Identity authentication is one of the most basic components in the computer network world. It is the key technology of information security. It plays an important role in the protection of system and data security. Biometric recognition technology provides a reliable and convenient way for identity authentication. Compared with other biometric recognition technologies, face recognition has become a hot research topic because of its convenience, friendliness and easy acceptance. With the maturity and progress of face recognition technology, its commercial application has become more and more widespread. Internet finance, e-commerce and other asset-related areas have begun to try to use face recognition technology as a means of authentication, so people’s security needs for face recognition systems are also increasing. However, as a biometric recognition system, face recognition system still has inherent security vulnerabilities and faces security threats such as template attack and counterfeit attack. In view of this, this paper studies the application of threedimensional face recognition algorithm in the field of financial identity authentication. On the basis of feature extraction of face information using neural network algorithm, K-L transform is applied to image high-dimensional vector mapping to make face recognition clearer. Thus, the image loss can be reduced

Compression artifacts reduction (CAR) is a challenging problem in the field of remote sensing. Most recent deep learning based methods have demonstrated superior performance over the previous hand-crafted methods. In this paper, we propose an end-to-end one-two-one (OTO) network, to combine different deep models, i.e., summation and difference models, to solve the CAR problem. Particularly, the difference model motivated by the Laplacian pyramid is designed to obtain the high frequency information, while the summation model aggregates the low frequency information. We provide an in-depth investigation into our OTO architecture based on the Taylor expansion, which shows that these two kinds of information can be fused in a nonlinear scheme to gain more capacity of handling complicated image compression artifacts, especially the blocking effect in compression. Extensive experiments are conducted to demonstrate the superior performance of the OTO networks, as compared to the state-of-the-arts on remote sensing datasets and other benchmark datasets. Group Pose: A Simple Baseline for End-to-End Multi-person Pose Estimation

In this paper, we study the problem of end-to-end multi-person pose estimation. State-of-the-art solutions adopt the DETR-like framework, and mainly develop the complex decoder, e.g., regarding pose estimation as keypoint box detection and combining with human detection in ED-Pose, hierarchically predicting with pose decoder and joint (keypoint) decoder in PETR. We present a simple yet effective transformer approach, named Group Pose. We simply regard KK-keypoint pose estimation as predicting a set of N×KN\times K keypoint positions, each from a keypoint query, as well as representing each pose with an instance query for scoring NN pose predictions. Motivated by the intuition that the interaction, among across-instance queries of different types, is not directly helpful, we make a simple modification to decoder self-attention. We replace single self-attention over all the N×(K+1)N\times(K+1) queries with two subsequent group self-attentions: (i) NN within-instance self-attention, with each over KK keypoint queries and one instance query, and (ii) (K+1)(K+1) same-type across-instance self-attention, each over NN queries of the same type. The resulting decoder removes the interaction among across-instance type-different queries, easing the optimization and thus improving the performance. Experimental results on MS COCO and CrowdPose show that our approach without human box supervision is superior to previous methods with complex decoders, and even is slightly better than ED-Pose that uses human box supervision. \href\href{https://github.com/Michel-liu/GroupPose-Paddle}{\rm Paddle} and \href\href{https://github.com/Michel-liu/GroupPose}{\rm PyTorch} code are available.Comment: Accepted by ICCV 202

A Semiactive and Adaptive Hybrid Control System for a Tracked Vehicle Hydropneumatic Suspension Based on Disturbance Identification

The riding conditions for a high-speed tracked vehicle are quite complex. To enhance the adaptability of suspension systems to different riding conditions, a semiactive and self-adaptive hybrid control strategy based on disturbance velocity and frequency identification was proposed. A mathematical model of the semiactive, self-adaptive hybrid suspension control system, along with a performance evaluation function, was established. Based on a two-degree-of-freedom (DOF) suspension system, the kinematic relations and frequency zero-crossing detection method were defined, and expressions for the disturbance velocity and disturbance frequency of the road were obtained. Optimal scheduling of the semiactive hybrid damping control gain (csky, cground, chybrid) and self-adaptive control gain (cv) under different disturbances were realized by exploiting the particle swarm multiobjective optimization algorithm. An experimental study using a carefully designed test rig was performed under a number of typical riding conditions of tracked vehicles, and the results showed that the proposed control strategy is capable of accurately recognizing different disturbances, shifting between control modes (semiactive/self-adaptive), and scheduling the damping control gain according to the disturbance identification outcomes; hence, the proposed strategy could achieve a good trade-off between ride comfort and ride safety and efficiently increase the overall performance of the suspension under various riding conditions

Radon Transform Based on Waveform for AVO-Preserving Data Construction

    No full text
The traditional hyperbolic Radon transform suffers from the major problem of how to both obtain a high resolution and preserve the amplitude variation with offset (AVO). In the Radon domain, high resolution (sparseness) is a valid criterion. However, if a sparse model is obtained in the Radon domain due to averaging along the offset direction, then it is not possible to preserve the AVO in the inversion data. In addition, hyperbolic Radon transform has a time-variant kernel based on a traditional iterative algorithm, the conjugate gradient (CG), which requires significant computation time. To solve these problems, we propose a Radon transform based on waveform that contains both cycle and amplitude characteristics of seismic waves. The new transform entails creating an upper envelope for the seismic data and computing a preliminary forward Radon transform in the time domain. The forward Radon transform incorporates a priori information by measuring the energy of each slowness (p) trace to obtain the high-resolution result of the Radon domain. For AVO preserving, the proposed method uses polynomials to describe the AVO characteristics in the inverse Radon transform based on the least-squares inversion. Besides amplitude preserving and high resolution, the proposed method avoids using CG and greatly reduces the cost of computing hyperbolic Radon transform in the time domain. In applications to both synthetic and field data, waveform Radon transform (WRT) has a better performance than the conjugate gradient Radon transform (CGRT)

Multisource Seismic Full Waveform Inversion of Metal Ore Bodies

The seismic exploration method could explore deep metal ore bodies (depth > 1000 m). However, it is difficult to describe the geometry of the complex metal ore body accurately. Seismic full waveform inversion is a relatively new method to achieve accurate imaging of subsurface structures, but its success requires better initial models and low-frequency data. The seismic data acquired in the metal mine area is usually difficult to meet the requirements of full waveform inversion. The passive seismic data usually contains good low frequency information. In this paper, we use both passive and active seismic datasets to improve the full waveform inversion results in the metal mining area. The results show that the multisource seismic full waveform inversion could obtain a suitable result for high-resolution seismic imaging of metal ore bodies

Full-Waveform Inversion of Time-Lapse Crosshole GPR Data Using Markov Chain Monte Carlo Method

    No full text
Crosshole ground-penetrating radar (GPR) is an important tool for a wide range of geoscientific and engineering investigations, and the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is a heuristic global optimization method that can be used to solve the inversion problem. In this paper, we use time-lapse GPR full-waveform data to invert the dielectric permittivity. An inversion based on the MCMC method does not rely on an accurate initial model and can introduce any complex prior information. Time-lapse ground-penetrating radar has great potential to monitor the properties of a subsurface. For the time-lapse inversion, we used the double difference method to invert the time-lapse target area accurately and full-waveform data. We propose a local sampling strategy taking advantage of the a priori information in the Monte Carlo method, which can sample only the target area with a sequential Gibbs sampler. This method reduces the calculation and improves the inversion accuracy of the target area. We have provided inversion results of the synthetic time-lapse waveform data that show that the proposed method significantly improves accuracy in the target area
