PHOTIUS’ ENCYCLICAL TO THE EASTERN PATRIARCHS THE PROJECT OF THEA NTI-LATIN POLEMICS

The article deals with one of the key texts written in the genre of the anti-Latin polemics, Patriarch of Constantinople Photius’ Encyclical to the Eastern Patriarchs. The author discusses in detail all the items of the Photius’ Encyclical and demonstrates main trends and historical background of the document. The analysis comes to an end with the detection of the certain text’s tradition which formed when it was appealed to by later polemists with the Roman Church

La foi au Christ dans l'Église éthiopienne : une synthèse des éléments judéo-chrétiens et helléno-chrétiens

Christian faith in Ethiopia, from the beginning in the 4th century with bishop Frumentius and later in a second phase of evangelization by the so-called « Nine Saints », was formed under the influence of Jewish, Cyrillian-Alexandrian and Syrian influences. Therefore certain peculiarities of Ethiopian christology can be explaines, especially the messianic leitmotiv (the messianic kingdom was transferred from Zion to Aksum), the special importance of the unction of Jesus for christological doctrine and of the baptism of Jesus in Ethiopian symbols and liturgy. We have, besides all other peculiarities, a Nicean christology from above together with a strong interpretation based on the Old Testament and Judaism ; the terminology is pre-chalcedonian. Ethiopian christology owes a lot to the Qërellos, a collection of patristic literature, named after Cyril of Alexandria and including some writings of him. This collection was translated (in the main parts) into Ethiopian language already about 500.La foi chrétienne en Ethiopie, dès son début au IVe siècle avec la consécration de l'évêque Frumence par Athanase d'Alexandrie et plus tard au début du vie siècle dans une deuxième évangélisation par les « neuf saints », s'est formée sous les influences judaïsantes, cyrillo-alexandrines et syriennes. Ces influences se montrent dans les particularités de la christologie éthiopienne : spécialement le leitmotiv messianique (le royaume messianique est passé de Zion à Axoum), l'importance de l'onction de Jésus pour la doctrine christologique et le baptême de Jésus pour les symboles de la foi et la liturgie. Au fond nous trouvons en Ethiopie une christologie nicéenne d'en-haut avec une interprétation vétérotestamentaire et judaïque. La terminologie christologique est pré-chalcédonienne dans une forme développée jusqu'au concile d'Ephèse. La christologie éthiopienne doit beaucoup au Qërellos, une collection patristique placée sous le nom de Cyrille d'Alexandrie, qui fut aussi l'auteur de plusieurs écrits de cette collection, traduite (en grande partie) en éthiopien déjà vers 500.Hainthaler Theresa. EEG-Umlage und Besondere Ausgleichsregelung auf dem Prüfstand des Verfassungsrechts

Mit dem EEG 2014 wurde der in den Grundzügen bereits seit 25 Jahren bestehende Fördermechanismus für die Stromerzeugung aus erneuerbaren Energien teilweise überarbeitet. So wurden unter anderem die Pflicht der Anlagenbetreiber zur direkten Vermarktung ihres Stroms und die teilweise Heranziehung der Eigenversorger zur Zahlung der EEG-Umlage in dem neuen Gesetz festgeschrieben. Bereits die Vorgängerversionen des EEG 2014 waren aber vielfältiger verfassungsrechtlicher Kritik ausgesetzt. Gerade mit Blick auf die Neuerungen des Gesetzes untersucht diese Arbeit daher die EEG-Umlage und die Befreiung stromkostenintensiver Unternehmen von der Zahlung derselben am Maßstab der grundgesetzlichen Finanzverfassung und Grundrechte
