    Keterampilan Kerja Ilmiah pada Materi Titrasi Asam Basa Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing

    The aims of the study were to describe the profile of scientific work skills of students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material acid-base titration as well as different scientific working skills of students XI IPA SMA Negeri 3 Sintang students before and after the guided inquiry learning model is applied to the material acid-base titration. Pre-experiment with one grup pretest-posttest was used as study method. Students of XI IPA 1 academic year 2015/2016 participated in the study were selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through measurement and direct comunication technics using interview guideline and scientific work skills test. After being given training with guided inqury learning model, an increase in the skills of scientific work that are by 44,4%, 36,1% % dan 2,8% in the category of less skilled, and unskilled respectively while the results show that the 2 posttest scientific work skills of students that are skilled in a row amounted to 61,1% dan 38,9% in the category of skilled and highly.     : This study aims to determine differences in learning outcomes class VIII student of SMPN 9 Sungai Raya on the atoms, molecules and ions Chapter between students who applied learning model type STAD cooperative with the aid of multimedia and the conventional model. Forms of research used in this study is Quasy Experiment with the study design "Control Group Pretest-Posttest". Samples were selected based on Purposive sampling techniques, a class VIII B as the control class and class VIII C as the experimental class. Data collection tool used in this study is the achievement test in the form of an essay. Based on the data analysis of test results using the Mann Whitney U test with α = 5% was obtained Zarithmetic <Ztable or 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there are differences in learning outcomes in the atoms, molecules and ions chapter's between students taught using cooperative learning model type STAD with the help of multimedia students taught using conventional. Based on the difference between the value pretest and posttest showed that STAD cooperative learning provides anincrease of 35.85 towards improving student learning outcomes in the atoms, molecules and ions chapter in class VIII SMPN 9 Sungai Ray

    Self-efficacy dan Hasil Belajar Kimia antara Siswa yang Diberikan Immediate dan Delay Feedback di SMA

    This research aims to investigate the comparison of self-efficacy and learning outcomes of chemistry basic law between students which were given immediate feedback and delay feedback on X MIPA students of SMAN 1 Pontianak. The sample of this research were 35 students from X MIPA 7 as experimental class and 34 students from X MIPA 4 as control class in this quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The result showed that the average score of questionnaire in experimental class was 80,11 and the control class was 75,35, while the average score of posttest in experimental class was 56,54 and the control class was 46,21. Based on U-Mann Whitney test by using SPSS 21 for windows, the Asymp.Sig(2-tailed) value for the questionnaires and the posttest were 0,034 and 0,037. This results indicates that immediate feedback and delay feedback influence the self-efficacy and students outcomes in chemistry learning. Effect-size value for the self-efficacy and students outcomes were 0,56 with influence 21,23% and 0,59 with influence 22,24%.Both are categorized medium

    This research aimed to describe students' understanding of chemical bonding through self assessment. the design of research is descriptive. The subject were 35 ten grader' students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The technique used in the research is measurement technique. The instruments used were self assessment worksheet, concepts understanding test, and interview guide worksheet. Based on the analysis results of self assessment worksheet, concepts understanding test, and interview guide worksheet obtained the students' understanding in writing the electron configuration was 88,9%; the students' understanding of tendencies of atom stability was 77,2%; the students' understanding of ionic bonding forming was 76,5%; the students' understanding in describing the covalent bond with Lewis structure was 48,5% ; the students' understanding in describing the single bond with Lewis structure was 41%; the students' understanding in describing the double bond with Lewis structure was 45,7%; the students' understanding in describing the triple bond with Lewis structure was 24%; the students' understanding in describing the coordinate bond with Lewis structure was 36,4%; the students' understanding to differentiate between single, double, and triple covalent bond was 54.5%

    This research aims to determine the differences and improvement critical thinking skills students of SMAN 2 Pontianak given study using 5E learning cycle model and conventional method in colloid material. This research was conducted in form of nonequivalent control group. Samples in this research were a class of XI MIA 4 and XI MIA 1. The instrument was test of critical thinking skills. Results of paired t-test showed P-value = 0.632 > 0.05 that means there was no difference of critical thinking skills of students after being given treatment with significant value. Average of improvement critical thinking skills of students in experimental class and control class is 0.279 and 0.174 with a low category. Indicators of critical thinking skills in the experiment classroom that has risen was consideration results of observations, making inferences, identify assumptions, and decide a course of action and the control class has only indicator consideration results of observation. The results of research concluded that the improvement that occurred in the experimental class is better than the control class

    This research and development aims to produce product supplement biochemistry teaching material book in carbohydrate metabolism disorders submaterial based on local wisdom West Kalimantan's peoples . The development supplement biochemistry teaching material book in based on local wisdom West Kalimantan's peoples based on measures of research and development by Borg & Gall. Field test sample in this research was determined by purposive sampling. Data collected by using a feasibility product questionnaire and student response questionnaire to the USAbility level product. The suggestions of feasibility test results and USAbility test results as the basis for product improvement. Based on the analysis of the results of the feasibility questionnaire obtained the final total score of 82, which means that the supplement is included into the category of decent with a good rating. Preliminary field testing results for USAbility level product obtained a percentage of 75.94 % with a high criteria for use. Main field testing results for USAbility level product obtained a percentage of 73.22 % with a high criteria for use

    This purpose of the research is to determine whether there are differences in the profile of critical thinking skills students' of XIA MIA SMAN 2 Pontianak before and after the application of guided inquiry model on pH of acid-base solution. Research forms used in this research is the Pre-experimental design with a design used is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this research is students in XI MIA 4 with the number of 39 students. The instrument used is test of critical thinking skills. The results of analysis data critical thinking skills before being given treatment was 64.10% in the less skilled category and 35.90% in the skilled category. Given treatment increased to 100% under the skilled category. Based on a paired t test there are differences in the students' critical thinking skills before and after being given treatment with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the guided inquiry learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills
