ANALISIS HUBUNGAN PROPORSI PENGELUARAN DAN KONSUMSI PANGAN DENGAN KETAHANAN PANGAN RUMAH TANGGA PETANI PADI DI KABUPATEN KLATEN

the aim of this research are to analyse the proportion of food exoendeture and consumption on the income of the rice farmer household, to analyse energy and protein consumption of rice farmer household, and to analise food security of rice rice farmer household, in klaten. this research was done in klaten regency, boto village of wonosari subdistrict had chosen as research area purposively sampling. the data used in this research are primary and seconday data. the data are collected through an observation, interview and recording. the result show that the average expendeture proportion on non food is 37,06% and on food is 62,94%. the average energy and protein consumption are 1.804,29 kkal/cap/day and 48,14 gram/cap/day. therefore, the nutritional edaquency level 89,54% for energy, 89,47% for protein. food security condition rice farmer household 16.67% are edaquate foods, 53,33% are vulnerable foods, 10% are less food and 20% are prone food
