Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Reputasi Perusahaan Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit Multiproduk (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Astra Multi Finance “Spektra” Semarang)
Financing Institution was a non-bank finance institution that provides a credit service for items or goods. This research was located in PT. Astra Multi Finance Semarang. The growth of the multiproduct credit in PT. Astra Multi Finance Semarang distributed since 2009 until 2013 was always increase in demand for credit. The increasing number of the credit growth was not equipoised by the number of complaints in PT. Astra Multi Finance Semarang which always increase. The number of complaints was increased since 2009 until 2013. The type of this research was Explanatory Research. The population of this research was the customers of PT. Astra Multi Finance Semarang which took the multiproduct credit with 100 people as the sample. The sampling method used in this research was Accidental Sampling while interview and questionnaires method were used as the techniques in collecting the data. The techniques used in processing the data were validity test, reliability test, a simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test using the (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination which were done by using the SPSS 17 for Windows computer programs. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that there were any positive and significant influences between the service quality and the decision for taking the credit, between the company reputation and the decision for taking the credit, between the promotion and the decision for taking the credit, between the service quality, company reputation, as well as the promotion and the decision for taking the credit. The suggestions proposed were that the company should improve the employee ability in understanding the customer's needs and improve the service pace of credit application process on PT. Astra Multi Finance Semarang. In additions, the company is expected to improve quality of the company itself, especially for the quality of the Human Resources in PT. Astra Multi Finance Semarang, and improve the advertising activity, especially for the design of advertisement as well as improving the variety of the promotion, so the information of the products can be understood and accepted by the general public
Pengaruh Penerapan Dokumentasi Sistem, Perencanaan Kerja, Pengawasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawanwaskita Karya Semarang
This research aims to determine the effect of system documentation, job planning, supervision of work, work environment, and job training on employee job satisfaction. The type of this research is using explanatory research with 50 respondents drawn using non probability sampling techniques. The analysis method of this research is using multiple regression analysis. Using a Likert Scale as the measuerment scale. The analysis method using linear regression analysis and the significance test with SPSS 16.0. From the result of data analysis it can be concluded that in partial documentation system has a positive effect on job satisfaction of employees by 25,5%, the variable job planning has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction of 44,1%, variable work supervision has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction of 23,6%, a positive work environment variables impact on job satisfaction of employees is 38,9%, the variable job training has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction by 24%

Ultrasonic characterization and multiscale analysis for the evaluation of dental implant stability: a sensitivity study Biomedical Signal Processing and Control 42 (2018) 37-44
International audienceWith the aim of surgical success, the evaluation of dental implant long-term stability is an important task for dentists. About that, the complexity of the newly formed bone and the complex boundary conditions at the bone-implant interface induce the main difficulties. In this context, for the quantitative evaluation of primary and secondary stabilities of dental implants, ultrasound based techniques have already been proven to be effective. The microstructure, the mechanical properties and the geometry of the bone-implant system affect the ultrasonic response. The aim of this work is to extract relevant information about primary stability from the complex ultrasonic signal obtained from a probe screwed to the implant. To do this, signal processing based on multiscale analysis has been used. The comparison between experimental and numerical results has been carried out, and a correlation has been observed between the multifractal signature and the stability. Furthermore, a sensitivity study has shown that the variation of certain parameters (i.e. central frequency and trabecular bone density) does not lead to a change in the response
A numerical study of ultrasonic response of random cortical bone plates
A probabilistic study on ultrasound wave reflection and transmission from cortical bone plates is proposed. The cortical bone is modeled by an anisotropic and heterogeneous elastic plate sandwiched between two fluids and has randomly varied elastic properties in the thickness direction. A parametric stochastic model is proposed to describe the elastic heterogeneity in the plate. Reflection and transmission coefficients are computed via the semi-analytical finite element (SAFE) method. The effect of material heterogeneity on reflected and transmitted waves is investigated from a probabilistic point of view. The parametric study highlights effects of the uncertainty of material properties on the reflection and transmission coefficients by varying the frequency, angle of incidence and bone thickness
Properties of water confined in hydroxyapatite nanopores as derived from molecular dynamics simulations
Bone tissue is characterized by nanopores inside the collagen-apatite matrix where fluid can exist and flow. The description of the fluid flow within the bone has however mostly relied on a macroscopic continuum mechanical treatment of the system, and, for this reason, the role of these nanopores has been largely overlooked. However, neglecting the nanoscopic behaviour of fluid within the bone volume could result in large errors in the overall description of the dynamics of fluid. In this work, we have investigated the nanoscopic origin of fluid motion by conducting atomistic molecular dynamics simulations of water confined between two parallel surfaces of hydroxyapatite (HAP), which is the main mineral phase of mammalian bone. The polarizable core–shell interatomic potential model used in this work to simulate the HAP–water system has been extensively assessed with respect to ab initio calculations and experimental data. The structural (pair distribution functions), dynamical (self-diffusion coefficients) and transport (shear viscosity coefficients) properties of confined water have been computed as a function of the size of the nanopore and the temperature of the system. Analysis of the results shows that the dynamical and transport properties of water are significantly affected by the confinement, which is explained in terms of the layering of water on the surface of HAP as a consequence of the molecular interactions between the water molecules and the calcium and phosphate ions at the surface. Using molecular dynamics simulations, we have also computed the slip length of water on the surface of HAP, the value of which has never been reported before
