The research purposes was to evaluate of the quality and antioxidant of the instant powder of red ginger with the addition of skin pineapples extracts. The method used in this research was a Complete Random Design with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments were P1 (90 mlred ginger extracts : 10 mlskin pineapples extracts), P2 (80 mlred ginger extracts : 20 mlskin pineapples extracts), P3 (70 mlred ginger extracts : 30 mlskin pineapples extracts), P4 (60 mlred ginger extracts : 40 mlskin pineapples extracts). The results show that the USAge red ginger and skin pineapples extracts significantly influenced the total sugar content,antioxidant, descriptive value of aroma and taste of instant powder, but did not affect the moisture and ash contents, color, and texture of instant powder. The best treatment was P4 (60% red ginger extracts : 40% skin pineapples extracts)with total sugar content of 61,29%, ash content 1,44%, moisture content 1,68% and antioxidant 33,701ppm. For the quality attributes like color, flavor, taste, texture, and overall assessment with descriptive color whitey-brown, flavorfull pineapple, taste pineapple and texture rather smooth and comply with quality standards instan powder, base on the parameters of mouisture content, ash content and total sugar content

Gamification Based Blockchain Tournaments Between Miners

We have modelled mining resource and cryptocurrency-related relationships into a non-cooperative game. Then we took advantage of the traffic congestion results, set a native convention for the Nash equilibria, and created a short algorithm to find the equilibria. Next, we will make calculations for several system models whose variations follow the existing mining resources and have appropriately allocated according to the details of the mining complexity level that has defeated. In the included resources, the game's result is the allocation of resources as a feature of a normalized Nash equilibrium. In the model that has proposed, we provide a property structure of the type of equilibrium that exists, such as a condition where there are two or more mining infrastructures that will be active and another state that explains that no Miners get results in wanting a specific cryptocurrency, like bitcoin

The Difference Of Musculoskeletal Disorders Before And After Workplace Stretching Exercise

Background: Workers who undertake occupations that require bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, twisting, excessive activity, or repeated movements may suffer from musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). MSDs can be prevented by doing Workplace Stretching Exercise (WSE) which is useful for minimizing the risk of musculoskeletal injury, fatigue reduction, muscle balance, and posture improvement, and muscle coordination improvement. Purpose: To analyze the difference before and after giving WSE to the reduction of MSDs complaints. Method: This research takes a quantitative approach, utilizing a quasi-experimental design in one group before and after WSE administration. Total sampling is used for sampling. The respondents of this study were 34 workers in the production division of PT Crown Pratama in 2021. The T-paired test was utilized as a statistical test in this study. Result: The results of the univariate test mean MSDs complaints before and after WSE administration were 42.97 and 36.29. Conclusion: The bivariate test revealed differences in complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) before and after workplace stretching exercise
