    The rescearch is cause is the low social studies students learning outcomes with average grade 62,83. While the udue of minimum criteria of completenes is 65 this researches is classroom action research (CAR). That suppose to incriasing of the social studies students learning outcomes of fourth grade of elementery school 028 Sintong Tanah Putih in Rokan Hilir district. The formula of the problem is does the aplication of cooperative learning model type two stay two stray (TSTS) can inprove the social studies studen learning outcomes of fourth grade SDN 028 Sintong Tanah Putih in Rokan Hilir District. Before dairy CAR the students good average grade 64,48. Ard after CAR the average grade in create is 74,79% whereas on the scord cycle the average grade increase is 84,79. So the improvement of students learning out comes from the bassed score to cycle I increase about 11,96% whereas from based score to cycle II increase about 10%. The activity of the student in first cycle with an average grade 56,28% and the scord cycle is about 74,99%. The activity of the teacher on the first cycle with an average grade 60,41% and the secord cycle is about 79,16%. The result of this research is the application of cooperative learning model type Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) can increase the social studies students learning outcomes at fourth brade of elementary school 028 Sintong Tanah Putih in Rokan Hilir District

    Abstrck The problems in the research is learned social science still low, There are many students can't understanding basic concepts and tend to memorize an example. It can be seen from the percentage of the value examps. Students who reached (criteria minimum value ) In fourth class of public elementary school 163 city pekanbaru is 43,59 % From 39 students the average value is 64,79. And the KKM set school is 70. Of the problems the act of class research needs to be done by applying a model strategy of learning increase the capacity to think (SPPKB). This research aimed to find out if the application of a model learning strategy of learning increase the capacity to think (SPPKB) it could improve study result the social science In fourth grade of public elementary school 163 city pekanbaru The academic year 2014 / 2015 as the number of students 39. This research done in the three cycles, the first Cycle consists of three times a meeting with a daily examps. The cycle of second and third also consist of three times a metting with daily examps. the data on this research by using the observation activity sheet teacher, and using the observation activity sheet student dan with daily examps.and be applying a model strategy of learning increase the capacity to think (SPPKB) can be increase study result of social science student and percentage of complete on base score is 43,59% become 46,15% in the first cyle, in the second cycle become 74,36% and in the third cycle become 93,30%. The percentage activity of teacher in the first cycle is 59,37%, second cycle become 74,95% and third cycle become 92,19%, and the percentage of activity student in the first cycle is 60,41%, second cycle become 74,99% and the third cycle become 91,66%. This watchfulness is done at his class country elementary school 15 pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. This watchfulness design class action watchfulness (ptk). subjek this watchfulness his class student is semester 2 school year 2014/2015 at country elementary school 15 pekanbaru with total 30 person. Conclusion from this watchfulness found result enhanced learns in student at his class is country elementary school 15 pekanbaru uses technique scramble. Mean study technique scramble can increase result learn his class student social science is country elementary school 15 pekanbaru. in general beginning data result before is carried out technique use scramble, student gets kerage value as big as 64.17 with category enough. My cycle repetition is class average as big as 75.17 with good category and in cycle ii be 80.83 with good category. From watchfulness result is known cycle teacher activity II meeting 1 got percentage ketercapaian as big as 79% with good category and in meeting 2 got ketercapaian as big as 88% with category very well.     Based on preliminary data obtained by researchers showed that the achievement of learning outcomes largely Elementary School fifth grade students 117 Pekanbaru is still relatively low, the number of students 36 people composed of 19 men and 17 women. KKM specified is 75. The number of students who reach KKM only 15 and who have not reached KKM completeness 21 people with a percentage of 41,66% and an average grade 68.47. This is due to more students are positioned as an object, the student is considered not to know and not know anything, while positioning himself as a teacher who has knowledge. So that the learning has focused on teacher (teacher center) while students more silent and hear the teacher explained. Only a few students who are active in the learning process. Therefore, the goal of researchers to improve the results of students' mathematics learning through problem-solving learning model in the Elementary School fifth grade students in the academic year 2014/2015 117 Pekanbaru. This research method is Action Research (PTK) carried out by 2 cycles with 4 meetings and 2 replications. Research subjects fifth grade students of SD Negeri 117 Pekanbaru the number of students 36 people. From the research results mean learning outcomes 75.27 mathematics in the first cycle, the second cycle 82.77. Mastery learning students in the first cycle and cycle II 61.11% 83.33%. The activities of teachers in the first cycle of 80% with the good category and the second cycle of 92.5% with very good category. Activity of students in the first cycle of 67.5% with the good category and the second cycle of 87.5% with very good category. It can be concluded that the application of learning models problem solving (problem solving) can improve the results of learning mathematics Elementary School fifth grade students 117 Pekanbaru

    The main problem of this research is that the result of learning mathematics for II A grade student of SD Negeri 25 Pekanbaru was too low about 61,06 out of standard 75. This could be happen because all this time students seldom finish the tasks given to them, and lack of enthusiasm on learning because the teacher still uses lecturing method and never gives motivation and reward for all the effort and the result of student's learning. The purpose of this research is to increase the result of learning mathematics on II A grade student of SD Negeri 25Pekanbaru.The main question in this research is can application of approach learning realistic matematica education improve the result of studying mathematics of II A grade SD Negeri 25 Pekanbaru students?”. Subjects on this research involve the 33 fifth A students people which consist of 17 boys and 16 girls. Score was obtained from result of learning test in final exam cycle. The result of this research indicaded that 10 students passed the standars score (30,3%)in pretest and increased into 23 students(69,7%) in cycle I, 29 students (87,9%)in cycle II. From that data is can be coucluded that the application of approach learning realistic matematica education can increase the result of studying mathematica of II A grade students in SD Negeri 25 Pekanbaru

    The research carried out base on the lowly of the result of mathematic in grade IIC SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru which is about 59,4 from 27 students within minimal completeness criterion (KKM) stated is 70. This research is classroom action research (CAR). The purpose of this research is to improve mathematic learning process of class IIC SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru in academic year 2014/2015 through cooperative learning type Talking Stick. The research was conducted into 2 cycles. Each cycle consist of two meeting and one test. The instrument used in this study is the teacher and student\u27s activity sheet as well as learning about the test result. This study presents an increase of average teacher\u27s activity in the first cycle in first meeting is 71%, the second meeting increase to 79%. The second cycle increase from 88% to 96%. Student activity based on the result of research on first cycle is from 67% in the first meeting to 75% in the second meeting. In the second cycle increase from 83% in the first meeting to 92% in the second meeting. Based on the research of students learning outcome increased from the base score 59,4 to 79,8 in the first cycle and the second cycle increase become 93,8. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning type Talking Stick can improve the student\u27s achievement in mathematic subject of class VA SD Negeri 8 Pekanbaru
