    No full text
We present a generalization of several fixed and common fixed point theorems on c -distance in ordered cone metric spaces. In this way, we improve and generalize various results existing in the literature.Наведено узагальнення деяких теорем про нерухому точку та спільну нерухому точку для с-відстані в упорядкованих конічних метричних просторах. Hierarchical Re-estimation of Topic Models for Measuring Topical Diversity

A high degree of topical diversity is often considered to be an important characteristic of interesting text documents. A recent proposal for measuring topical diversity identifies three elements for assessing diversity: words, topics, and documents as collections of words. Topic models play a central role in this approach. Using standard topic models for measuring diversity of documents is suboptimal due to generality and impurity. General topics only include common information from a background corpus and are assigned to most of the documents in the collection. Impure topics contain words that are not related to the topic; impurity lowers the interpretability of topic models and impure topics are likely to get assigned to documents erroneously. We propose a hierarchical re-estimation approach for topic models to combat generality and impurity; the proposed approach operates at three levels: words, topics, and documents. Our re-estimation approach for measuring documents' topical diversity outperforms the state of the art on PubMed dataset which is commonly used for diversity experiments.Comment: Proceedings of the 39th European Conference on Information Retrieval (ECIR2017

Background: Considering the physical, emotional and psychological complications of early or delayed menopause on women's life, it is necessary to determine associated factors of menopause age. This study designed to determine menopausal age and associated factors in women of Gorgan, i.e. the capital of Golestan province in the north-east of Iran. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 804 menopausal women in Gorgan were selected via two-stage sampling method in 2009. The study included only women who had undergone natural menopause and had their last menstrual bleeding at least one year before. Data were gathered through structured questionnaire that included individual characteristics, socioeconomic characteristics, menstrual and fertility characteristics and climacteric complaints. Socioeconomic status was defined using principal component analysis. Data were analyzed with Tstudent's and ANOVA tests using SPSS version 16 (SPSS Inc, Chicago, IL, USA) for Windows. Results: The mean menopause age was 47.6±4.45 years with the median age of 48 years. The mean menopause age in women with first pregnancy before 30 years (47.58±4.47years), without pregnancy (46.26±4.90years) and without delivery (46.30±4.47years) was significantly lower than others (p 0.05). Socioeconomic status was not associated significantly with menopause age (p>0.05). Conclusion: This study illustrated that menstrual and fertility factors have influence on menopausal age while socioeconomic factors were not effective

Crosstalk analysis of multi‐microstrip coupled lines using transmission line modeling

This article presents a new analytical method to predict crosstalk of a homogeneous terminated two microstrip coupled lines over a ground plane using transmission line theory. The derived formula is frequency and location dependent, which can be used to quickly estimate the crosstalk of a coupled line. Also, the effect of the geometrical parameters of the lines and load are included in the derived formula. Presented method can be used for the other types of coupled lines including lossy or lossless lines. To verify the accuracy of the introduced method, a few microstrip coupled line structures with different geometrical parameters are considered numerically and experimentally. The results of crosstalk based on the proposed analytical methods, simulation study using high frequency structure simulator and those obtained by measurements are reported and compared with each other. It is shown that our proposed method accurately estimates the amount of crosstalk for a two microstrip coupled lines
