Analisis Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Kampoeng Batik Laweyan dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan. This research method includes the type of quantitative research that is scientific research that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool in analyzing information about what you want to know. The main data from the sample of a population in this study was collected using a questionnaire instrument which included Product Quality, Promotion, Price on Consumer Loyalty and Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Primary data collection uses survey methods. The results of the study are that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo. Promotion has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo. Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo. Promotion has a significant effect on consumer loyalty in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo. Price has a significant effect on consumer loyalty in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Solo.
