financial statements of UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia are. Analysis of Preparation of UMKM Financial Reports Batik Grass Dahlia Based on SAK-EMKM. The type of research used is a type of qualitative research. Based on the characteristics of the problem raised by the researcher, this research is clarified as descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from MSMEs such as data from interviews with MSMEs as well as data in the form of information from diaries of cash in and cash out. While for secondary data obtained from books, journals, and internet that support this research. From the results of data analysis, the results of the study show that the financial statements of UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia present the financial positions of 2016 and 2017 as of December 31, 2016, showing total assets of IDR 15,128,300, - as of December 31, 2017 showing total assets of IDR 11,125,200 - Profit The 2016 loss was a profit of Rp 2,087,100 while the Profit and Loss of 2017 was a profit of Rp 511,000, Notes to the Financial Report (CALK) presented a general description of Batik Jumput Dahlia MSMEs, a statement that the preparation of financial statements uses SAK EMKM as the basis for the preparation used, and accounting policies applied and presented in the financial statements of UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia. Analisis Penyusunan Laporan Keuangan UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia Berdasarkan SAK-EMKM. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif. Berdasarkan karakteristik masalah yang diangkat oleh peneliti, maka penelitian ini diklarifikasikan sebagai penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari pihak UMKM seperti data hasil wawancara dengan pihak UMKM serta data berupa informasi dari catatan harian kas masuk dan kas keluar. Sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, internet yang mendukung penelitian ini. Dari hasil analisis data, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia menyajikan posisi keuangan tahun 2016 dan 2017 per 31 Desember 2016 menunjukkan total asset Rp 15.128.300,- sedangkan per 31 Desember 2017 menunjukkan total asset Rp 11.125.200,- Laba Rugi tahun 2016 nett profit Rp 2.087.100 sedangkan Laba Rugi tahun 2017 nett profit Rp 511.000, Catatan Atas Laporan Keuanga (CALK) menyajikan gambaran umum tentang UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia, pernyataan bahwa penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan SAK EMKM sebagai dasar penyusunan yang digunakan, serta kebijakan akuntansi yang diterapkan dan disajikan dalam laporan keuangan UMKM Batik Jumput Dahlia.
